After a second attempt to make the big steak cheese 6 inch only fit for the bin hardly any filling and bread broken 6 staff on and 3 people to make the sandwich think ur staff need retrained

The fastest service I have ever seen and the food was delicious but the only bad thing was that they were out of tomato sauce which I didn't like butother than that it was perfect

Went to subway this morning for my usual tuna salad box and was very disappointed to see it was only about a third full I think it was exceptionally small verifies it had been a child’s portion needless to say I will not be going back as not value for money

I don’t normally write reviews but the young girl with the lip piercing i think her colleague called her Gemma, gave great service when some rude customers in front if me were very demanding in a busy queue. Without being phased she continued giving good service, helped them, then made my toasted sandwiches and wedges to perfection. Good food, good parking, good staff, i’ll be back.

when i went to subway with the fam we all had different subs as there is so many to choose from i went with the plane cheese sub it was so good the cookies are great aswell and the drinks sitting in is fine as there is many seats brilliant restaurant 10/10

I bought 3 subs, 1meat and 2 plant patties along with wedges. The server didn't change gloves after making the meat sub before making the plant patty ones and the wedges were stone cold, they sat on the counter for ages before they were boxed, I didn't actually see if they were heated, could have been but certainly not for long enough. On my last visit to this time the Nairn branch both rolls were cut so thin at the bottom that they were impossible to hold and the contents fell out? Subway used to be great but gone down hill. Need to get your act together again Subway.

Terrible place and has low staff. I paid for an old baguette and old veggies. Very crass lady in the front. Dirty toilet and dirty in the front. Horrible. They use the same gloves for everything. I needed to ask them to change their gloves. I was on the other subway and it was good but Harbor Rd is the one that I will avoid.

It’s been a long time since I have experienced such terrible service in a venue, actually still feel quite shocked by it. I felt like we shouldn’t have been there. We were not greeted and we weren’t even asked what we wanted. The whole experience was pretty much silent. If it was my franchise I certainly wouldn’t have that lady working there and I will not be back as a result.

Today was the second time I received my wrap stone cold. You see, the way it’s been done for years was get the chicken, put in a heating pan, and in the oven to warm it up. Staff just puts the whole thing, with salad and everything in the oven for half a minute which leaves the insides still cold. Last time, I contacted customer service to ask if anything change to their procedures, and I was told this was due to lack of staff training. The way I remember it is the correct method of making up a wrap. Today, same thing. I go in, ask for my wrap, lady puts the cold chicken on the tortilla and asks me what salad I’d like. Uhm… nothing yet, you need to toast it first. She just goes, nonono, it’s okay, I’ll toast it after. Uhm… okay? Lo and behold, the outside is lukewarm, and the filling inside were still cold. Second time. And I’m the one feeling like an idiot. Won’t be returning to this store.

I visited your subway this afternoon with my family and the standard was absolutely horrendous. To start with, the tables and floor were absolutely disgusting and had not been wiped, never mind sanitised. No staff members were wearing masks and some were not even wearing uniform. The filling counter was dirty and all the meats/fish fillings were mixed and unkept. I was going to have brie on a sub but being a vegetarian I couldn’t as this was covered with meat that had fallen in. There were bins behind the counter than were packed high and rubbish leaning against the walls. After getting my sub, they proceeded to use a black knife to cut my sub with, the same one they had cut every single meat sandwich with before mine. I wish I had taken photos as this may sound unbelievable BUT when sitting down to eat our sandwiches there was an open door right beside our table that led to a dirty corridor that was filled with around 8 women's USED sanitary bins! I can’t even explain how disgusting this was! The assistant manager who was wearing his own clothes, left the restaurant with someone who was working in the back, and they sat directly outside the restaurant smoking in their car - with the same clothing on that they were coming back into the restaurant with! The cleanliness standard was absolutely disgusting and we couldn’t even finish our lunch we felt so uncomfortable. In hindsight, we should not have stayed and eaten here but we had 2 small children and are not from the area and needed somewhere to eat quickly. We are tempted to report this to health and safety food standards as we can’t believe the level of uncleanliness. It was appalling.

Showed up at 6:38 when it says it closes at 7. 22 minutes before closing time, I assume they had been closed for a long time before I showed up. Waste of my time. Get better management.

I visited Max2 today and ordered Max2 special burger. When I get my food meet was well over cooked and dry tested like rubber when I complain they said it's fresh cooked and opened book and showed me ready cooked burgers in books a said we just heat up for order. Newer again. I was customer for years. You lost regular customer.

Very poor food, very high prices. No food or cooking equipment front of house like most kebab shops. Makes you wonder how food is cooked in the back! Sounds as though the microwave is the head chef
