Subway in Bolton

Completely rude member of staff, I went in and was told to use the machine, (hate using machines in general rather than speaking to a human being) ordered a tuna wrap and saw them make a chicken wrap, I'm like 90% certain I definately pressed tuna wrap, so I mentioned to it, and the member of staff in the rudest manner goes (How can the machine be wrong bro) - like machines are never wrong, even if I was in the wrong, the manner he went about it was extremely rude and I won't be going back any time soon. The mistake was easily correctable and he could have just offered to take the chicken off and replace with tuna, instead he chose to be extremely disrespectful.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered a 6” Philly cheese steak sub with lettuce red onion jalapeño and southwest sauce. Had literally about 3 tiny pieces of chopped up thin steak Canadian a few pieces of lettuce and one onion. Delivered by uber eats. Disgusting how they have let this leave the shop and think it’s acceptable at nearly £7 my subway was more 4.5” than 6! Aswell. This wouldn’t have happened if I came into the shop refund requested with uber eats. Not acceptable at all. Absolutely shocking! Can’t contact as the number is unavailable.

I've been coming to this subway store for 8 years and I think it's the best branch in Bolton. Staff are always friendly and always recognise me as I come in. They always ask if I need help on the machines. Service is very fast and they always get the sandwiches spot on each time. The foods always the right temperature and they put the right amount of salad on so that's it's not overloaded.

Don’t take a order then a hour later ring to say you haven’t got the meatballs or cookies because you have given it to the 3 people that were walk in customers! Disgusting!

The subs are always delicious and made with perfection.

Ordered on ubereats and food never come and was being delivered by store. 1 half hours before they closed we ordered, after chasing it up uber gave us the refund.

I recently visited your store and ordered a pepperoni footlong. Unfortunately, I found that it wasn’t properly cooked. One sandwich was undercooked, and the other was barely done. It felt like the staff might have been having an off day or weren’t fully attentive while preparing my order. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I’ve usually had good experiences at your store, and this was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps to improve the service for future customers.

i use this subway for myself and son but today the service i received was shocking the server had such a bad attitude unbelievable i use this at least 4 times a week will not be returning

The most clean subway and halaal in Bolton. Staff are very helpful and always friendly. We only go to this subway even though it's on the other side of Bolton.

Just bought someone a footlong....Can only presume that red onions and Southwest sauce are in short supply..looking by the amount on it....even though I asked for more...oh well..won't bother again..I can make my own dry sandwiches.

I came into the Chorley Old Road branch at 20 minutes to closing time (10.40pm) following a long flight home with 3 children who had never been to subway before. They didn't know how to order or what to do. Big shout out to the 2 absolute gentlemen (who were probably ready for bed too!!) who were very patient and helpful. They still had the full service and were happy to help with the many options available to the kids. The food was delish too! Thanks guys!

Ordered of just eat after 1:30 mins off waiting my order has still not arrived, shop is now shut! Telephone number provided online is invalid!

Great food and service usually but the last 2 times I have ordered via deliveroo they keep making the same mistake. Where I am ordering 3xdouble chocolate cookies, they keep sending 1. I think it is because it shows up on the receipt as 1 x double chocolate cookies (3pcs). Tried to call them and line showing as busy. Have had to contact deliveroo for refund. Seems minor but twice in a row they have made this mistake.

Received a cheesy ‘garlic’ slice without any form of garlic whatsoever… just the smallest amount of melted cheese on a stale slice of bread. Don’t think I ordered melted cheese on toast guys. Laziness at it’s finest. Sort your staff out Subway😒😂

Always order from these via deliveroo as best Subway service/sandwich made. My only nag is when we order the 12 cookie box they NEVER put in Macadamian nut cookies. WHY?

Ordered a wrap, got a wrap. Staff showed humility and humour and food was served hot and fresh. Can be a little pricy depending on which sub/wrap you choose.

Amazing customer service , Been served by mahommed Husain twice and his service has been nothing but outstanding, really helpful and a credit to the company . I travel to Bolton due to the service at this subway .

Never ordering again from here, Quality of the food is just terrible honestly. they dont even read your order. asked for lettuce, tomato and pickle on my sub they put none of it on and just sent the big beef plain. no sauce or anything, useless staff

Not great staff. Really stingy on the salad on the sandwich, the sub way just generally low quality compared to most subways.

Order not correct items on sandwich missing and not received the correct flavour of crisps and all they did was right sorry on the box if you need to substitute an item that is fine but maybe contact the customer first. both Sandwiches were not toasted was missing cheese and olives on one. Ordered tangy cheese doritos and sunrises and was sent cheese and onion instead which I really don't like. And a simple phone call from the takeaway would have sorted the whole issue out. Order regularly room here but very disappointed on this occasion.

Order was wrong when I rang them for them to sort it his excuse what I can’t read. He wasn’t helpful on the phone and the cookies were wrong too this place is a joke

Food poisoning. After visiting i found the sandwich off, meatballs where old and hard, i stopped eating it but it was already too late, ive had the worst food poisoning ive ever had, floored me, been in bed 2 days already, feel awful, not only me but 2 college's are also ill from the same food, honestly has put me off subway for life

I am standing in the queue waiting to be served, I have already been waiting for 15 minutes and have not moved yet because this whole time, the priority has been given to the delivery orders. These delivery orders have been placed by people who are sat in a warm home on their sofa. Meanwhile we have taken the trouble to leave our home and travel to the branch. We have not even had an apology much less a hello. When did subway stop prioritising their face to face customers ??? I will be putting in an official complaint

The best subway out of all the branches I've been too. Friendliest staff, who take the most care for hygiene and cross contamination, and also in making the sandwiches. I hope this branch never closes or any of the staff change

Bought a sandwich last week for dinner. Found a hair. Called in today for a colleagues sandwich mentioned I had found a hair in my tuna sandwich. No one interested. Mentioned it again at the till when payment was taken. Again no one interested. Wont be visiting Subway Shell Grafton Garage again. Shame as I've been a good customer clearly my custom doesn't seem to mean that much to them. My money will spend anywhere.

The lad served well the kiosk was clean no flies serves halal meats so it is permissible for Muslims to eat. Clean tables and chairs - workers put effort in the graft - asked how much sauce on the sub not drenching it like others normally would!
