The owners daughter was disgraceful on the phone. She double dips the garlic with her finger to see if it’s edible. Food was shocking, left my mouth tasting like Ghandi’s flip flop.

The food wasn’t too bad, about average. The service was shocking, I had an item missing when it got delivered and when I rang the woman was abrupt and unhelpful. She repeatedly asked me to check the bag, even though I kept saying it wasn’t there and that the bag was empty. She then replied with she’s too busy to do anything about it, I asked for my money back for the missing food and she refused and said she will give us something free next time. I again asked for my money back and she said she’s too busy and there’s nothing she can do. Won’t be returning for bad service and average food.

Refused to remake my food after she walked around shop for over a min carrying my food talking on phone and taking just eat order , all while holding phone between shoulder and ear talking just inches over my food, could have easy put it down while waiting on the garlic sauce the "lazy young boy" was getting ( her words ) , rude and didnt take my conplaint seriously , left shop without food no refund , i was called stupid for asking her to remake it, recomended to anyone who doesnt care what standards of hygene are kept

woman on the phone is nasty as owt ,my girlfriend rang to ask if the food has left as it had been over an hour (which she asked in a polite way) and the woman gave her a load of cheek back shouting down the phone etc. chicken was chewy , chilli came with hair on it .delivery man was very friendly but such an awful place never ordering again absolutely vile

Lovely food as always!! Delivered on time, hot and cooked fresh! Tasted lovely! Samina and family who work so hard here everyday, are always lovely and friendly too!

2 hours to make and deliver a wrap and two burgers and I only live ten minutes away! Appalling!!

Oh my days, do not order anything from this place! Trading standards need to be aware of places places like this! Food absolutely disgusting, delivery driver late and blamed me for not opening doors, checked the CCTV and no one had been. Food stone cold, tasteless unless you love salt. Had to be sick after absolutely vile

Avoid at all costs. Absolutely shocking. Ordered a kebab with chips and a chicken kebab. Total cost of 17 quid. When it arrived was cold and the portion size was shocking. Tried to speak to them and they hung up. Disgrace

Ordered chicken wrap with no chips in wrap due to certain reasons and once again came with chips in phoned up to complain and attitude was absolutely disgusting shouting and asked to speak to Manager and told she was the manager discussed in the customer service or lack of it

I wish I could put 0 put Google doesn't offer this option. We order from them because we wanted to support the local restaurants. Never again from these!!!AVOID. First they came late, second they got our orders wrong and when we called them they refused to change the order, third they brought us a donner without pitta and without salad, just meat and potatoes. Worst experience ever. AVOID!!!!!!

Abysmal customer service, the shop was not interested in the fact that there pizza was terrible and not as ordered. Warm drinks, missing chips upon arrival. 1hr+ delivery time. Won't be using again.

Disgusting service. Ordered via Uber eats and after 1 hour no update so rang the restaurant to be told will be rang when on way. 30 mins later still no call rang and ignored my call rang off another number who answered and gave me a load of bull that was on his pocket on silent. Then span load of lies about where the food was. 2 hours later no food. Rang again and asked for directions to the caravan park?? When said we were on holiday was told he doesnt live in the area?! Then swore at because questioned where driver was. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DON NOT USE UBER EATS AS CAN NOT GET MONEY BACK

Decent little place. Its a local takeaway for me and its always been decent food. Hygiene rating of 5 which is good.

Really bad. Ordered on a Wednesday night at 21:25, order was due to be delivered at 22:10. Didn't show up until 23:10. The driver didn't offer any apology which isn't really up to them but still would have been nice. The chips were cold, the pizza was actually alright. Definitely would not recommend. If we hadn't have ordered from just eat I would have rang up and cancelled the order.

Only place we order our pizza's from , fast and friendly service along with really good food . Highly recommended

Absolutely abysmal food quality from this takeaway. Ordered a garlic bread that tasted like pure salt. The wrap had hardly any chicken in it and made my girlfriend sick, I've seen better quality food spewed up on Newcastle big market. The chicken kebab had a shocking amount in it and it looked like it had been booted about while they tried to cook the chicken. The driver was half an hour late and just handed me the food. Avoid this takeaway and eat a tin of dog food instead. More 1 star ratings than 5, 4 and 3! Says it all 😂

Absolutely terrible took three hours to show up. Cold, paper thin pizza the size of my hand, no taste and the garlic sauce might as well have been left in the shop because the tubs were only half full. I’d rather have an Asda make your own pizza. I’d rather stand and make my own dough from scratch, and make my bloody own if I’m honest. Not worth the Uber Eats discount and I feel sorry for my taste buds. Do NOT order from here unless you like being disappointed! :):):)

AVOID!!! THE worst meal I have ever had, delivered 35 mins late, and was cold. I ordered the shish kebab with salad and chips, had approx 10 very small pieces of cold tasteless meat, the saddest and limpest salad you will ever have, in fact it is a stretch to call it a salad, there was no apology for the lateness of the delivery, how these are still in business I will never know

Waited over an hour then driver rang to ask address as he was given wrong postcode. Kebab was nice but small and not much salad. Should have got a free garlic bread with cheese for orders over £10 but forgot to mention till driver had gone. Wouldn’t recommend

Ordered food and was told it would be 45-60 minutes. It turned up 45 minutes after the initial hour, tried calling numerous times and no one answered. Food wasn't bad but was barely warm. Abysmal, avoid.

My God tried this place as uses uber eats worst mixed kebab ever and I've had a few wrong uns avoid at all costs chicken pasty white and sinewy tasteless even the chips were undercooked..The only saving grace was the portions are very small so didn't have to suffer eating too much please please try somewhere else or go hungry

Ordered food, 2 hours late then when it came the driver pushed it through the door, and walked off then my mam stood in front of the car to say it was stone cold and he only sped up , lucky she moved. DO NOT RECOMMEND , bad customer service on phone aswell

Not worth any stars!!!!!! rand 33 times to find out were my order was, they never answered the phone, a lady from just eat couldn't even get through on the phone, I originally placed my order at 8pm tonight and am currently still waiting, a simple phone call would do to say sorry! horrible customer service and a very hangry customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth even one star The Drivers are untrained with poor resources - 10 mins on call explaining the route and he still couldn't understand and does not have google maps therefore he disconnected the call. Over an hour as passed and he still couldn't reach Called the restaurant owner and he said we r not here to train our staff therefore cancel the order and request just eat for a refund. He said we are not here to train people. What a disaster ! - Raised it with just eat and they said to give review to the restaurant on your experience and offered a £5 credit as compensation and cancelled the order. not worth recommending !!!!

Ordered for the first time they said it would take 45 minutes for my order to be delivered nearly 2 hours it hadn't arrived so I drove to the shop to ask where my order. Was as they were not answering the phone to be told it was on its way and they were rude and when I asked why they were not answering the phone to be told they were not taking any more orders Really then they should not have took my order then and to top it off when it finally arrived I've had to put it in the bin as its freezing do not waste your time ordering from here

Tried my first parmesan from here tonight 5 star perfect better than others in same area will be coming back thanks tasty hot perfect

Me and my partner just moved to the area and decided to try a pizzeria close by. We were very disappointed. My partners was dry, dull, flavourless, cheap and did not have stuffed crust, like we asked/paid extra for. Mine seemed to have no pizza sauce except in one lump where it was overpowering, way too much seasoning and garlic and was too mushy overall, no crunch, it practically bended. The chips were cold when arrived and seemed to be a little raw. We hope this can be improved on so we can return again and give the local businesses a chance and our no doubtebly frequent business 😂

Good value for money salad was very fresh and lots of very tasty meat, chips cud have been better but on the whole very good and I wud recommend it ,staff also very polite and friendly

Was going to order from here. I looked at the Food Standard Agency Rating from this place. 1 out of 5(A zero means it gets closed). This shouldnt happen in this day and age!! This was a recent inspection aswell! I would just avoid and try somewhere else!!

Wouldn't even rate, our pizza doughs weren't cooked, all pizzas tasted off, all went in the bin! Disgusted no apology or refund offered, even when shown the pizzas.

Pizza was awful. Meat tasted disgusting and pizza was burnt. Complained and did not receive full refund and was not allowed to purchase other food. Ridiculous customer service and poor food.
