It's mcdonald's, not as cheap as it used to be, service can be up and down just like the food. Some days are better thennother but what you expect

Usual McDonald's where the food never looks anything like on the menu. No napkins in the dispenser and sticky tables. The only time I eat McDonald's is if there are no other options.

Staff were shocking and behaved in a discriminatory way

Placed my order using the app, went through the drive thru and was requested to park up and wait. After 25 mins of waiting I went in to see what the hold up was only to find my order didn't exist??? 😠 Ordered again and after a further 10 minutes of waiting my order was brought out. I must state that over the past year or so this restaurant has ceased to be fast food, and requires rebranding as such. My honest opinion! Fast food delivery has taken over so anyone using the restaurant as a drive through now comes second in their pecking order. For this to be improved this restaurant requires more investment, a strong management and staff that are more focused.

Shocking. Yet again no hot chocolate. Some order screens out of order. Lady on the door friendly. Its not a great experience any more

How can this place be called a fast food when it takes so long to be served

Have the app so ordering is so easy. Our experience is once we enter the table number our order is usually served by pleasant staff and promptly.

No coffee no hashbrowns? Absolute joke this McDonald's. It's not the first time coffee hasn't been available.

Standard Mcdonald expectations were met. Food wasn't that presentable and drinks took a while to come however it tasted alright. If you've been a McDonald's before, you know what to expect.

Used drive through for a change and had the breakfast mcmuffin and coffee .Coffee not for me find it too bitter

It's a McDonald's what else's can I add? You know what you're getting and it's convenient and consistent. Plenty of parking and green space to allow the dog to stretch his legs. Good convenience store attached to the petrol station on the same site

I've been to quite a few McDonald's or 'Maccy D's' as my kids call it, and everyone is a bit different, for good or bad reasons. But this one has a nice atmosphere with some fairly nice views of the surrounding East Yorkshire countryside. Service was quick, staff are great, and someone cleaned our table as we went to sit down. One of the cleanest, and pleasant McDonald's we've been to. Makes for a good place to get food on the way back from the east coast. Excellent.

After going to the beach yesterday we decided to have McDonald's, wasn't planned but as it was going to be late getting home we decided to stop off with the family. Not sure whether they were just having a bad day. But 20mins waiting for an order. Food finally served by a member of who could barely utter the words "enjoy your food"... Fries where floppy, undercooked and no salt. Cheese burgers looked they had been slapped together by a 1 year old and only warm. Milkshake was much to be desired. 1st one served warm and second only slightly better than the 1st. The state of the kitchen floor!! Jeez!! Absolutely filthy, close your eyes if you're desperate for food. Gordon Ramsay would have a field day!!!! The restaurant floor was greasy around the tables, with what appeared to be dried up sauces and lettuce. Flies flitting around. And we wasn't the only ones making comments on the state of this restaurant. Overall 🤢🤢🤢🤢............ probably the worst McDonald's we've been in.... Avoid !!! Or eat at your peril!!!

As far as McDonald’s go, this is one of the best I’ve been too. Everywhere was really clean and the staff were very friendly. Navigating the car park was trickier as it shares it with the coop and the petrol station.

Having explained on two occasions (ordering and paying) that I have an egg allergy I would like a double sausage & bacon McMuffin I can only imagine that they touch the egg out of the pre made order. Well not good enough as you didn’t get it all and it made me ill!!! I hope you do better for more major allergies

Nice place to stop ,good value for food

Got a milk shake in a mcspicy regular meal and a wrap of the day. Cost £10 which does not seem Right tbh. The milk shake was not mixed correctly and terrible taste. When I complained the manager did not seem to care. Will not be back again.

Went to go through the drive through and he said the drive through was closed yet other cars continuously went through after us.

What sort of Macdonald's shuts at midnight? Especially one labelled as a services! Absolutely ridiculous Had a very long drive and had to drive even more to get something to eat!! Not good Ronald, not good.

Good for a quick bite to eat. Having said that whenever I have a mcdonald's I'm hungry again about an hour later. Also, the chips are soooo salty!

The staff where super friendly and also all food tasted freshly made also it was just the end of breakfast menu and the waitress gave free hash browns as I guess there was some left from breakfast menu ☺️

Stud there waiting for over 15 minutes and when I got my food eventually it was cold. I wouldn't mind the wait if it was a busy time but it was before 7am and only another 3 people in. No excuse for the cold flat bread.

It was a Macdonald's, it was good at what they do. It was clean and tidy, especially the toilets. Music is a tad loud though.

7am and the disabled toilet is absolutely disgusting and put us off ordering food due to hygiene concerns. left without ordering

I thought the meal was poor value for money and poor portions. Pleasant, efficient team, but the burger was very dry and not very appetising.

I always find macdonalds a bit soulless but the food is always good and hot and the menue varied. The chicken big mac is a winner!

6 of us wanted to sit in to eat at 8pm, but half the restaurant was blocked off by a line of chairs - the member of staff who could see us stood with our trays wasn’t bothered at all. The Two lads behind the counter just wanted to gossip about football with a mate who wanted free food, so us 6 adults (who had paid!) had to cram into 2 single tables with food balanced on top of each other while a dozen big tables remained unused / blocked off. Will give it a miss in the future. Hopefully x6 1 star reviews heading your way.

Seems to be quieter than it used to be, but nice and clean.

Really enjoyed the food on the way home from holiday. My wife enjoyed the porridge. The double bacon egg Muffins was also good

Fries often cold but yet a long wait which makes me question what they're doing. Never enough salt and genuinely more often than not cold. Don't bother with them. Rest of food is good. But thr fries are just eh tbh. Staff are nice and always up for a chat while you do wait

Enjoyed the main meal food but I ordered 2 galaxy pies and they gave us 2 hot crossed bun pies in a galaxy pack which were really not good, fortunately neither of us have any allergies but had this happened to someone with allergies it could have been really bad.

Staff can't even speak English. Terrible.

Sunday 14th April approximately 7.50pm. Have always been very impressed by the service in this McDonald's until today. My order for a McFlurry was taken incorrectly as a mini. I didn't order a mini. I pointed this out at the window and asked if I'd paid for a mini as I have no idea how much they are and said I was happy to pay the difference. I was met with an 'I dunno how much they are' by the girl on the window, who then took it off me and returned with the one I had actually ordered. Another girl then thought it was a good idea to open the window, inform me that 'just so you know we don't normally do this' and slammed the window shut. It was the mistake of the person taking my order, nobody apologised and I was made to feel like I'd done something very wrong. At no point was I anything other than polite. I think some customer service training is required for these two very rude young ladies.

Mcdonalds are all pretty much the same, the food is addictive, very tasty, and quick. worth a visit.

Ordered 3 wraps of the day on the drive through and all were different, latte was just a normal coffee.

I can't remember the last time the food was hot at mcdonald's, but the fries were hot shame about the chicken mc coldies! Lukewarm apple pie. We came in late evening, most seating sections were closed of shade a choice of about 9 tables, chose the one with the least mess, cleaned it ourselves as no lobby host about.

I've tried 2out of the 3 McDonald's in high Wycombe and they both gave me the same the muffin was over done so I didn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked

Place is fine, but the car park is oddly shaped. People are ok, but it being a McDonald's, it attracts the local "wildlife" in cars.

A all-round pleasant experience

Yes it's a mcdonalds but the staff here are a credit to the brand, friendly, aware of what is going on, tables are clean and the restaurant is well managed overall. Mcdonalds should use this restaurant as the benchmark for their service. A pleasant anomaly in a business that is otherwise going downhill. This could have alot to do with the lack of online orders which is certainly what sent my local restaurant's quality into decline.

We had to wait 15 mins as they'd shut down the order screens, but once back online, everything went quickly. Plenty of seating areas and clean.

I asked for a Quarter Pounder without cheese and it arrived with cheese and did not find out until I got back to work. There is even a sticker with "remove cheese" on the box but the people assembling the burger obviously struggle to read. This is not the first time this has happened with this particular outlet either.

Friendly staff, price little high as you expect. But clean and tidy, just feel on the odd occasion food been left out to long due to not been as warm. Ev charging is now been installed but not ready for use check before planning on using them.

I visited here with my Granddaughter at 18:00. The place was virtually empty, but had plenty of trade in the drive through. Using the machine to order was simple and easy to follow. We ordered two Big Mac meals, and they arrived quickly and were hot and tasty. My Granddaughter had a McFlurry ice cream. The place was very clean and tidy, all the staff we came in contact with were friendly and cheerful. Good value for money and definitely worth a return visit.

Fastest service in McDonald's that I have experienced..well done guys. The tablets for kids are always working..a novelty:) One thing management should work on is old burger buns :(

It's McDonald's so it is what it is. It's not very fast, the queues are usually horrendous. The staff are quite indifferent and they often get the orders wrong. The poor service ethic comes from the very poor attitude demonstrated by the shift managers. When complaints are made the shift managers are argumentative. Poor culture and poor training are clearly evidenced but McDonald's has always been a poor quality employer. Bacon and egg McMuffins are delicious. The food is relatively cheap. It's useful to eat when travelling and it has clean restrooms although the queues can be horrendous.

Highers young members of staff once they were 18 reduced their hours. However, food is good and toilets nice and clean Atmosphere poor at time has staff 😢 tell you how they have their shifts shortened as it his cheaper to pay under 18 wages Poor employee Atmosphere

Food decent staff miserable, I know it can be hard sometimes And you might get wrinkles from doing it but a smile every now and then wouldn't go a miss lol..

Friendly atmosphere, stopped on the way through. Chips were responsible not boiling hot or cold lol.

Called on the route to Brid at Shiptonthorpe. Clean and tidy and staff were very helpful with the oldies we had with us!
