Pizza Master in Sheffield

I recently had the displeasure of trying both the pizza and the wrap from Pizza Master, and I must say it was an utterly disappointing experience. The pizza was astonishingly bland, lacking any hint of robust flavour or zest that one would expect. The crust was uninspired, the sauce was barely discernible, and the toppings felt more like an afterthought than a key component. The wrap, unfortunately, did not fare any better. It was as flavourless as the pizza, with ingredients that seemed to have been thrown together without any seasoning or care. The textures were unappealing, and every bite was as monotonous as the last. Overall, both items left me thoroughly unimpressed and dissatisfied. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in search of a satisfying meal. A return visit is highly unlikely unless significant improvements are made.

the pizza and chips with cheese sauce were terrible...no taste wotoever....not be using again

Pizza was great. Really good. Lamb shish totally plain grilled. No spice or flavour on it at all. Pizza Burger was ok but chips in box were hardly 15 pieces. Mix kebab the chicken was over cooked, dried and burnt.

Used to be ok when first opened Getting worse orders never right get served food left from day before ive rung up and been in about it actually taken food back because it's that bad . We've gone from ordering 3-4 times a week to now once in a while now lost a customer

Perfect food, pipping hot, nothing missing and even put the extras on that I requested! Highly recommend will be ordering again as the prices are spot on, fed a family of 5 for £30 which I feel is pretty good

We’ve been ordering from pizza master for over 5 years and never had any issues at all! The food is tasty, delivery always on time. Quite a few times we went to collect and the staff were very friendly and polite! Very pleased with the service and highly recommended!

Me and my partner order often and always have a meat feast bbq base. Never had a single problem we are always more than happy and usually return within the week

Wrong pizza and it had know taste

Ordered a mixed kebab two pieces of lamb smaller than my thumb end . Ring them and they say it's portioned ,🤔

**avoid at all costs** Placed an order over an hour ago, for my brother and myself, we have never ordered to this address before since moving. They have since claimed we have and didn’t answer, and that we are fake customers? Horrible service and I imagine based on other reviews poor and unhygienic food.

My sister just tried to order from here and after waiting for an hour they cancelled claiming we are a fake customer? Which is untrue as we have never ordered from here before at this address. I suggest everyone avoids and I will be sure to tell others to avoid

Food was delivered to the wrong address, delivery status wasn't updated until much later. Thankfully the house it was delivered to were nice and kept hold of it when I went and asked about it.

Tortilla was a bit hard and chip was cold but other than that was yummy

We ordered online last night at 8:45pm, and it never showed up, the driver said that he'd rang us and tried the intercom, but we received absolutely 0 notification of this what so ever despite leaving simple and specific insructions. When phoning the driver they said it'd be redelivered in 10 minutes, to which it never was, we even waited outside to make sure the driver didn't mess it it up for over half an hour, then phoning up the restaurant just for the guy on the other end to claim that the driver is "lost". How can the driver be "lost" when they've already have meant to have come to our address??? Then after a 2 hours and 30 minutes in total they cancelled the order completely at 11:15pm. Not only wasting our time but money also. Don't recommend at all, poor service and food isn't even that nice (judging from previous orders), we only ordered here because our usual was closed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!!

The food was delivered earlier than expected but unfortunately the fries were cold.

Unfortunately it will be the last we order from here we allow for delivery being slow due to businesses being busy but we don't allow for food to be freezing cold and having to warm up in the microwave

Great food for the best price in the area.

Food was cold, come as dry as my nanan. I asked for sauces on two kebabs and they never had any on either of them, the delivery driver had no manners whatsoever and this is not the first time there’s been an issue. Would not recommend and I definitely would not ever use them again

Pizza burger and chips were the description. The amount of chips is appalling. The guy on the phone originally when I called were really rude. I then asked to speak to the manager/owner. He said order from somewhere else then not knowing how much I'd spent over the years or not even taking that into consideration. Never again.

The food was disgusting the chicken tasted like it was cooked a week ago it smells very bad and tastes very bad the kebab tasted bad the chilli sauce was worst over all I will never order from here ever again.

Every single time i order from this place the food always manages to impress. The Doner kebabs are to die for !

Food came hot and the wedges were nice which are the only good things. Delivery took an hour + when we literally live like 5 minutes down the road. The garlic bread special which is meant to be cheese and tomato on it Didnt have any tomato and it came with a little hair in it. It was also super greasy. Reported to just eat and left a review on the platform but its not showing since its a low score so thought id warn others.

50 minutes waiting for takeaway for them to cancel order to say its too far away at 2 miles ish. I would have paid delivery. Taking money for it too so no idea when I'll get that back. Absolute mess.....

Ordered a large kebab, more like small, when it arrived, it was all cold , had to warm it up myself, defeats the object of a takeaway. Won't be using again, don't recommend

Amazing food order here every weekend for the kids. The kids love it and i really recommend the pizzas here they are amazing.

We regularly order from here as the food is nice, the mixed kebabs are the best in the area in my opinion and the pizzas are good would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the southern fried chicken is hit and miss,sometimes it’s not fully coated and not crispy enough.

Never order food here just eat charged £2 delivery and then manger of the takeaway Hassan rang asking for £9 more for delivery and to be transferred to his bank account I would have cancelled but the kids were hungry had no other option food arrived 2 hours later then issu with delivery driver feel sorry for her manger was proper having a go at her made my husband walk a mile to the car still couldn’t find the driver then the food finally arrived at the door my husband was proper pisssed off food was so terrible manger was crying about he so busy if u can’t Handel the pressure of being busy I advice you not to have a bloody takeaway on justeat never again!

Not greasy salad nice and fresh plus they separate your kebab from salad with greaseproof paper burgers are lovely chips lovely too high quality fresh and clean

Love the food from here! The pizzas are to die for and all the food made is fresh and tastes amazing. It's well priced with good customer service and delivery is well within the time scale given to you upon ordering. I would recommend the potato wedges to everyone 100%! If there was more than 5 starts I would give 10.
