Food was fresh, staff were friendly, highly recommended

The only complaint I have is that ur delivery driver has no respect decency there rude by the two women that came to my door was extremely rude arguing with me and holding my door handle and trying to push the door open on me and push me over just for a number which I said I would get and whoever was driving the car had there music full blast and I said to turn it down but he never and once I looked up he went and turned the music up even higher and louder and I don’t want them delivering ever

not as expected. No salad on it..and the chicken was not fresh.

The salad was frozen especially the cucumbers. Waste of my money

the food quality was terrible, bread was old and dry. Sandwich was not even cut in half and was beaten up with ingredients falling out, I had to eat it with a fork which is insane for a sandwich!

Terrible experience for the legendary teriyaki sub, barely any salad, no crispy onions! Dissappointed, won't be ordering anytime soon!!

I am not happy I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and for salad but it never got toasted and I never had salad in my sandwich. So I'm not hi happy at all

No wrapping for the sandwich just dumped in a box no cheese and wasn’t toasted DISAPPOINTED!

Yummy sub and cuppa with a raspberry cheesecake cookie the best breakfast I've had in a long time!! Excellent customer service too highly recommended

I have ordered a l chicken double meat tikka salad I ticked all salad items it contained hardly any salad most of the items were missing the red onion that was in it was the skin. The box was half empty mostly lettuce , pickles , 2 slices of tomato, onion skin and 3 bits of sweetcorn. I was looking forward to this as was my only meal of the day. Very disappointed as the one I went to collect last week was amazing. the box I received was not worth any money let alone over £9.00.

it's good just a bit overpriced

The tuna sub wasnt supposed to be toasted but arrived toasted. There was hardly any tuna or salad in there and it isnt the first time this has happened. The tuna sub didnt get eaten as it was awful.

The tuna sub wasn’t nice. Why would anyone would add ketchup to tuna? There’s no option to remove it either. Very difficult to eat. The Mexican sub was great though

You have given me chicken tikka not roast chicken. It's disgusting with the sauces. REFUND!!!

Good food with the best service ever. The staff give you the options and I was happy with the recommendation. I really enjoyed the cheese/steak sandwich and wedges with the Southwest sauce. I will definitely be back soon.

Forgot sauce in the sub, wasn't toasted either as requested. Puts the cold drink next to a hot sub too so makes it soggy.

The nachos was not done properly, no cheese or salsa on them, my food was packaged wrong.

Finally my complete order all present and correct, and it was delicious too. I think it tastes better when you have your full order and it is actually what you ordered!

After delivering the wrong sandwich last week, the Nachos were burnt today. Absolutely unforgivable, and just eat provided no service either.

I accidently did it to the wrong address. I asked her to come but she didn't arrive .

me and my friend ordered a kids meal the Sandwich is supposed to be 6inches they gave 3 inches didn’t let to pick our bread or drink they put my friends sandwich in a cookie bag and wrapped mine so bad worst place ever never going there again

Because the delivery time kept changing 24/7 and my food came cold

No cheese, no sauces, toasted, basically asked for total opposite to what I got.

We have been coming to this subway for 3 years since it’s the only halal . We can never get a meatball sandwich after 18:00. He says after 18:00 he doesn’t want to make meatballs . He makes fresh ones the next day. That means you can never have meatballs for dinner

Food is cold took longer than time stated very disappointed

My order didn’t arrive. I saw on the map that the vehicle was approaching in our area and then they said it’s delivered buy it wasn’t. I want full refund.

Dorito sharer was really poor quality this time. No cheese on it, presentation was really messy with only small amount of salsa, and it tasted old like it had been sitting a while instead of freshly made

The smallest amount of cheese on both subs that wasn’t noticeable until close inspection.

After ordering on line through subway, we were very disappointed. I ordered them to be toasted and with cheese, they arrived not toasted and no cheese on the foot long one, it was all on the receipt. The 6in was ment to be grain wheat but was plain.

Was missing a food item but rest of the food was up to good standard.

My salad had sweetcorn in it which I didn't select but overall it was nice

Only ordered from here because the Bretton branch was closed. Having read the reviews, I was apprehensive about how my salad would be. I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually very nice. I still feel Bretton is my preferred branch.

Wrong bread used. 1 scoup tuna used. No jalapeños, no onions or peppers, no spinach, no pickles. Staff urgently need re training, nachos are not hot, little or no jalapeños, little if any cheese. This is not first time. very disappointed.

Really poor experience. Little to no sauce in the footlong. It was also not cut in half properly.

Most the food was good but the cheese was really watery and cold subs, the meat was also overly chewy.

The driver could not speak english properly which made it difficult to understand & to give him instructions as he had no idea of the location and the driver refused to listen to simple instructions

Footlong sandwich turned up squashed, almost like someone has done it on purpose at the restaurant as it was in an unsquashed box on delivery. Only 4 pieces of chicken in Footlong, missing some requested fillings and those that were there you got very little, biggest waste of money. It seems that absolutely no care and attention paid in the preparation of my order. In top of that I paid 10p for a bag I didn't ask for and it's recyclable.

Didn’t give me what I asked for.

It was the first time ordering via Just Eat from Subway. What would make it better next time would be if there were labels on each box to say what it was inside as i had to open each of the items to check what was in it. Which wasn't very nice or hygenic.

One wanted cheese and didn't get it. Both were supposed to be toasted and none were. Only managed to get sauce on half my sandwich aswell. Very unpleasant experience

Waited an hour to get a driver ASSIGNED. Once driver was assigned, he kept making circles for about 30 mins no where near the destination. Food was soggy and cold. Driver just left the food in the front garden as i’m assuming he was too ashamed to be faced.

Took Just Eat 50 minutes to assign a driver and my food arrived stone cold. They're not even supposed to start preparing it until a driver is assigned.

Cold, one of the subs not as ordered but we were so hungry due to the lateness we just ate it. We won’t use just eat for this again

It was ok. Tasted like they’ve cut down on the mayo in the tuna. Used to be nicer.

We had just the opposite of what we ordered,I added a note to have no sauce and no meatballs on nachos and on the sandwich, we had nachos covered with sauce,hardly any cheese, the sandwich was missing what we ordered.I will never order from there again.The little one stayed hungry,thank you.

i orderd a subway from lincoln rd i am not happy i am still waiting for my order and i find it disgusting that i cant get hold of anyone i am not happy you guys take my money but you dont delivered so i want my order or my money back and i will take my businness else where you guys have frustrated me and when your driver dont reply thats another thing that has made me angry

Delivery driver just shrugged his shoulders and drove off when I told him there was no drink. Awful service. If he was working for me I would fire him for his conduct.

The sub lacked in filling,payed for extra cheese and couldn't see/taste any cheese,let alone extra. It was pretty flat and not filling, my partner had the salad box, was excellent, so were the cookies

No Cheese in the Cheesy Pepperoni, Crinkle Wedges cold, Hash Browns were smashed together in a ball but the sub tasted nice.

The delivery lady was very friendly and polite.

After leaving a good review yesterday and ordering the same thing due to it being so yummy I am so disappointed the sub was so hard and not edible and the cheese pizza slice had hardly any cheese in it won't be ordering again as whoever made this sub needs to get back in to training on how to make a sub

Love the subway sandwiches. All meats are halal. They taste absolutely delicious and whole family loves subway food.

wedges needed a little longer, but I stuck them into the air-fryer to make them better, shame it was a rather small portion :-/ But the sandwich was as good as always :-)
