You didn’t even deliver my food

30 quid order 5 mins away stone cold and just eats awful service makes getting a refund impossible.

Everything great except I ordered a meal and only subs came no drinks crisps or cookies came

Order was wrong and also had items missing.

This order was not even delivered! The delivery driver arrived at the restaurant but refused to wait while the order was prepared. Disgraceful!

How did my order take 40+ minutes for a sandwich? Fuming

the employees are rude and made me wait a while before they took my order and don’t even understand their own menu. the atmosphere was extremely dirty, mess everywhere you look. my 2 friends were waiting to order and they got told to get out if they aren’t ordering anything whilst there was about 8-10 high school boys with only about 4 actually eating. it was so packed and they left there mess everywhere and didn’t get told to clean. took 4 minutes for an employee to get me a cup? my money and time was not worth it, never going again

Wrong food delivered no help from just eat 😡

Half the food was missing the roll was shocking! No ingridients in it at all!! Customer service from the restaurant was disgusting!!

I know what I ordered but I have no idea what I got. not sure if they were vegan meatballs or just burnt to a crisp. either way, not pleasant.

Really delicious deli sandwich. Their vegie patties are tasty, and the I love the sauce and seasoning as well as their hashbrown. Good food, great service.

Why you give the reward point if your scanner is not working everytime. If subway not able to give free meals then do not give a reward point. We don’t eat free food we have reward point. I think it’s a major problem in every subway branch please talk with your manager or right person for this problem. I have experienced more than 4 5 times

Didn’t add extra cheese like a paid for and didn’t even add the sauces that I ticked when ordering. Wouldn’t order again. Some dry sandwich couldn’t even eat it.

Food was toasted when not asked for. Bread was hard.

Every time I order there is something missing... How? Oh take it up with just eat... No you at the "restaurant" missed the items not the just eat drivers. You casually add a tip for yourselves and call it "service charge" and "bag charge" with no way to remove it. And still can't get anything right.

sub is always filled with everything I've ordered. It always tastes so good, and I've never had any problems. This place is my go-to for a subway 5 stars 🌟

Got a sandwich in this place had no filling it there are all just thin slice of cheeses and lots of Tomatoes for £3.69. Went back and showed them the sandwich no response through it the bin. Don’t waste your money in this place.

Ordered a footlong but received a six inch. Phoned the number to try and fix but was redirected to the website to send an email.

I was eating the second half of my subway and was enjoying it until an actual moth fell out of the second half of my sub. I was disgusted and couldn’t eat the rest. I have complained to just eat so will see.

It wasn’t value for money, it was quite small & hardly any chicken or bacon in it! I ordered a toasted wrap, yet it was cold. It tasted nice, but definitely not worth spending that much. I could’ve got a chicken Shish wrap double the size & hot!

My sub arrived freezing cold and had clearly not been toasted as the cheese was not melted. It had clearly just been thrown together. Worst Subway I have ever had! Have taken photos and will be requesting a refund as not fit for purpose.

They did not send a foot long subway as ordered .Called them to enquire and they confirmed the same.They were not ready to send the balance order and asked us to come and collect it, which wasn't possible for us.Not happy with the service.

The food was Freezing. Don’t know if all the food heaters are working there or not? How can I toasted sub be freezing cold. Guess it must have been sitting on the side for ages!

Love a good sarnie and this was chock full of my selections. Good value for money.

patty was so cold. it was not warmed up at all ..i was disapported with this.. i would not recommed anyone to go there or order food from there. not enough salad in vegi deliate also was not even toasted when clearly said toasted aswell. i would give 1 star to this subway

Was fairly quiet when I visited, was served quickly my wrap was made well with my requested salad and was very tasty
