Called into Subway in Blyth for two chicken salad for lunch. This is what I was given no sign of Chicken and box not even a third filled. I did find some chicken but only a shocking amount and salad was very limp and didn't taste fresh. I'm a beliver in protesting with my feet and I will not be going back there again.

Staff are extremely patient, despite visiting with someone who has learning difficulties who could not make up their mind, both friendly and helpful.

Pathetic customer service. No empathy about their job. Everything seems a chore. Food was great but was a horrendous atmosphere and non professional attitude??!

Just been to get our lunch from subway in Blyth. Found the manageress quite unsociable and rude. I told her what I wanted and she whinged about the salad and said to the staff that only put the minimum amount of salad on sandwiches as its to hard to close them. She put the salad I wanted on. The sandwiches in the salad boxes because she didn't listen. The size of portion left a lot to be desired ie very small. Overall a total disappointment. The Blyth shop is not a s good or friendly as morpeth or cramlington.

After waiting 25 minutes at this rotten Dump for my 'fast food' order I complained, after another 5 minutes they gave me my order which was freezing cold and incorrect with half the items missing. I asked for the manager and was confronted by a disgusting, overweight Karen with the world's biggest attitude problem who refused to do anything to fix the problem before walking away.

Unit 2 Hexham Gate Retail Park Alemouth RoadWorst MacDonalds I've ever been to . There is no customer service - there is no one at the counter should you have a question. Lady seemingly in charge was on her phone and chatting to her mates the whole time we were in there. No dairy free alternative for a cuppa, no cold drinks as machine broken. No table service even if requested the food just sits until you go ask for it, and then obviously it was cold! Won't be returning.

8 Northumberland StDisgraceful. Couldn't understand the man in the 'reception', looked like a poor quality Indian restaurant. Graffiti on the door on 1st floor. Utterly ghastly so we left without unpacking and forfeited our money as we couldn't face staying in such a dump, and they have the nerve to charge £££ for breakfast.
