Food cooked great, on time for collection, delivery same always comes hot, great service from John, friendly and very helpful with our online issues

John on till was very helpful as we were ordering pizzas without tomato base. We are not from the area as visiting our Son in northern general hospital. John was very chatting and a pleasure to talk too. Will be returning soon. :)

My friendly, neighbourhood, Pizza Hut.. let's put it this way: we keep on coming back. Always cooked to perfection and piping hot. Perfect for a cosy night in with some beers and some good tv, x-files, Twin Peaks or maybe another good cult-classic! It's always Pizza time at Pizza hut!

Have ordered many times before with no issues. This evening one pizza came on different base to what was ordered, fair enough but the toppings just didn’t taste as good. Other pizza was on correct base but again just didn’t taste as good as previous orders. Disappointing to be honest

I ordered over £100 worth of food for delivery to the hospital for a staff team celebration. After it wasn't delivered and after multiple unanswered phone calls, 2 staff drove down to the store to collect. The shop was closed, my card has been charged and the order is now listed as completed online.

When the food was delivered to us, the food was piping hot, soggy and half of the pizza was on the lid.

Reshma was very friendly and professional. The Pizza’s were hot, with generous toppings and the bases were perfectly crispy. All in all, maybe the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. I’d highly recommend this Pizza Hut. Looking at the other reviews, the issue with poor reviews is mostly down to the deliveries, not the food… I’d recommend you collect, not have it delivered.

I mean it’s or8 just or8 I still feel sad that fact it was good boozer on cross now I’m buying pizza next door to some nursery that was in Sheffield star for neglect to children! It’s standard you could easily buy same pizza and cook it if you have a good enough oven bring bank white horse

First time I’ve ordered in a long time. Got given the wrong pizza (right toppings, wrong base) which was grossly overcooked. One pizza didn’t have a dip. Sides were poor and paying an extra £2.50 for chicken is outrageous. Won’t order from here again.

Ordered take out here, and they couldn't find the place to take it. I'm very disappointed, I would rate 0 stars but I can't.

Food arrived lukewarm and greasy. No salsa on nachos and far too much cheese which had cooled and congealed. Pretty much inedible all round. I honestly wouldn't bother, I certainly won't be ordering again. Very expensive waste of time.

Not ordering from ere ever again got to have been one of the worse pizza I've ever had all the topping was dry!!!!!they did not teast fresh let me tell you that pizza was over cooked and it very cold when it turned up disappointed with you pizza hut

Ordered a classic crust, but it's just a plain one that's been delivered. Also, the box looked like the delivery driver sat on it to deliver it and the seal was broken before it arrived. 2nd time now that the crust was wrong so will start looking at alternatives.

Not the best pizza tonight, normally spot on, tonight's pizza tasted burnt and the base tasted old, order 2 pizzas and both have gone in bin, even dogs refused to have a bite.

Food is fine but they tell you food is delivered, turns up 30 minutes later and they don’t answer the phone when you call.

Ordered a deal tonight, and chicken wings separately, the deal was for a large pizza and wedges. Yet again, the wedges left off. Driver unable to help. Not getting a response on the phone .. Not really happy at all..

I won’t be ordering from here again as the food that we ordered has gone in the bin. Myself and my nan had a couple slices each of the margarita and the Texan bbq and both lacked decent flavour and instead had a flavour closer to cardboard or paper. It was extremely dry especially the chicken on the Texan bbq. The sides were the same, dry and lacked any flavour. After eating Pizza Hut growing up we decided to have one and have learnt not to waste our money on it again.

ordered a pizzia and two sides at 830pm to be delivered at 930pm..never arrived so contracted them..to be told that they had not received my order through just eat but she had already read my order back to me earlier in the conversation...so they did not make any sense..she said she would speak to the manager and call me back..said the shop was now shut and they said we could have the order tomorrow with a free pizzia lol sorry really not good enough..its 1015pm and no food now...shes just cancelled our order and put phone down..great service...NOT

Driver went 10 miles away to drop my pizza off then phoned saying on doorstep. Nothing arrived. Arrived 20 mins later with cold pizza. Phoned the hut and got a manager telling me they can't replace order cos it was 10 pm. Jokers

Best Pizza Hut pizza I've ever had. It probably helped that I picked it up, but it was crispy, well-loaded with toppings and super tasty.

Managers on the day Muhammad and Wajid were fantastic. Listened to my request and provided brilliant service. Quality of food was excellent.

Incorrect order (real cheese after ordering vegan cheese as partner has a dairy allergy). Cannot get through to phone line. Terrible.

Recently moved into the area of this hut and was pleasantly surprised to order the same food as from another hut but get better food. Ordering was easy, kept informed of the progress of the order and it arrived in a timely manner. Our driver was very friendly and delivered hot, delicious food.

Absolute rip-off . Overpriced and hardly get the right quantity. they used to be very good many years ago but no more. I can see other negative feedback and I am not surprised. there are many other pizza takeaways/delivery around , go for those instead and you won't be disappointed. any other place can outpizza the hut :P

Just phoned 4 deliver 21 39 and they said sorry we are not deliver at this time so I asked 4 the manager and he said he was the manager wouldn't give me his name very rude and unprofessional been ordering for a long time thanks pizza hut don't expect me to place an order again and I will be chasing it up for a apology can't believe it

Pizza hut on s5 that doesn't deliver on s5 having to order from chapaltown

On Friday after ordering the pizza, the expected delivery time was 25 to 35 minutes. Pizza arrived after over 1 hour. It was transported without a bag which resulted in very cold weather. very bad service

Burnt one of the pizzas and cookie dough had plastic in it. Would double check before walking out.
