Subway in Erewash

Never received my order, even though the delivery app said it was delivered. Not happy!

How this place stays open I do not know. Toilet out of service for months, refill machine out of order so you pay extra for a bottled drink. Only one member of staff on their phone in the back. Dirty tables and floor and no customers

delivery was on time but passed to me upsidedown so was a right mess steaktasted so bad i had to stop eatting it

I received the wrong thing when I ordered roast chicken, I have received chicken tikka which I do not like so could not eat.

I recently visited Subway, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast and efficient. The staff were courteous and attentive, making sure that everything was just right. They even offered suggestions for sauces and toppings that complemented my sandwich perfectly. Overall, my experience at Subway was top-notch. Great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere make it a place I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!

The staff is rubbish , they are so lazy , they don't even get your order right and they are very slow , they are so unprofessional, very disrespectful.

This is the worst subway ever , their food is cold and they are very slow. They don't give you the right portion of the order made . The staff that work their are very rude and unpolite.

As someone who only got into subway about one year ago, having access to one with a wonderful cosy environment and very understanding staff only helps to elevate my desire to go there more.

The 2x coke zeros were missing from our order £5.18 as well …so not overly impressed

Terrible, bread wad tough and crusty like it was stale or over done in the microwave. Nachos were terrible too, not really worth a fiver. Subway is expensive which is fine, when the quality is up to scratch. This definitely was not.

The staff members are so friendly and polite. It was really a great experience.😊

Food was freezing asked for onion and got lettuce

Quoted a delivery time of 20-30 mins at 2.20pm....delivery at 4.05pm....1 hr 45 mins after ordering ....wrap turned up the size of my palm! Food was barely warm. And contact number for the store doesn't even work!!

Food is disgusting and so are the people who work there

i really don’t wanna be that guy, but if you don’t have enough cookies to give me what i ordered, just let me know, don’t smash up a smaller amount and put it in the bag in bits and pieces thinkin i won’t notice. #1st world problems

I ordered a Rockin Moroccan which I've had before and I was served a Emperor instead. I've been a vegetarian for almost 30 years & I didn't realise until I'd taken a few mouth fulls.

Subs delivered cold and not toasted properly.

The food wasn’t the best ; we waited nearly 2 hours for the food .. in the end having to visit the subway on bath street to pick up the order . To then have, no explanation to why it hadn’t been delivered. They couldn’t converse effectively in English . Not impressed at all. To top it off it states it had been delivered at 12:35 on just eat ; it’s now 14:00

Awful, the food was stone cold and the bread was not made today, it was as hard as Dwayne Johnson’s forehead. Should of gone the the subway on Rutland street

Super fast delivery of warm subs, but unfortunately one of the subs got cheese which wasn’t chosen as I’m allergic

Hot items are always cold and they never provide the dip you pay for

One sandwich came without most of the fillings. All salad missing & sauce. Very dry & not happy especially when it costs nearly £20 for 3 sandwiches

As is relatively regular for subway on a just eat order, the details were wrong. Olives and Jalapeños on a salad where neither were ordered. No cheese on my steak and cheese sub 😂😂 it was still delicious but just mildly disappointing.

Sadly they forgot my garlic slice but it's okay.

I ordered some crinkle wedges and a footlong, the food came and there was only 4 wedges in the box with the wrong sauce and no seasonings like I asked for, I asked for cheese on my sub and only got a few grains on cheese, absolutely ridiculous won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely disgraceful I placed my order at 1430 and the food didn't arrive until 1610 the food has clearly sat there for an hour and a half as it was stone cold and stale. I will be placing a complaint as this food is not of an acceptable standard. Thoroughly disappointed and will never be using this service again

Our food arrived on time and was delicious as usual. However, we were quite disappointed to find two side dish items missing from our order.

I ordered a steak and cheese salad and it came with no salad. Just steak, cheese and cucumber!

Staff need some retraining. I left ordering nothing. I entered the shop with absolutely nobody waiting, the staff member turned to me and rudely said I would have to stand and wait 25 minutes while she did all her online orders. No apologies just spoken to like rubbish. I wouldn’t have minded waiting, but not when I’ve been spoken to like that and no apology! I understand she was under pressure, but if you can’t handle that pressure then customer service is not the job. Won’t be returning ever!

Me and my friend ordered two subways and some sides. We were hung over so this food was VERY important. When we had the food delivered both of our subways had NOT been toasted as we requested and they forgot sauce on my friends sub. My nachos were cold and there was barely and cheese. There was also a hair in my friends subway and it definatley was NOT hers. It was vile. When we called up and asked if we could have fresh ones, we were basically told there was nothing that could be done, even though we offered the subways back, most places do this type of thing in which if you can prove you’ve not eaten it , you get a fresh one. The staff member was unhelpful and sounded like a zombie. Will not be going here again and if you have a hangover from drinking and need scran DONT come here

I ordered a foot long with chicken bacon and extra cheese ,got a footlong with chicken and cheese .Rang restaurant who said they didn`t have an order in my name though clearly its on the receipt with someone elses mobile number .Kept asking if it was an uber eat ,how do I know it was on the just eat site .USELESS requested refund £13.48 please refund me

The food was tasty enough, but presentation really wasn't that great looks like it was thrown together will not be using you again sorry!

Didn’t receive the right order for one of the sandwiches

Food was lovely as normal, the only issue was one of the subs didn't have cheese and wasn't toasted and another didn't have cheese and another wasn't toasted. All small things, luckily easily solved at home

This is from subway ilkeston large wedges £3.49 this is discussing. Rung to complain and got told that this is 2 scoops that's what a large is. Really 😡 my friend went to another subway and got 4 times bigger than this for a large. Hate to think what a small world look like as this is a large. Food was also cold

Ordered a large wedges and got about 10 in box if that. Disgusting rang restaurant to complain and got told that that was it 2 scoops apparently. How big are the scoops teaspoons?

Quick and easy delivery, friendly driver who communicated well. The bread for the sandwiches was much smaller than usual!

Nothing was toasted. None of the salad was right and the veggie delight was just a cucumber sandwich. Seriously, sort it out. £30 for 4 inedible sandwiches. Useless.

Not the busiest of Subways I've visited (even though in the centre of town). It's been a while since I visited any subway, and I have to say I wasn't overly impressed. They seem to be scrimping more and more on fillings.....even though salad costs so little. They're not what they used to be, and are no long good value in my opinion.

I ordered it toasted and it came as a cold sandwich. Completely ruined it!

Walked out as a female Caucasian staff member was coughing and sneezing and did not think to remove gloves and change them. Only good thing was salad protector as I only had to worry about her spreading her germs onto food she handled. My experience made me leave without completing the transaction. Don’t recommend and they don’t understand allergy or offers including loyalty scheme made by subway.

Order 2 subs which one was toasted. When delivered both subs was stone cold and obviously hadn't been toasted. When I rang they basically called me a liar and said that had toasted it and the woman slammed phone down on me when I questioned it. Won't be using subway again anytime soon.

Staff seriously need to read the order properly, X3 subs ordered, 1 was missing and another was completely wrong, meat feast covered in creamy Caesar and full salad that was supposed to be plain, £24 down the pan
