The server is rude and slow ... no sense of urgency when it comes to serving customers

Everything was stone cold by the time it arrived

Its very very bad… I do order, I taked sandwich whit crispy onion, sweetcorns, italian white bread, and they have to tosted my bread, and 2 cola. They give me just bread whit little ham, and little sweetcorns, whitout tosted, and just 1cola. Really? I pay for eferything . I call to subway, but they not to answered. i call 7times

Didn’t get everything I ordered

Can’t believe it takes 1.5 hours for a salad roll…..although it was tasty.

Poor hygiene. Fella who served me used a knife recently used and had tuna on, when eating my sandwich i was getting hints of tuna. He was sat in the staff room on his phone when I got there and did not come out until he saw me. Worst subway I have ever had. Sandwich was also just made with no care, had very little taste & was all floppy.

Ordered 9 hash browns, got 5. Different bread than ordered

Poor customer service and attitude by the guy with glasses and colourful pony tail serving behind the counter. I was waiting for around 2-3 minutes for a member of staff to appear from the back room and out he comes and I quote he said "there's a bell there". Very rude, considering I'd not seen the bell as it was on a top counter near to the fillings and I was stood by the till, which would be the more appropriate place to put a bell, or simply ensure you are in view of the counter to see if any customers are waiting. Atmosphere was terrible in there no music, enough said about that. On to the food and I opted to have a few of their cheesy garlic breads, which I've not had for a long time. Upon eating them I was disappointed to say the least, not a hint of garlic whatsoever, just oily cheesy and soggy bread barely even toasted. Will definitely not be returning. Give this guy serving a good long customer service training course or give him the boot.

this has happen lots of times we do not resevece the food but subway do not give us a refund we have to lose out and have no food or money back .

Probably the worst place have eaten at the Pepsi was mainly water with a hint of Pepsi. The service was horrible and slow.

The man with the glasses and pony tail, was miserable and sloppy, bad hygiene… hardly had anything in stock… chucked the sandwiches together with no care they were all just soggy and falling apart… a smile wouldn’t hurt either mate.. got there and he was just sat on a Chair in the doorway on his phone… shame as the lady who I think is the manager is always so lovely..

Wrong bread - they’d been switched, wrong crisps and wrong cookies!!!! Not great….

Had the wrong drinks, cookies and crisps

They didn’t include a drink or the wedges. They didn’t put any cheese in the sandwiches that we requested. And they didn’t toast our sandwiches even though we requested it too

Awful. Never had such a terrible subway. Meatballs were tasteless. Sauce was watery and when questioned it was told this was how it always is. Never had watery meatball sauce or seen. Never even bothered cutting my footlong sub either. Also got a ceasar salad and had to ask twice for more salad on it. As only put a couple bits on and when asked they tried telling us there was only normally a few bits of salad choices put it. Absouletly terrible. Will never be using this subway again.

I asked for gaterade notmountain dew and my food is stone cold

£50 of subway ruined. Nothing was toasted despite all 4 subs saying toasted on the order. Even the meatballs were freezing cold. I live 30 seconds from the store Its not a delivery issue the cheese was still completely unmelted. Replaced 2 Tango's with a tiny single pepsi. Changed out breads seemingly randomly. How do you screw up 4 out of 4 subs.

Waited 1 1/2 hours for food and then it didn’t have the crisps the drink or the cookie plus the sub didn’t have any sauce in either!!!!

Food arrived cold, none of the food was correct, or even what was ordered. very unhappy.

Didn’t get 1 bit of my order correct came stone cold.

Delivery was outstanding, quality of food was great as always. However, the restaurant didn’t completely select all the items I selected for a custom salad, so I ended up with basically spinach lettuce and tomato? Given the volume of franchises I think I will select another to order from next time.

Sent one of our subs filled with tomato which we did not order so had one crying child.

I have received the wrong order

I am not happy because the forget to give me my cookie and they also gave me the wrong packet of crisp which I payed for . So I’m not happy

Would order from this branch every single time! They are the best in Norwich especially for how they put the salads together - lots of other branches don’t do well with salads but here they really make sure it’s presented nicely and has loads of all the ingredients and dressing. They never miss any items out either!

Food came toasted, which I didn’t ask for it to be and I had chicken in my sub instead of turkey like I ordered.

Ordered 3 toasted subs - they were all cold upon delivery.

It was absolutely terrible. We ordered from here, my sub hasn't been cut and the other wasn't even made as it they apparently don't make it anymore even though its still on the menu... it feels like they just didn't care and got the delivery driver to explain the situation. Didn't add anything complementary either just decided to take the money and leave.

Had a lovely salad they rang me to say they were out of hash browns and would I like some wedges. I did have them instead they were very nice. Thought it was nice they rang me and not cancel my order. Enjoyed it.

Food was cold and stuck to the paper. Drink was completely wrong- wrong size and wrong drink.

Did not request food to be toasted and yet it was, requested cheese as well but was not in sandwich. Initially said it would be delivered in 10 minutes but then changed to 20, despite being down the road. Usually good service in which order is correct and delivered in good time, can’t say I felt as positive about it this time.

I've got the wrong Crisps I ordered quavers and got monster munch and I orders x2 rainbow cookies and only got 1

Order from ANY other subway, avoid this one. Ordered two meals, And not a single item was right. One sandwich was missing any cheese and had the wrong filling, the other was missing all of the extras. Both drinks were wrong, and one side was missing entirely.

RECEIVED TWO FOOTLONGS INSTEAD OF SALAD BOXES WHEN WE CANT EAT BREAD DUE TO ALLERGY. WHEN I RANG IT WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD RUN OUT OF BOXES, THEY JUST ASSUMED WE WOULD WANT BREAD. APPLIED FOR REFUND BECAUSE WE SENT THE FOOD BACK UNOPENED BUT THEY ONLY REFUND THE FOOD NOT THE OTHER CHARGES SO £2,66 OUT OF POCKET AND NO LUNCH.

Order totally wrong called store to explain told me it's my problem and said the receipts are hard to follow so easy to get it wrong I said I'm afraid that excuse isn't good enough and he hung the phone up on me. Will never go again

Food arrived super early but order was incorrect including sandwiches , snacks and cookies would rather waited another 20 minutes but gotten correct order

My wife and I had lunch from here today. The plant based options were good, and the usual assortment of salad and sauces were on hand, but some standard items like chicken were out of stock. My wife was offered a vegan option, but she opted for something meat based instead. The service was quick and friendly. The Subway itself is tucked away in a CoOp/post office venue. Parking was limited but available, though getting back out onto Dereham Road requires a bit of patience because of the traffic flow.

Was very good but my cookie and my dip for the chicken nachos was missing so little disappointed

Half my order was missing even though I still paid for it. Stolen by the driver perhaps? What I did receive was cold - not toasted. I’m still waiting for a response from Just Eat…

Incorrect crisps sent, cheese & onions missing from one of the subs. Incorrect cookies sent - so not really what I ordered! 🙈

I ordered guacamole for extra money and its not in the sandwich! Also cheese and onion instead of quavers which is fine as I wasn't paying extra for that

Did not get cookie was substituted another pack of crisps nether the flavour I asked for was happy with the sandwich please add a substitute opinion on menu or actually call me to ask

Had a lovely experience as this was my first time buying a Subway (Yup, been here for 5 years and haven't had one :D). I was serviced by Lucy and she was very friendly and told me how Subway works, it was very helpful. P.S. Should have added souce on my sandwich, next time.

Quick stop on my way somewhere, really nice place and food, fast service and friendly staff.

Busy at times but always tasty subs

Shambles nothing on the food but 30 minutes to get served then to get slow walked consider going elsewhere if your on a lunch break

Nothing against the food, can't fault it for what it is, my issue is that I went in today at 2.45 to get my son a subway only to be told they were closed, I have previously asked what their opening hours are and was told pretty much same as the store, usually around 15 mins before close. Co op closes at 4pm, how can it take over an hour and a quarter to clear up. Not happy.

I enjoyed the meal that i bought in Subway. The staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Smelt delicious and the young man serving was very nice with a friendly smile.

If it ain't a footlong hearty Italian with chicken tikka no cheese, toasted, no healthy stuff with southwest chipotle sauce with a cookie and a drink of Pepsi max, then it ain't a subway. Oh the service is good as well with friendly staff, but it's too tempting when I'm shopping, but then again seeing a sign saying "subway" is tempting as well.

I love subway it's verry tasty and reasonably priced.

Possibly the worst subway I've ever had, first of all I had to wait for the sandwich artist as they where on a break during the time I walked into the store. Secondly the sandwich was overloaded with sauce which made it basically inedible in its sandwich form. I will not be returning to this this chain and I wouldn't recommended it to my worst enemy.
