Subway in Newport

Rafi is the star of the day. Thank you for the fantastic service I love my nacho bites, chilli cheese bites and the subway you made! Chefs kiss! Keep up the hard work this guy deserves a bonus!

Avoid at all cost… they forget half your order, subs came all soggy and cold, myself and my daughter bother had a really bad stomach for 2 days after eating here as well and the staff were very very rude over the phone

I am appalled by the food I have received. I ordered a margarita pizza, rasberry cheesecake cookie, appletizer and a chicken tikka footlong. Called the shop to explain my problem and spoke to a lovely boy, managers are too lazy to take off drinks and food they don’t even have in stock anymore meaning anyone ordering from uber eats will get a surprise of different items. Also, last I checked especially since I work in a greggs myself, margarita pizza doesn’t contain red onions?? These managers should not be in charge, if you don’t have something, take it off the menu it isn’t hard.

Never ever ordering from here again I asked for tikka,cheese toasted, Sweetcorn, cucumber,pepperoni and Mayo all they gave me was pepperoni, lettuce and Mayo wrong oasis missing bottle of coke and no cookies or crisps either very disappointing

ordered BBQ meatball sub and they give me tomato 👏🏼 not cheap either so now left without food

Rafi and his uncle. Very welcoming. Great conversation and super friendly. They couldn't do enough to ensure our food was spot on. 'Dad is a bit fussy and when i got home, he said top man. Got it just right'. Will definitely be back making this our regular subway to visit.

I had the best chicken salad ever yesterday from this store. The guy that made it was called Rafi. I had all the salad exept the gherkins. I also added crispy onions and loads of mango spicy sauce all over. It's always nice in here with great service. This is the best Subway

Worst every. All of delivery wrong apart from waffle fries which were cold/uncoooked

The sub had a little to much mayo otherwise it was perfect

the cheese is never melted on the nachos and there's always way to much salsa so the chios go soggy and nasty

Sandwiches good as usual but they forgot all the sauces for the sides, so they were not enjoyable. The subs were also not cut in half

This is by far my fave Subway, Why? The customer service is always amazing friendly & welcoming. Happy faces willing to help and make sure you have a great experience in the store. The food is always fresh and tasty. The store is clean or is always being cleaned if necessary. Rafi & Hammed you did it again thank you from me and the two guests I came with Jamie.

I want to say I came in the other day and a member of the team Rafi is absolutely amazing he’s very kind and makes everyone and everything amazing give him a raise thanks rafi you make good food

Order was late and food was cold, ordered the meatless Philly sub with all the salad and some sauce but received a depressing plain veggie sub instead. Called the shop for an explanation and was just told “we were busy so didn’t call to tell you we ran out of some things”. No real apology, shop didn’t seem to care at all. Never ordering from them again! Recommend ordering from a different store or somewhere completely different!

It would have been great! As we do love our subways but disappointed with the Italian herb cheese foot longs bread as they were burnt and no Jalapeños on my meatballs. Hopefully this will be resolved on our next order. Thank you.

I revived someone els order so I went outside and was calling the delivery driver but he drove off even tho i was right next to his car and i tried ringing subway but after 10 trys they never picked up the phone I'm so mad

I love a subway...when the order is correct! It might be ok if you go in store but when ordering for delivery, don't expect your order to be right. For example; ordered 3 cookies and recieved 1, added cheese and toasted to my sub and it came without cheese and not toasted and also my hash browns are raw. This is probably the third time I've ordered for delivery and every time something on the order has been wrong so I think I'll swerve delivery again.

Ordered a cheesy garlic slice, which was inedible as it was rock solid, the salad was dry and had barely any sauce, would not order from here again

I ordered five portions of hash browns and they sent one! driver also got lost and I had to stand out in the poring rain trying to find him.

A typical subway outlet. Not very big. Food was as expected and the service was ok.

The double chocolate cookie wasn’t freshly baked. Smelled like it was few days old. Taste was horrible.

Sadly, the bread of the sub had been toasted for way too long (or the bread wasn't that fresh to begin with). The filling was measly too, hardly any salad at all. The pot of meatballs were nice. The cookies, however, were really disappointing today. They were so hard. Very overcooked.

The food quality was top-notch, and the entire atmosphere at this Subway was welcoming. Awful food looks old, staff have an attitude problem there was so much slimey lettuce i left after waiting to be served!

23 pound for our meal deal and no drink delivered with the orders how hard is it to put a bottle in a bag!!!

The environment is very neat and clean. Staff are very friendly, specifically Mr. Rafi, who is very friendly and cooperative. I must say he makes  good sub.

Staff are useless you ask for wot you want and they get it wrong and try charging u more. then when u get refunded they dont give you rite refund.got staff behind counter that look scared and no experence the poor guy behind counter looks so lost and frightend.train your staff first

Delivered to the wrong address, I was lucky the person who took my food in was kind and called the mobile number that was on the front of the order, which was my number and told me where it had been delivered!!!

When you place an order with requirements I do not understand how they can get your order so wrong..you request sauce and they put 3 diff sauces on which together is disgusting resulting in the food being uneatable. Happens a lot when ordering .

They do not follow instructions or what you clearly order and get it wrong almost every time.
