Forgot the crisps and drinks - 2nd time this has happened now

Didn’t ask for lettuce in the sub

The bread for the meatball marinara was all broken amd the paper was all stuck to the bread. looked like it had just been smashed together. Looked an absolute disgrace and had to spend 5 mins peeling paper off the bread.

Only feedback is delivery kept getting delayed. Food was delicious though.

didn't get what we ordered, drinks and cookies missing and sandwich had wrong ingredients

Given me the wrong meatballs asked for a meatball marinara and given me bbq meatballs

Wasn’t sent the correct meal. No sauce, crisps or cookie. Also my cheese melts were cold. Usually I don’t have a problem

I did not get sent what I ordered. Not acceptable when you are charging this much compared to what it is in store. Very disappointed.

the food was thrown together and disgusting nothing like when you get it in the shop asked for toasted and the bread was but the cheese was added after the sandwich was soggy and the waffles fries have never seen hot like wet rubber

driver was angry and late and when i went to collect food my dog accidentally jumped up and he just pushed her hard

Good variety , options on menu , reasonably priced

Ordered £30 worth of food, when it got here only had the sandwich from the meal deal and the side orders were cold

The wrap despite supposing to be warm was stone cold

Subs were good. However salads had no lettuce. It was the first option on the list for 2 salads & both came without! Really disappointing.

Would have been better had the waffles fries been warm. The sandwich was good though.

Everything was good except the wrong cheese bites were delivered instead of the normal ones

My sandwich was made with compassion which is brilliant. It’s really gave me that Friday feeling Aswell as if sweetcorn would have been falling out left right and center it would have not gave me the Friday feeling! Thank you.

they delivered the wrong order now I'm stuck with food I don't like and an empty stomach

They have forgot my crisps l, and my cookies I payed for

delivery driver was very rude. he couldn't find the house and called to ask where it was. he did not know where he was and put the phone down. I had to call back to direct him. when he dropped the food off he basically threw it at me and did not speak. very bad service from the driver resulting in cold food being delivered.

We ordered a six inch sub and a footlong; we've received two six inch subs.

Not impressed by being told what your having on your sandwich especially with the fillings

cookie missing, and vanilla coke turned up as a regular coke, Sandwiches looked thrown together

Deal or No Deal, after reading what I thought was a smashing deal on a poster in the window “any footling sandwich £4.99 with the app until feb 20th” I thought great I’ll have some of that. My first impressions of the store were that it needed a good clean, there was rubbish on the floor, I accidentally kicked a discarded cup across the floor spraying myself with some sort of sugary beverage. Another thing I noticed was staff making up sandwiches without gloves, the main sandwich artist’s had gloves, but every so often the cashier would help, they were clearly preparing orders for delivery and gloves weren’t being used by the cashier. After my sandwich had been carefully made by a fully gloved team member, he tried to charge me full price and not the offer price in the window. Someone who I assume was a supervisor came over and quite grumpily said “this promotion has expired “ to which I replied look at the poster in the window it clearly states Feb 20th, to which she replied “it’s you, your app isn't working, you have no points, this has been happening all day”. A rude supervisor , who doesn’t honour deals or have the professionalism to be knowledgeable about the offers available in store. I refused to pay full price, and they would rather send a potential customer away unhappy. I saw them discard the sandwich, what a waste. I would not recommend coming to this place.

Not happy a large size box is the the same size as a smaller box I got a few weeks ago and it was £18 instead of 13 !!

Wasn't to taste as had before the brie submelt was squashed the chicken bites was cold couldn't eat the full meals really disappointed

I ordered the create your own footlong meal. I only recieved the sandwhich. No drink. No crisps and no cookie. The delivery driver said thats all they sent and to request a refund. Either the drivers are taking these items or the store isnt sending full orders out.

Delivery driver went to the totally wrong address due to not reading 'my' address properly. The food was fine but trying to get the driver to understand and accept he'd gone to the wrong address was farcicle ..

Ordered Subway series-Tex Maxan meal and 2 Create Your own -footlong meals, Sides of x2 Nacho chicken bites. .. X2 footlong subs are missing, no drinks, no Sides that come as part of the meal. £50 order and now having to wait 7 days for a refund.... hottest day of year, sept 23, i have 3 hungry teens, and this just isnt good enough. 🙄😬

Was cold and the sandwich leaked all over everything else

For what we paid for these sandwiches the quality was very poor, I asked that the wrap was not toasted, however it came toasted which meant all the salad inside was soggy and not very appealing. Charging what they do they need to take more pride in presentation, the bread looked as if it had been ripped apart. Not a great experience this time.

Orded at 11:20 arrived gone 1pm. Delivery personal rude and just blanked me when told it’s taken 2 hours. Food was inevitably cold.

Love this subway. I go after work most times. Fantastic friendly man behind the counter. Roll isn’t customer service and brilliant at his job. 10/10

Friendly staff, well prepared sub.

Most of the food was fine, but my chicken nacho salad was appalling there was no sauce, I paid for double meat and double cheese and there was no cheese at all and only 3 nacho chicken squares there was hardly any salad. I paid 9 pound for this salad, At least out some salad in the box. I don't think I be ordering again form this subway that's for sure!!!!

Late delivery, and the cold drink was in the bag with hot food, ruining both the food and drink.

Delivery driver took longer than expected, was on phone when food was delivered, food arrived luke warm at best due to delivery time. The sub itself was really tasty- top marks but the rest wasn’t as good.

Paid for a meal and an item was missing - very frustrating and annoying Double check orders you guys before sending out!

Twice I have ordered recently and neither orders have arrived. Don’t ring their phone either, I was informed it doesn’t work!

Not happy, recieved my order an hour after ordering which at first was supposed to be 15 minute, then another 15, then another 15. My food was clap cold when it arrived, not only that but now has made me late for work as i couldn't cancel because id still be charged. Tried phoning subway at least 6 times but just rang out each time..bad customer service and time keeping..

Customer service poor Packs sandwiches and salad boxes very little, need to ask every little bit to add more! She doesn’t seem to be happy working here(shorter stature girl) , tables not clean all needed cleaning, asked for clean and thanked her when she came round, she just walked away … 🙄

I made a mistake and tried to immediately cancel my order. A driver had not been assigned and since it was seconds after the order was conformed there was no way it could have already been made. Despite this when I tried to cancel I was told I would still be charged, so now I have an order I did not want and I am very unhappy.

They try to put 4 meatballs on a footlong sub then cut them in half when I asked about it was told that's what you get rude staff I told them the picture has six in dont care been doing it this way for months £7 for a sandwich with 4 meatballs False advertising dont go here

Can someone just verify if the monterey jack cheese is £10 🤔 My son is ordering a meal, and normally has extra cheese, which is the monterey jack, but it says £10ea........ Is this correct, your charging £10 per slice of cheese on your online menu

Definitely overpriced for what you get. The pigs in blankets were tiny and the back wasn’t even on the sausages. The hash browns were cold and the subs weren’t very nice either. For £20 you’d expect more than 5 mini chipolatas and cold subs.

Wouldn't order again because with add-ons became expensive

If you have an allergy I would avoid this particular subway all the salad stuff was just a mess different veg scattered all over other veg. Definitely need a visit from health and hygiene

Ordered a veggie chicken salad. Was the worst I've ever had. The chicken was rock hard, not edible, and it was a waste of money. Really unhappy as I love subway.

Went on a tour of the city in the opposite directiom of my home before being delivered to me, so was very cold and soggy. Not worth £11 for one cold, wet sandwich that was left of the wet rainy floor by the delivery driver.

Could not get a hold of the restaurant and when the food come it was freezing, I had to bin it because I did not feel safe eating it.
