Horwich RMI in Bolton

The clientele were rowdy and drunk and very disruptive all night, acting like children. There was no real ales or alcohol free drinks on sale. We won't be returning

Came for a Blood Test with My husband as i had one on the wednesday and he on friday.the RMI club rents a suite to my gp surgery.

Dirty place. Function room was freezing. Dirty glasses and some plates left on tables with cup cakes on. Dance floor was dirty and the toilets were filthy and cold with hardly any lighting. Bar stock was awful. No blackcurrant, no lime, no hot drinks as “kettle broke last week”. No heating on and were told it costs too much much to put it on when we asked.

Had an awful experience here. Was a fight, my friend got upset and 2 people assaulted my friends and unfortunately one of them got hurt, Got headbutted and lost his glasses and was forced to leave the premises without them and struggled to see. The police was called and they came within 25-30 minutes ish and the staff were not very helpful at all!!! Definitely won’t be coming back here again EVER

Did a concert there yesterday so cant really comment on the social side of the club. Can say the bar staff were really nice and helpful especially the young lady. One negative was the toilets need updating in the side room.

I just called in for a Covid injection .only a couple of people in and the nurses saw me strait away injected me we had a chat and I went home excellent service thankyou very much x

Went to xmas party, room was very cold, people kept their coats on for a few hours. Bar was poorly stocked for number of tickets sold (200+). Initially had no bacardi when customer asked within first hour, bar staff had to go out and buy a bottle! Ran out of cans of fruit cider after couple of hours. Toilets in poor state. Only redeeming feature was the fantastic DJ and entertainment. Needs money spending on it to bring it up to standard, what happened to the money received for allowing it to be a covid jab centre for 2 years?

Back again as a regular monthly Soul music venue . Always a good night there in the main function room

Great venue but the bar and the beer really ler the place down,4 people in our party left very early because the beer was so bad 😞

Attended the Horwich Festival. Great local club. Try and support whenever possible.

Went for my COVID booster and the staff were very friendly and it was well organised

Was there to see the four trophies won by Manchester City.

The meal was very good, staff friendly and helpful, good eating experience

We visited for covid vaccines I attended with my elderly father, staff were helpful and lovely. Lots of parking just no larger disabled spaces which is my only problem.

Not changed in years which is a good thing

Only went here for the covid booster with my mother it was quite a long wait to get it I am telling you so you know in the future people who are going quite a long wait at this place for your COVID VACCINE. B.B.

Attended for my 4th covid jab ( Booster ) found it was very well organised

It's a shame to see how run down this club has gone In bad news of a lick of paint and some stick, half of the bar was out of stock, Not impressed !!

Great place food and drinks are good, the service provided was good with friendly staff. Great option to watch the cricket game too.

Went for my covid jab. Was no waiting or anything. Great job. Seems a nice place for a doo too. If you go drinking there everyone's sound. then it's TOP really good night out Like back in the day when I was young

I went to this place for my covid injections.

Standard social club as far as I can see - being used currently for vaccinations so not visited for its normal purpose today.

Had booster here so well set up straight in straight out.

Went for the covid -19 vaccine, smooth process and one way system in place.

Absolutely wonderful brilliant soooperb operation for my wife to get her booster jab the other day. Well done to the club and to all the staff and volunteers thank you

Small car park for COVID vaccination centre. Think it took me longer to get out of the car park than it did to get my jab, just blocked in by incoming vehicles.... Grrrr

Horwich R.M.I. used to be a good place especially at the weekends, but unfortunately since the loco works closesed in the 80s and times have changed this place is just a tiered looking building now used as a covid-19 vaccination centre and the odd drinker, it's such a shame because for many this place was once the highlight of there weekend, sad how things change.

The visit here was to get my Covid booster. I had an appointment, but a long queue resulted in it being 1hour 5mins from first queuing to coming out. For disabled people not good. It is good of RMI to allow this facility.

Very organized for the COVID vaccination booster.

Dated but clean. Visited here for covid vacine so was a quick visit. Passing through bar looked clean and again dated. Plenty of parking spaces and venue was warm.

Covid vaccine clinic. That was good but not sure what the venue is like otherwise.

We went there recently for our vaccination and I can say it is just as I remembered it in the 80s it must be stuck in some sort of a time warp

Flu and covid booster done at the same time .

Very well set up and organised, had booster jab , in and out in twenty min, after 15 min sit down. Parking area conjested,problem to find a parking space.

Went there for New Year's Eve party 2019 2020. Had a great time came all the way from Florida to experience it :-) everybody really nice beer really good and cold :-) good band good dance floor what else could you ask for?

Everybody in good spirits as everything explained and things were made easy only 3 giving the vaccinations

Waiting time was more than 1 hour

Very good night its a shame there isn't more people going in l don't understand because there are two good acts on every week and the beer is cheap to what more do you want. 😀

Only ever been here twice. Once 13 years ago for my mums 35th and the other about 2 weeks ago for my second vaccine. Preffered the first time

Went for my first dose (Pfizer as I'm under 35 don't I'm not happy either, mum made me go) and the girl who gave me the injection made me bleed, then Said "oh gosh!" Whoch as I'm sure you can imagine made me panic a little as someone who has anxiety depression and autism anyway, plus having a wierd reaction have had a headache for 4 days and back pain for 3

I went to R.M.I for my second jab while queuing up I had time to look around the club, it looks like a great function room with a stage and dance floor, it all looked clean and tidy the staff are very helpful, decent car park and lots of greenery outside, it was very easy to find.

Great experience, got both jabs here without a fuss 👍

Went for a covid vacation. When it's not being used for that, it's full of people from Horwich unless it's been hired by someone not from Horwich (can't see why it would be) for a private function. You have been warned!

Re arranged 2nd covid vaccine for RMI, despite being a last minute dicision it was very organised, in and out in minutes.

It was a great place of pleasure, the community is nice especially the road is well planned and the public stadium for all the people in the area.

I've just been here for the 1st time to have a covid jab. The car park is a decent size as is the inside of the building itself. There's a lovely big football and cricket field with a fantastic view of winter hill behind . So it all looks very nice. The people doing the jabs were very very pleasant and efficient- they certainly knew what they were doing !! I can see that some good night's could be spent here, dancing etc so yeah my first impressions are really good.

Set up as vaccine centre at the moment. Very well organised
