The staff are always friendly and polite and the food is always delicious. I appreciate that they take extra care with dietary requirements. My girlfriend is vegetarian but I'm not, so they either prepare hers first or change their gloves, knives etc after preparing mine. They also have a decent selection of choices too.

Had a posh coffee , usual price, not cheap but good coffee and jacket potato (generous filling) then a fresh scone jam and cream. Ladies behind till were delightful. One her first day but very patient with my discount card and whatnot. Could do with a bit of music or radio whilst waiting. Overall good visit.
