missing items off my breakfast.

Tues 8/04/25 unable to order any hot food as everything closed down in that area. Just a few sandwiches. The cafe is suppose to close at 5pm so it’s understandable there will be limited options but NO hot option? Do they have a microwave? Not good is it. No reflection on staff attitude. Well mannered as always.

Food was cold and stale order was also incorrect missing a few items

Bacon - una astilla del cerdo más flaco del planeta Una salchicha - solo un poco mejor que una tienda de patatas fritas baratas Pan frito - con tanto aceite en ellos se podría dar servicio a su coche Dos huevos "escalfados" - estaban tan engomados que harían neumáticos de coche Setas - frías Tomates enlatados - estaban bien Dejé más de lo que comí y lo habría puesto en conocimiento del personal pero nadie vino a preguntar si todo estaba bien y la mitad de los servidores no vieron para saber cómo funcionaba el sistema de entrega de mesas. Una experiencia verdaderamente terrible.

Have always enjoyed Breakfast at Morrisons due to the really bad weather I could not get out so decided to order just as good as in the store really nice delivery person no complaints.

Ordered drink never received no black pudding spent £30 for missed items & soggy food. Toast was stale.

Breakfast was awful.Left most of it. Gloomy cashier. Tables not wiped down properly.Some tables not. cleared from previous occupants. Waste of £9.50

I specifically asked for NO MUSHROOMS, got a plate full with mushrooms, and im allergic to it

Took 1.5 hours to come. Wasn’t the best. Won’t be ordering again

We have gave this so called cafe too many chances now it is time to call it a day called in again stupidly on the 3rd of october cold peas cold gravy lukewarm chips and a severe language barrier with the girl on the till not to mention the unclean tables and shortage of staff next time we shop here at tea time we will go to the chip shop

Popped in at 2.15 on Sunday it was quiet not busy , but yet there were tables just clutted with left over pots food etc we had to clear a table our selves and ask to have it wiped it was disgusting, Sitting eating our lunch looking at all this left over food left around wasn't pleasant

Had before but this time fried bread was rock hard and they forgot the black pudding and no substitute so that’s why 3star

Absolutely filthy, food disgusting..actually, will never shop at a morrisons again

Como yo, mi pareja estaba deseando el almuerzo del domingo yo no pagaría £ 8. 00 cada uno por eso como la salsa era acuosa, las chirivías era un poco quemado, gomoso, no se obtiene un montón de chirivías y zanahorias, pero me gustó el puré de patatas, pero el queso de coliflor era asqueroso, pero el resto no dos malos, no creo que vamos a tener de nuevo. para mí fue un desperdicio de dinero.

Popped in to meet one of my grandchildren the cafe was spotlessly clean and the food looked very nice my grandchild didn't want any thing to eat I guess it wasn't teatime or lunchtime and the cafe was very quiet so unfortunately we didn't order anything but everything was lovely and clean and I was quite disappointed we didn't order anything the staff were really lovely I definitely will be ordering something next time

When me and my daughter went to find a seat most of the tables was dirty with trays of rubbish and the cafe was nearly empty but still no one to clean. I had scampi,chips and beans the best thing was the scampi didn't eat the rest as chips was burnt. Daughter had sausage,mash beans and gravey, the gravey was like jelly the mash was hard and cold the best bit was sausage. Also an old ladie sat down and asked the worker to get her tea as she was struggling the worker turned around and explained where everything was so I got up to help, I thought that was disgusting and unprofessional

Appalling. The cafe was without a coffee machine for weeks with no hint of repair. Then all hot drinks machines were roped off. NO hot drinks in a cafe is ridiculous. Been in today, one coffee machine working but I only got half a cup. One lady working the till, serving food and fixing coffee machine while queue built up. Will not be visiting again.

Apart from bacon being hard everything else was delicious. Highly recommend

items missing from the roast dinner; no roast potatoes or yorkshire pudding, very disappointing as these are my fav parts of a roast dinner, and imho an essential part, and listed as being part of the meal on the menu

Didn’t give me my extra sausage and bacon so I wasted like £2.40

From placing order to receiving, it was over one hour, fish very greasy and chips burnt

Hi today my wife and I decided to go for breakfast upon arrival there were no clean trays. The drinks machine wasn’t working, but no one had the initiative to put a sign on saying out of order. There were no clean cups for tea or coffee also the order we placed came out wrong and then there was no condiments. The tables didn’t seem clean and they were used pots all over the unoccupied tables. It was the worst breakfast experience we’ve ever had ..Leaving the store, We reported this to the head manager who didn’t even give an apology . The managers response was I’ll deal with it ?? We will never be going again 😡

Always good when we visit. Food is ok, always cooked well and out to the table very promptly.

Feel so sorry for the people working in this cafe. They’re short staffed and absolutely run off their feet. Today I brought them all the trays in off the tables and cleared it all up for them, as a customer it upset me. No one should have that amount of work load with 0 help & only 2 staff members working. To say how short staffed they were I honestly can’t fault their customer service. The 2 young lads on were absolutely amazing, so polite and so helpful.

They didn't deliver the Carrot cake we ordered.

AWFUL, No milks, no cutlery, uncleaned filter coffee machine, almost every table uncleaned with plates on them and then the people working there chatting away! The taller guy of the two men working on the Sunday I visited was pulling his weight for the other one but the shorter guy just hung about like he was at a social club! Food was nice though! Sort it out.

It was really busy today in the cafe as it’s half term. The staff are so polite and kind (especially the 2 male staff) and never get frustrated even when customers are rude and impatient. The 2 male staff are amazing and both very personable and make all the difference to the cafe experience. Thank you

Amazing work 2 and a half hours delivery time to get an order wrong.

Sausage, egg, chips and beans, twice. My daughter and I enjoyed our meal. Lots of lovely chips and three sausages plus an egg and some beans, yummy!

Late and cold I know it can be busy so a bit late might be expected but over an hour late and the food to be stone cold is ridiculous The driver was sat waiting for the delivery for 58mins

Came for a cooked breakfast, mushrooms were not cooked, black pudding was over cooked, we ordered chocolate milk and had to be refunded as not available, should be removed from order point, we had to eat in the dark as no lights on and it was freezing, I know there is a cost of living crisis but come on guys you surly make enough to put the lights on

Driver spent over an hour waiting at restaurant, would of been quicker to send him out with a bow and arrow to track and prepare the pig.

Cold food and undercooked mushroom. Vegan sausage was the fry brand Probably wouldn't order again for the price and all the delivery fees. Nice they had a vegan options on the menu though. No soya or oat milk on offer for coffee

Items missing on a very fresh salad full of lettuce? and tomatoes, no cucumber and no dressing. No clotted cream for the scones either. Otherwise a decent meal with 2 packs of Lurpak and a breakfast size jar of strawberry jam for the scone. Shame as the meal was enjoyable. Maybe we should order earlier in the day.

The burger was over done, a few shavings of grated cheese on it, wouldn’t call it a cheese burger, and no coleslaw as advertised. The only good things were the buns. Wouldn’t buy from here again, very disappointed.

Going down hill. Foods was good. But for about a year. Things is just getting worse. No brown sugar, No chocolate shaker for cappuccino. Food is not always the same taste like beef burger. Maybe cos of STUPID BREXIT.. Mushrooms n bacon should be cook in a frying pan. Not boil in a water. Some sauces ran out n no salt. Looking for Table salt from customer's Table after leaving. Sometimes cafe staff made mistakes after when I ordered for food.

Absolutely fantastic service, greeted by friendly staff, shown to our seats, we ordered 2 lots of afternoon tea and the lady who served us couldn't have been more helpful! She checked if everything was okay for us/ if we needed anything else multiple times and even came to check a final time before going home when her shift ended! Lovely experience beautiful afternoon tea spread, £10 for 2 people can't say fairer than that! Will definitely be back!

Went for a fry up for breakfast with our lass and babie, and was disappointed have to have fresh tomatoes don't have the option for tinned and the bread was greasy, the eggs and sausages were burnt and the bacon looked and tasted like it hardly been cooked, will not be going back.

Wanted a full English and they didn’t have sausage and there was apparently no sausage available in the entire store. Bacon was like cardboard, beans were definitely not Heinz like they were advertised to be. A family member ordered lasagne and it was definitely a microwave meal as it was cold on the inside.

When the food came, it was all cold. Seems like the staff were a bit disorganised. Slow service and disappointingly dirty atmosphere.

Waited 20 mins for cold and undercooked food. To then be told they only have 1 omelette left? when I paid for 2 and no hashbrowns.(never again)! Go round the back n raid the bins would be better quality 100%!

Always friendly staff, they will help any way they can the food is decent but I wish they would bring back the cheap pastries to the public near closing time as we liked a latte and cheap bun before we go home, but for some reason management has told them they can't do it anymore

Ordered burger with chps onion rings . all cold. Not warm cold. Burger with rocket!!! Bad food. Staff too busy chatting. Dirty tables. Waiting to get served

Hectic then long wait when food arrived it seemed like it had been under lamps for ages beans drying up

stood waiting ten to fifteen minutes in line to place my order behind only one person in , to buy 1 panini 1 sandwich 2 burgers and 2 coffees to then be sat waiting 35 minutes for the panini to be toasted, a panini that were already put together that only needed heating, the sandwich bread were crunchy, not soft, had clearly been sat on the shelf a lot longer than you would expect for a 3pound sandwich, the burgers were beyond dry to the point you put it in your mouth and the meat crumbles, ridiculous waiting time for your food to be overcooked and look messy, with burger van quality buns, the only thing that lifted our spirits were the fact thst a gentle member of staff apologised sincerely and offered us free refills on our coffee, will not be visiting their cafè again.

Menu awkward if I want a breakfast I will pick small medium or large not have to click on each item to order and watching the price get higher than shown. I left and went to McDonald's.

We've eaten here several times in the past; usually fish and chips after a late food shop. Tonight, Saturday we returned after a long absence. Self service till ok but couldn't scan the More card. Waited ages for food which was ok for the price but too long a wait. Insufficient butter provided for the bread. No forks available. The only 3 forks in the container were filthy. We had to ask for a fork. No napkins, just kitchen roll. Café wasn't busy so no excuse except chronic staff shortage for poor service, perhaps. Coffee surprisingly good but 6 pint plastic milk container left out for customer use and no teaspoons.

Took my mother to the café. Quite enjoy the food they have. Friendly staff reasonable prices.

Great cafe/quality of food and excellent value for money BUT it is MASSIVELY understaffed at peak times. The staff are hardworking and friendly but are unable to provided the level of service required due to staffing levels. I've witnessed food being returned for being cold and tables left dirty for long periods, both unacceptable and a reflection of the MANAGEMENT rather than the workers, so Morrisons.....sort it out as this is not helping your reputation in a very competitive market!
