Placed an order online. Waited an hour for delivery, tried calling, no answer. Went to the store to find it shut, but they had taken the money and given an order number. The order was placed during their opening times according to Google, as 7pm on a Sunday is not an unusual time to order. Do not order from here!!!

Ordered for delivery. After 2 hours of them not answering the phone we drove 20 minutes to them to find the doors locked and none of the staff would speak to us. We then drove to another of their stores who were rode and provided no information other than it isn’t our store so not our problem. I order twice a week here and will never order again. No contact with us to explain where the pizza is. Great way to spend a Sunday night with no explanation so we couldn’t order other food incase this turned up. Disgusting.

Totally messed up my order, zero help when trying to get it sorted. The manager tried to get me to call him on his personal number! Avoid.

This place has gone down hill so bad, service is slow, left waiting for nearly half an hour after the collection time, our pizzas was not even cut which is just outrageous. I will not be coming back any time soon.

If I could put minus stars, I would. I ordered 2 cookie dough boxes, was told it would be about an hour, fine. Arrival time kept getting later and later. My order then made its way to my house, I was notified that my driver was outside and was trying to find my house, I went out to look for them and I couldn't see anyone then my phone buzzed and said my order had been delivered, weird, so I went back to my house to no delivery. The app then refreshed and said "driver waited 6 minutes and could not deliver your order". I called Pizza Hut and asked what was going on, he asked for my address and order number, I gave it to him and he said my order number didn't exist. I said the money has come out of my bank and the delivery driver was near my house so obviously the order has gone through. Nope, he claims that there's no such order. I then asked whether I would be getting my food or my money back and he replied "I'm going to hang up on you now because it's closing time" I said I wanted to know what was going to happen now and he said "I hang up now" and proceeded to do so. I managed to sort it out with Deliveroo and they refunded me. Absolutely piss poor service from Pizza Hut. Avoid like the plague, massive waste of time.

Just waited over 2 hours for a delivery. Aman just hung up the phone to me. Very poor cusyomer service experience and treatment by her. Pizza arrived and is cold as its been out for so long. Not impressed.

Really gone downhill. Order for collection at least 40 minutes in advance and last few times they haven't started making the pizza when I arrive at collection time whereas they used to have it waiting. Don't seem to have a clue about the order.

Not on time, took 90 minutes to complete the order

I work part time doing Uber eats. This means I only get paid per order. I go in to the shop and say my order and the guy says okay will be 5 mins. 20 mins later someone comes out and says it’s now in the oven. I’ve wasted 30 mins here now and still waiting. The staff I spoke to were rude and did not care at all. They did not even offer me a drink as an apology. Because of the boosts on this evening it has cost me about £20.00. If I was told there would be a big wait, I would of left the order and done other orders. Update, I went back and spoke to the manager. He apologised for what had happened and what was said and was able to end it on a nice note.

Ordered on deliveroo, order was confirmed, the over an hour later, after the estimated delivery time (while the driver was marked as waiting for our food) they cancelled our order. Poorest customer service I've encountered.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was a meat feast with bbq sauce and the other was a create your own with bbq sauce, mixed peppers, ham, chicken and sweetcorn. At no point were chilli peppers ordered. The create your own pizza was for my partner, who has an allergy to cracked pepper and chilli peppers. The pizza had been cut with a cutter that had been used to cut a pizza with chilli peppers on it. We know this because my partner had an allergic reaction after eating a slice of pizza. I rang up and explained what had happened and that it was a cross contamination issue. The manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong and then explained to me that what had happened was that my partners pizza had probably been cut with a cutter that had cut a different pizza that had had chilli peppers on it. This is literally the meaning of cross contamination!! He offered to send a fresh made pizza to us, which had the same issue!! Do not order from here if you have an allergy as their cross contamination policies are not followed!!

They don't pay the salary for Hungarian workers. Drivers don't get paid. Don't order from here

Whatever you do do NOT order from that place. The management is awful. Gave most of my pizza to my dog. He wouldn't touch it either.

We ordered 2 'Make your own' pizzas on Monday 24th May @ 20.50. They were delivered not only early but hot and correctly made!! I know we probably think this is a given as its their job but over the months of lockdown I have experienced the incompetence of a great number of staff/restaurants! Also there were very exact delivery instructions regarding entry to my building and the diver Gabor followed them exactly and was very polite! Faith restored ...

Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers or should I say potential customers. We had friends over last night for a Mexican meal, six of us, we all picked what we would like off the menu of Pizza Hut on Aylesham Road, it was a very large choice. They offer delivery, plus it is 0.7 miles away from our home, however when I phoned through to order and for delivery the guy gave a very big loud Sigh down the phone when I asked for delivery he then went on to say well can’t you use just eat? In a very nasty Tone. I explained no, we would have to pay extra for the delivery and as it was going to be such a large order anyway you would think that they would do free delivery! He then went on to ask me what my postcode was I told him he sighed again and slammed the phone down. If that’s the way Pizza Hut treat all their customers well don’t bother going there ever again absolutely disgusted. They don’t even deserve any stars but not allowed to put this post on because I’m trying to give them zero stars

Rubbish slow service waited 3 hours for our food

Food 2 hours late, so went to the shop to collect. Hadnt even started to be cooked. Then had to wait another 20 mins. And there were 2 people in fron of us that had been waiting 3 hours for their food. Tried to contact the store via phone but they had turned their phone lines off

I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread at 8pm. The app stated 8:30-8:45 for delivery. 9pm no sign. 9:30. Nothing. 10pm! Nothing!? I gave my number in case the driver needed to contact me. Called the restaurant. No answer. Called a different one. No answer. Go to an email I just received asking me how my food was and at the bottom it says customer service. I click on that and the link is broken. Convenient 🤦‍♀️ It’s now 10pm on Xmas eve and we’ve not eaten!! My partner is now driving to the restaurant as our money was taken! I’m sure Pizza Hut is usually good for delivery 🤷‍♀️

Great delivery service food is fab

Very very poor customer service! They took my money out and I never recieved an order confirmation let alone the order, when I rang up about it they were extremely rude and basically told me it was my fault not theirs. Never got a refund or replacement food. Very poor.

My partner ordered 2 pizzas yesterday with extras around 5.50pm yesterday night we tried ringing and it kept saying 'line busy' from me and my partner was on the answering machine listening to the same automated messages over again. He ended up driving there the first time and no one there. At half 6 And at at time like this we didn't want to be heading out and it's up for delivery anyway due to the corna virus! And when it's delivery you don't expect to drive in any circumstances!! So we waited way past expected time! Like 30 mins to 40-50mins. My partner ended up driving out just before 8pm to then complain to a guy who was out for delivery and he apologised which is was a nice, decent thing of course but then to be told he had delivery's for other people that had ordered half hour ago!! What an absolute joke. My partner ended up waiting in the car for the guy to hand over when it was ready. We were absolute starving!! I know we only live down the road so it wasn't a trek but its not the point. In the end the pizzas weren't nice, tasted buttery and sloppy. Like it was rushed? The only nice part was the cheesy garlic bread and the Fanta. The wedges and 2x pizzas were horrible. We done a complaint on the survey to then be told we got vouchers because of the complaint we made?? We will NOT be coming here again.

The online ordering always seems to state 30-40 mins for delivery, this is a lie! Always takes a lot longer and this time after an hour and a half food arrives cold! Not impressed not recommended! Don’t waste your time or money here!

Shah deserves another rating for being so amazing!! He definitely deserves a promotion or bonus because his customer service skills are the best I've ever had with any restaurant! He went above and beyond to help me today. After a rubbish Christmas hes turned it all around with his amazing positivity hands down best customer service order I've made!

Very disappointed with the order. I have ordered a XL triple cheese nachos. And what I got was completely opposite of what I ordered. The nachos weren't XL and weren't cheesy at all. Also the portion of it, was a normal size and it supposed to be an XL. Also they were burnt and the paper was sticked to nachos so I couldn't eat them. Very disappointed with pizza hut.

The first time I ordered from here. It was over 1 hour before I got it. It was cold and when I called I got till I would get 10 pounds of the next time I ordered. So when I ordered again things were just as bad. I got told I would have to pick it up my self as they could not give me the money off and bring it to my house. Very bad place. And for a place that just sells pizza. I have had better pizzas from Asda. So I will not be going back.

So have never ordered a takeaway from pizza hut and have always ordered dominoes but have not done for so long due to constant mistakes. We decided to give pizza hut a try and when it arrived was really looking forward to it but once again I was let down. No cheese on most of my pizza and it was cold, it tasted awful. The sides were also very cold and the only thing I actually enjoyed was the garlic and herb dips (which were also cold). So wished I had ordered a dominoes because even through their mess ups it still tasted fairly decent and wasn't cold. What a waste of £35! Never ordering for pizza hut again.

Nice pizza hut shame not too many places to park unless use awkward parking at rear though the food is always nice

We always order food from Pizza Hut just from different area in Norwich, thought all the same but no this food was cold to much oil looks discusting that cheap cheese for £15.99 never again!

Ordered from here a couple of times, pizza was great both times. Especially more recently. Definitely better than the reviews suggest.

Slow delivery and better pizza just down the road.

Being able to pick up a pizza without having to trek into the city is a bonus. Parking isn't great but the pizzas always are!

The delivery of this meal was absolutely disgusting, I wish one day this delivery place burns down and not because the heat of their ovens because the food was pretty cold when it arrived, also the pizza collapsed from the touch of your hand which was hell, at this moment in time I think I'm going to be sick due to the shear disgusting taste of that rancid pizza, NEVER GET PIZZA FROM HERE JUST USE DOMINOS!!!!

Email said half hour delivery, took almost 2 hrs to arrive! Given a free drink, nice to wash our lukewarm food down with. Avoid.

Slow delivery for OTT prices compared to elsewhere.

Friendly delivery service, basic pizza that can tick the box when you're starving. If not the hungry and have time to think abt it, vould find faults and ways to improve it. When I order takeaway, I am disperate and it ticks the box

Absolutely horrible! Do not order from here, the pizza was raw & undercooked, not only that but when we rang up they refused to replace or refund .. 3 weeks later and I'm still battling to get my money back! Place is awful!!

Placed an order and was told it would be with me in 45 mins, phoned them again after waiting over an hour and was told it would be with us in 10mins, then had to phone again as still not arrived and after a fair bit of argueing due to bad service finally agreed to give a reduction, ( this should have been offered due to bad customer service ), the order finally turned up one and a hour after placing original order and turned up cold so had to be sent back. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Firstly I ordered around 6 in the evening and no macaroni cheese as a side! Ordered a meal deal, garlic bread not even toasted and cold! In fact all the food was cold and not at all appetising. So disappointed won't be ordering again! I believe more training to a pizza hut standard is required, if I was in the restaurant I would have sent it back and refused to pay!

Over 40 mins late the last 3 times we have used them, this time they were 45 minutes late and only delivered 1 of the 2 pizzas ordered. I would never recommend them to anyone, crap service, no idea of customer service or time keeping

Waited an hour and a half. Ringed the store they told me it will be 10 minutes. 15 minutes later got a phone call from the delivery guy saying he doesn't know where i live. Asked for my address. Told him, then he asked me to direct him from his location. AVOID THE HUT. PAPA JOHNS SAVED THE DAY

Terrible!! Wait time is always over an hour. I'm currently over 10 minutes into a phone call trying to get through and clearly no one is going to answer... Previous times I've ordered from there I've asked for extra cheese. Has this happened? NO. Only half of the pizza slices would be covered in cheese and that wasn't even a thick layer!! Twice I have called and they have refused to take my order because they are too busy. The first time I was told to call the Grove Road pizza hut but were told that they didn't cover my area and wouldn't make an exception even though I couldn't order from my local. The second time I was refused was because a driver had broken down. I keep trying to order from pizza hut because I like the taste of their pizzas. I wish Grove Road delivered to me because their service was exceptional with quick delivery and lots of cheese! 15 minutes into the phone call...I give up

If I could give no stars I would! Placed my order at 8:25pm and didn't receive it until 10pm. When we rung we was told they was "very busy" and there would be an hour and 45min wait. This should be stated on the website!! We order a 1.5l Pepsi MAX and received 3 500ml bottles of Pepsi! Which i cant drink as im diabetic pizza was absolutely disgusting 90% crust and a dribble of sauce! In conclusion I feel this is the worst made pizza I have ever tasted! And will be going back to pappa John's!

Had to wait over an hour for our order. Called after about half an hour to be told our order would be there in a couple of minutes (fair enough). After a further half hour waiting in the rain, had to call again and was told the same thing. The pizza did turn up within those couple of minutes (and the driver was friendly and polite), but we ended up with three small bottles of Pepsi instead of our large bottle of Tango, as well as having our ice-cream cake missing from the order too! Really not impressed, and will not be using this particular store again, unfortunately.
