Subway in Redbridge

I went to this store today. The guy who was the manager named Masud was extremely rude and denied that he will not let me use all my points. Furthermore, I showed him my account and he forced me that he will take a picture of this. When I refused he still persuaded. Unfortunately, the customer service at your store was extremely terrific. I would appreciate if you will take an action against it. Additionally, you can check what happened via your cameras aswell

Driver was extremely extremely RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE.

Literally nothing was delivered as ordered except for the cookies. No communication about missing items (meatball snack pots, waffle fries in Sandwich) and substituting one 500ml coke for a 1.25l bottle isn't acceptable. At least send 2 bottles.

SUMON is new but amazing. I was in a rush and asked him to make quickly. He made quickly with no fuss and smile. Good man.

Food tasted good but, I got a 12 pack of the cookies and this is the condition I got them in... Really wish I checked the box before I left the shop

I ordered garlic bread and plant patty sub it was so bad ,bread was not tosted and lack of sauces, and garlic bread was hard to eat and taste was🤢

I was delivered the wrong flavour and the 'ice-cream' was vegan. The 'ice-cream' is not listed as vegan on the website where you order.

Ice-cream arrived frozen solid as if I'd just removed it from my own freezer. One ice-cream was the wrong flavour. Despite only ordering ice-cream, it still took 20 minutes 'preparing your order'. I'd hoped it'd be dispatched immediately.

Unhygienic, no customer consideration for vegetarians. Subway staff using same gloves to handle meat options and salad and handling cash. We watched the staff member literally touch everything using the same gloves. No consideration for allergies or dietary needs.

The food was pathetic, half the items ordered were missing, this is not the first time, happened before with the same outlet. The packaging is absurd compared to other subway outlets. One of the worst subways in London to be honest.

Great experience at this Subway, been going there for a while. I thought I’d review the place to say thank you to the Management and staff who are always welcoming and friendly. Short stay parking available if you chose to dine in like me. Will be back soon, maybe for something different then my usual. I’ll try out the Chicken Tikka Sub next time.

THE WORST SUBWAY IN THE WORLD. They recently changed staff or ownership. Now it is run by a bunch of Bangladeshis who cannot speak English properly, they always put the wrong fillings in my sandwich, then I have to complain to them many times. Also the Bangali geezer ( manager, skinny bearded guy) gets leary if you ask for the 2 free toppings you are entitled to. The previous owners were ok though. This bunch of staff are not good. Sorry but you have now lost a loyal customer🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Im shocked they still open, bad food hygiene and bread is never fresh in the morning. Should be freshly made bread everyday but its shocking they dont keep up subway standards.

I recently visited the Subway on Ilford Lane, and my experience was disappointing. The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, including handling items from the floor without proper hygiene. I was particularly dissatisfied with the rudeness and disrespect displayed by an Indian girl working there. Overall, the service fell below expectations, leaving me with a negative impression.

Didn't enjoy the service or the atmosphere. The person behind the counter seemed overworked and was not happy to serve.

It was the new menu. Didn't like it unable to choose ingredients plus it wasn't clear enough that old menu items can also be ordered. Staff was not very forthcoming. Subway need to up their game as offers aren't good enough plus even footlong is enough for one person. Its not value for money.

I went to the shop and I ordered a wrap and instantly I changed my mind and I ordered footling meal deal and the lady who was serving got angry and told me this is not wrap you ordered wrap and I told her I do apologize but I changed my mind and then she threw the wrap box and her behavior wasn’t acceptable and then while she was preparing the order she was like 120 degree high and was doing things like someone is forcing her and her name is madeella and today is my last time in Ilford subway until if you change your staff or they learn how to behave with customers.

As a coudtaner of patrol and sub ways I want twice the toilet are out of order. But staff alow a person on front me to use toilet. I was a customer there too.

I Visited the subway store today to take advantage of a promotion they had. Unfortunately I had to make a new subway account as my previous email got hacked. The new account did not let me take part in the promotion but Kamran helped me and we managed to resolve the problem. Thank you so much! i really really appreciate it :) - ps: the subs were absolutely delicious!

Stopped to get a sandwich and was refused access to the toilet to wash my hands by the woman behind the counter, despite one of the men on the Esso counter whom she had suggested I ask telling me it was okay to do so. After a brief exchange between the staff, in their mother tongue, I was further told by another customer, who seemed to understand their verbal exchange, that they were lying to me when claiming that the toilets were out of order. When the staff saw I was now recording the exchange one became aggressive as though he wanted to physically confront me but swiftly realised that it wouldn't end well and retreated. I subsequently left the store without purchasing my order as I'm pretty certain that I might have got some extra toppings I didn't order. Staff need diversity and customer service training at a minimum.

Not only that I had to wait one hour for the delivery, but the food was sh!t too. The order was supposed to be chicken teriyaki sandwich with BREAD and I got a box full of pickles and a bit of chicken. However, the story does not end here, I tried to call them and is not even ringing.

I love going subway and I usually love their food and service. There is one old Indian lady who for some reason always looks very miserable and provides bad customer service. If I ask to add extra things in my sandwich she always make a big deal out of it. Please subway have a look at this staff as I have noticed other people complaining about her horrible customer service experience aswell.

weekend female staff extremely rude had a poor service, lack customer service skills and very unprofessional. Slagging their manager off on front of me as well which i found rather odd. Poor quality on food wrap! Abusive tone and manner!!

One star only.... All staff members were slow and terrible customer service. Ladies there were talking among themselves in Tamil which is very rude in front of customer. It took them ages to make my order, Still sandwich was burnt. Not a happy customer. I am sure you can find another branch close by so avoid this one unless you want to end your meal feeling stressed and frustrated.

Absolute garbage. I am parked outside at 10.15 and shop closes at 11.. disgracefully refused to serve and packed food up.
