SALMONELLA. Do not order from this place unless you want a week off work, chicken was still roar if I wasn’t switched on I would have been in hospital, over priced just to add fuel to the fire.

Don't order, Chips were soggy, forgot all 3 sauces despite them being very obvious, stingy with the peri peri on the chips, disgusting burger and the onion rings don't even taste of onion they look and taste disgusting. Not a 5 food quality by the way, they must have won that award in a raffle.

Worst place to order food from .... staff are to rude and takes a about 5 years to get your next meal... do not other from here ... foods bad and they forgot most of the items from my order.

Do not order from here! Delivery for pizza takes way longer than expected and the staff are rude. It took an hour and a half for us to receive our pizzas. We were shouted at on the phone and hung up on numerous times when we tried asking for a delivery update. Even an UberEat driver said their drivers don’t go there because it is such bad service. After waiting over an hour and a half, stuff was missing from our order when we finally received it. Horrendous service.

Absolutely disgusting food. Peri peri is awful . Customer service is poor no wonder the place is dead . If you want food poisoning visit this place

Ordered via user eats. Restaurant cancelled the order 10 mins later. Called them and they said they were too busy and I'm too far away. User eats wouldn't refund because Restaurant told them I cancelled the order. Having to try and claim the money back another way.

Restaurant open until 7 am ordered food at 0615 am and has been cancelled by restaurant. Don't waste your time...

the food was mediocre and the chicken was next to raw. I didn’t finish the chicken so I gave some to my dog. Just a few hours later both me and my dog were sick multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend not worth the risk. If you do order chicken make sure it’s cooked as it seems this place has had issues with this before

We’ve been given the wrong order twice, first time we thought genuine mistake. Second time it’s clear they are just rubbish. Both times we rang up and told them we had the wrong order and they couldn’t have cared less. Despite it being their mistake they wouldn’t send the correct order as it costs them to pay a driver. It’s a real shame they can’t get orders right because the food is nice, but the customer service is abysmal.

Absolutely shocking service. Food was cold and soggy. Chicken wrap meal came as just dry bread and chicken. They forgot one meal and gave us the wrong pudding. Then had at me over phone when I complained ‘cos it was eid’. Worst takeaway experience of my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Disgusting service, didn't read delivery notes. Wrong order and when called back they hung up and blocked number. Awful food. Food cold.

Ordered at 9pm, told it would come at 9.50pm, at 10 past 10 I called to see where it was and told "we are busy will be there in 10 minutes" at 22.30 I called again and told "how can you expect to order food one second and have it delivered the next second" I didnt - it's been an hour and 40 minutes. Food arrived - clearly has been microwaved, No apologies, No offer of money off etc. Will never order from here again. Food was ok, however soggy burger buns from being microwaved. Disgusted.

So far the best takeaway on Just Eat in Sheffield. I love the lamb chops with lemon and herb sauce.

Ordered through just eat, took just under 2hr to arrive and when did finally arrive we told the driver to take the food back and tell the owner to suck a dick.😂😂😂

Ordered through Deliveroo. We ordered chicken strips but when it arrived there was just 1 piece of chicken. Rang up to complain but and get either our money back or the correct order send but heard nothing back. To make matters worse I found hair in my pizza. Don't bother ordering from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE They got our order wrong, sent us less than what we ordered and there was HAIR in our food.

Pizzas arrived upside down and squashed in the boxes. The restaurant refused to redo the order because we ordered through Ubereats. Uber refused to take the pizzas back. Appalling service by both companies never to be used again!

Customer service is absolutely disgusting!!!! Ordered my meal and waited over an hour, called them and they said that it should be with us within 20 minutes. Called back 30 minutes later asking where the food was for them to say it was going to be with us in 10. When the food finally arrived it was cold and disgusting! They didn't apologize and didn't offer any discount! Would give 0 star if possible! The guy on the phone was extremely rude as well! Don't order from here people, don't waste your time and money!!!!

Really bad service , it took nearly two hours to delivered and every time I ring staff says we are packing and will be delivered shortly. Hi all if you really like chikoo's food then please order a day before then it might deliver next day on time . Really disappointed with there service .

I didn't even get what I ordered, my second order I didn't get any vegetables, the quality was awful and the chips were cold. The guy taking our orders were nice but he wasn't paying attention he asked us to repeat it three times and still got it wrong! awful.

Very nice food, I would recommend the chicken sizzler, chicken so tender and the chilli sauce is amazing. I don't usually give 5 stars.

Girl chicken is definitely one of the best chickens I ever had in my life it is reasonable price as well for a full chicken I have it every so often really healthy highly recommended

On the same road there are shops that sell better kebabs. They seemed a bit too sloppy for me and I waited 20 mins for the food to come out... sort of negates the purpose of a fast food restaurant.
