I waited 40 mins in a que which had only 5 people! The staff spent most of their time catering for the insane number of deliveroo and uber orders. They either need to employ more staff, or close the doors to the public! If I could give 0 stars I would. To add further disappointment, the sub was pretty poor; stale bread and the smallest ration of cheese inside. Its a pity most places are like this now, the owners clearly don't care. Would I go back there...... YES, if I had no other choice and the alternative was starvation. Much improvement needed!

Ordered via deliveroo. Came on time however they swapped 2 portions of wedges for 1 portion of hash browns. Also my spouse Italian BMT was missing 4 different salads. I phoned them up to ask where my wedges were to be told that they have been told to swap to hash browns because they had ran out so when I explained they can't do that because they were for my children and they tried saying I would of had a phone call which I never. I explained you can't just swap items when they're not even the same product!! Full Paying customer so I expect my order to be correct. Hash browns there was only 5 I have 3 children? Really? Never order delivery from these! Spouse Italian BMT was as bare as anything. Currently waiting to see if they turn up with my correct order! Said they will be 30mins, now 45mins shop is shut I have 3 hungry kids that was looking forward to their tea as a treat and a very unhappy spouse .... ruined. Will be taking this further as it is not on!! Basically fraud making us pay full prices for you to change our items as and when you please with no notifications... Shambles and shame on you! EDITED didn't turn up as I thought... let downs trading standards getting involved. Don't let these take your money!!! You will not get the right order.

I got a 6’ meal deal , they over charged me and didn’t offer nor give me my receipt so I could double check

Appalling. Normally, I Order from the store, but because I Was at home today, I decided to get it Delivered. When I placed my order on Just Eat, everything was smooth. All I ordered was a 6-inch sub with a cookie, crisps, and a Gatorade. And I was only around 2 miles away from the store. As soon as I placed my order, they accepted. Now, as I'm writing this review, I ordered it about an hour and a half ago and it still hasn't turned up. On the app, it just says 'Waiting for driver'. I recommend you don't get the subway for delivery. UPDATE!! In the end, after a long 2 hours and 15 minutes, it came! Luckily, it came. That's why I'm bumping my rating up to 3.

The worst one ive had,asked for lettuce,tom,cucumber and red onion,when i got home all i had was red onion and the coffee and no coffee in it,just milk and hot water.Nobody appeared to be in charge and staff didn't just stood there looking confused and didn't know who ordered what Absolutely appalling.

Ate in,went to go toilet,and it was engaged,ate our food and tried again,still engaged.ask staff member and he said he won't be long he comes in most days and in there about an hour,I said surely you should check what he does in there, left without going toilet and had to use public toilets.the staff were not very efficient as we're laughing and talking while serving us and were making mistakes.will not visit that subway again

Don’t ever order from here, they are completely incompetent. There’s always something missing from the order, it’s a joke

Great service provide by two young ladies. However, my table was bit filthy and they didn't have a coffee.

What you'd expect of a subway. Weird building shape means there's not much seating, and what there is is usually covered in teenagers sharing a Coke between 6. Food is usually good. An update from Dec 2016. Still pretty good, not a single seat available as each table is full of school kids sharing a coke, the tables that have room have no seats as the kids have moved them.

Left waiting over 3 hours for delivery via Deliveroo...order never turned up

I frequent this location with my friend a lot as we buy nachos , cookies and a cup to refill for like an hour + and mess around, today I visited with my friend to do this and the man making our food was named Chris, Chris was incredible, Chris talked about a lot of different things with us, movies , games , and general world situations. He made sure I had the right amount of jalapeños I wanted on my nachos, and was quick and took the effort to put stickers on the boxes without me even asking. After we finished our nachos and went to fill up our drinks, he was doing something behind the counter and asked us how it was genuinely. Chris also got a cookie fresh out of the oven for a little girl who asked her mother for one. Chris was honest with the random questions I asked about subway and answered happily. We need more people like Chris, he genuinely made my day a little brighter even if it was just a visit to subway. I haven’t seen him before today (as I can recall) but I hope to see him during my next visit. Thank you Chris, me (Ben) and Zach appreciated your kindness and good doing around your job. Tried chicken nuggets they were cold and disgusting tried the fries also cold .Advertised as open to 7pm usualy shutters are down at 6.40pm especially Sundays

Chaotic ! 5 team members behind counter only 2 of them knew what they were doing ! Web orders were being dealt with before instore customers and even those were being messed up! Standard of the sub itself was poor. Clearly they cant cope with. web

Good choice of quality food and drinks, but the staff were a bit on the slow side. We got fresh salads and cooked to order.

Professional hard working staff.

Not a 6" sub...was cut very small. Not a great variety of salad items. No Hash browns. Drinks had no carbonation so undrinkable. Would of taken it all back, but already drove away. Will not be using this store again.

Waited at least 20 minutes in what was quite a small queue, in possibly the hottest place in the world. Once I got served, I did not get what I asked for. My sub was burnt because of poor time management, I asked for everything but olives but seemed to get 1,000 of them in my sub. I've never been to a subway worse than this, the bar isn't high but they crawled under with ease.

Was really busy but the staff were lovely and friendly as always

Friendly helpful staff everytime I visited, the only downside this time was they had run out of meatballs which is my favourite.

This tidy shop was well staffed and the quality was on point. I turned up when the bread was cooking so a recommendation from the staff helped me with an alternative. Suggestions based on my wishes saw me walk away with a nice custom sub. Healthy amount of veg in the sub topped it off.

Less than generous box salad . I even asked if she had included everything. Could see the bottom of the box!

Lots of different subs and drinks etc. You can have a meal deal with a sub, a drink and a cookie or a packet of crisps.

Not had subway before, thought I'd give it a go early am. Doesn't state sausages have spice/hurbs for me that's a problem. Bread was doughey. Egg heated in a microwave?. Just not my kind of food. Service was fine and polite. Not sure if I'm complaining or if its just not for me.

Taken out for lunch, freshly made and tasted superb 5*****

Standard subway experience, shop much larger inside than it seems with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and quick. All the usual deals etc associated with the chain.

Love a subway. Never had a bad one. Sometimes the staff are a little in experienced but everyones gotta learn sometimes. The food (like many of these types of national chains ) tastes the same whichever one you go to so you always know you are going to get the sandwich you expect. Favourite at the moment is Fiery Tuna with extra , jalepenos, red onion, tomato and hot chilli sauce . Go on treat yourself.

Called in with my teenage son and used an offer for 3 footlongs. Never dissapointrd. Always friendly helpful staff. There seemed to be a few trainees today, who again were very friendly and helpful. Took our footlongs home to eat and family were very happy. This is my local subway and the one I tend too use due to the fact that U am always served by friendly helpful staff every visit.

Food was lovely however. Female Member of staff was petting a dog and helping the gentleman.she returned to the till. She did not wash her hands or change her apron. Twice I have witnessed this where is the food safety standards in this place it's disgusting how can you not realise washing your hands after touch a foreign surface or animals before dealing with food is a simple normal and lawful process to ensure your precious company's customers let's face it there plenty of business around Ridgeway where people CAN eat in a SAFE manor

I go to this restaurant a lot when we visit Plimpton having given up on the varying standard of the Wetherspoons in the area! The food is always the best of any subways I go to, with the staff taking time and care over presentation and content. All the staff are particularly friendly, helpful and efficient - especially Julia, who deserves a medal as she always goes above and beyond with every customer and nothing is too much trouble! I hope Subway know what a Gem they have here as if I owned a restaurant I would employ her without hesitation!Thank You!

Called in for my free 6inch sub on Appreciation Day. Was served by Sadie who is always very helpful and friendly. This is my local subway and it is always a welcome visit every time. Would highly recommend.

Regular customer of this subway, food is always great and staff are always friendly. The tables are always clean and there is always enough space for myself and friends to sit and eat. Food could be a little cheaper however we don't mind the price it is and I always leave feeling satisfied and have never had a bad experience in this restaurant.

Don't expect an actually subway or any sort of rail service. This is a sandwich shop, that sells wraps and salads too 👍

The so called steak tastes like cardboard!

Believe I have been overcharged. When I queried the prices as per the advertisement above the males head I got a mouthful of condescending abuse. I paid as I have my sons with me, but I shall be forwarding this to trading standards to investigate. And as for customer service..... This does not know the meaning of the word.

Always a consistently good sub, great staff, slick assembly as you'd expect, but the weird design means that half a dozen teenagers sharing a few cokes for the afternoon will fill most seating during weekends and holidays.

I use this Subway a lot as the staff are great and helpful but the place needs a make over but not to crazy like the ones in plymouth city we like the chairs and you can relax and eat your food

Metro típico. La zona era grande pero si tienes prisa, no vayas aquí. Largo tiempo para servirle, incluso si sólo hay un par de personas en frente de usted, usted puede esperar 15 minutos para que nos sirvieran!!Sin duda evitar si estás esperando para tomar algo rápido!
