Put through the order of 2x waffles and a brownie, soon got a call from the restaurant to say they had ran out of the waffle mixture, which was absolutely fine they offered to make something else and added extra ice cream which was great of them. Thank you for that, I got the churros instead and a cookie dough. Really tasty and great portions, are the churros suppose to be spicy? Was a good spice but never had spicy ones before.

Ask for salted caramel ice cream and got snickers ice cream and I’m allergic to nuts 🙃

The food was delicious and I loved the service that I had and I think you should give that worker a raise and he was absolutely nice

Good desserts and delivery service

The desserts themselves were absolutely banging 10/10, but i Ordered desserts with strawberries on, was called to be told there was no strawberries..so agreed to swap the toppings and was no problem at all, was then called again to say there was no white choc sauce so agreed to just have milk choc.. also wasn’t a problem at all, but then my desserts turned up 30 mins late, cold, and it also had strawberries on which i was told on the phone they has non, 100% would still order again but maybe a

For the price was absolutely gutted. The cornflake tart and custard was so soggy and Luke warm, I ate maybe half of it, the milkshake tasted nothing like an Oreo shake it’s was disgusting I drank a small bit, the pancake was disgusting, I ordered strawberrys and chocolate sauce, never tasted a pancake so bad in my life so I didn’t eat that at all. The jeleto was the only thing I ate. Had to spend £20 to get delivery plus charged delivery fee. Absolutely gutted cost me £22+ for some ice cream.

Food came freezing cold, got the banana and strawberry cookie dough but came with no strawberries. White chocolate cookie dough had hardly any sauce on. Also asked for salted caramel ice cream and got bubble gum. Just not nice at all.

All 4 deserts that included custard was cold and the custard tasted like cleaning product!! the cookie dough had next to no toppings on. The milkshakes tasted like water:( the only good thing was the Oreo cheesecake!!! I’m disgusted as I’ve never had a bad order from this place and spent a fair bit of money on this order.

Not worth the money! churos came very over cooked. cookie dough came over cooked and stuck to the parchment paper, with the finest bit of chocolate sauce and about 1 strawberry on top. not worth £15 for things that aren’t edible!!

One hour and 30min waiting and everytime I called they just says that is on the way.. and never arrive. Not recommended!

Ordered online for collection and my only issue was finding the place, it wasn't very obvious thst it was part of the kebab shop. However they answered the phone and directed me clearly and were very polite and helpful. The waffles we ordered were amazing, soo generous, tasty and beautifully presented, lush really sums them up to a tee. Will be back for seconds for sure

When you can finally get through to someone about your order being an hour late, they lie and say it’s on its way. 30 minutes later it still didn’t arrive. They turned their phones off and no order arrived.

Good choice of menu but unfortunately one item was wrong i ordered a cookie dough cheesecake which should by the name have cookie dough in it it was in fact an oreo cheesecake I did ring to be told the cookiedough had an oreo on the top it was tasty but it wasn't what I ordered there was no cookiedough part cookie dough cheesecake isn't just crushed oreo on the top so if your after cookiedough cheesecake don't order it as there is no cookie dough not sure they actually know what cookie dough cheesecake actually is to be honest as that wasn't it . ice cream was also tasty but for the sundae snickers explosion and the scoop of snickers ice cream it was very lacking in the snickers actually being in it the pieces were so tiny you could barely taste them honestly which isn't great when it's labeled as snickers The portions were good sizes but the price is kind of up there 22.50 for three desserts plus delivery is quite expensive anf to not get much snickers for that all in a snickers sundae and ice cream so had to mark two stars off one for the cookiedough for the cheesecake because even though it was good it wasn't what I ordered its also most definitely labeled wrongly and really needs changing to oreo cheesecake because calling it cookie dough cheesecake is misleading and people will be disappointed undecided as to whether I would order again honestly just down to not receiving the actual dessert I was after I may just have to order something else if the cheesecake is likely to come wrong. Overall its good but to anyone thinking of buying be aware you may not get exactly what you ordered.

I’m not too angry about this but just want to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I ordered on line and put in that I wanted to pay with cash when it got to me. My order was was only around £10 But when it got here the delivery guy told me it was almost £15. I thought maybe it was a delivery fee (despite it not saying anywhere about a delivery fee) But thought I would call them to check as all I ordered was a waffle and a milkshake so surely it shouldn’t have been that much. But when I called the lush number a kebab shop answered. Then I put the number into google and a pub came up. I’m just very confused. I don’t want a refund or owt just wondering where the extra charge came from.

I would tell you how it tastes..... if it ever arrived. Was really looking forward to trying this place as the menu looked great. But like I said ..... it never arrived ! Annoyed is an understatement

Nothing lush about what I had straight in the bin! I love a good jam roly-poly! What I had was like a soggy jam swiss roll drowned in watery custard! Wont be ordering again

When I first started ordering they was always on point always on time always cold but now always late (2hours last order) bling milkshakes melted, ice cream pots melted. It’s a real shame. They even completely forgot an order luckily didn’t pay on card. If you are to get an old school dessert I’d suggest asking for a small amount of custard as it’s quit running and swamps the pudding of choice.
