Subway in Mansfield

Order was wrong delivery was longer than estimated and food was cold. Rip off not impressed

After reading all the reviews about the delivery time I was sceptical however the Food came before the estimated delivery time

Food was good but took Nealy 2hours to deliver!

Came within the estimated delivery time, subs also came warm. Will definitely use again

Always comes at the right time, not too long a wait. Food is good. Sub arrived abit cold but everything was fine, friendly staff :)

Obviously it was cold but expected delivery was long but other than that food and order was lovely... Only thing they need to work on is delivery time.

Nachos were all stuck together and wet, salad wasn't even mixed, cucumbers stuck to eachother. The sandwich was also missing an ingredient.

Order came late.. sandwiches were cold and were wrong.. and other items wasn't even in the order.. won't be using them again.

I was hesitating weather to order or not as other reviews mentioned them being late with orders but ours came before the delivery time given! Couldn't complain at all! Other reviews mention the subs being cold which I expected as they don't stay warm long even when you collect them yourself! Pleased we ordered in the end!

Food took 2 hours to be delivered. No apology or anything from the delivery guy.

I placed the order at 6 order came at 8pm all the drinks was wrong and I was no informed my pudding was changed... it has to be the worst service I've ever had paying over £17 subway needs to stay as a walking shop if they can not deliver. I asked for two tango's and got anything that was grabbed of the shelf. Poor poor service. Don't be on here if you can't deliver. I'm finding out who's the area manager is and letting him and everyone above him how bad ur service was

Firstly the food was delayed by 20 minutes which was stated when i first ordered. then got a text saying it would be another 10 minutes. At this point i rang the restaurant and asked where my food was.They said another 10 minutes. I love subway i really do.But when i'm spending £16 on 2 sandwiches that probably take 5 minutes to prepare but an hour and 45 to arrive. Is just a bit of a joke to be honest.

took over 90 minutes for delivery to arrive. sub was cold and was squashed together. Ordered Walker's Crisps and got Doritos... Disapointing!

I was really impressed with the packaging and how well formed the sandwiches were. Very good

Worst subway salad I've ever had, the pot wasnt even halfway full and there was only about half of the salad items in it. on the plus side the delivery driver was a nice bloke

The food took an hour and twenty minutes to come....why does it take over an hour to make two subs?! It was stone cold when we got it and they didn't have the bread I wanted so they promised to put in some extra cookies which we didn't receive. Absolutely appalled by the service.

It took over 2 hours to receive my order and the food was cold when it eventually arrived. Wouldn't bother ordering Subway from Just Eat again.

Absolutely disgusting! the delivery time if ridiculous, when you go into a subway store it doesn't take 45 minutes to order 3 cobs? the cobs came stone cold and did not taste anything like they do when i go into a store and order. The delivery man took 10 minutes to even get out of his car to knock on the door and when the delivery came i was a bag of crisp missing, i rang up from store and the member of staff explained that i'll get a free bag on my next order,. I will not be ordering from here again.

Food came so much quicker than we expected and the subs were still warm. It was just what we needed, the only thing was they were a tad squished but apart from that they were incred. Will deffo order from here again, 100%.

The delivery driver was extremely rude! He wouldn't come to my flat because he said he didn't want to leave his car because it's not insured and he's not allowed to come into the flats because it's company policy. Bearing in mind I live on the first floor flat..I have a 3 month old son and that was the only way he would actually come to my flat. Secondly they gave me a 'White choc cookie' which had small nuts in and they said the White choc cookies have nuts in...they should make it more clear on the website as I have an allergy to them! They also missed off my drink which I am STILL waiting for!! I made a complaint but did not even apologise, sent me my missing drink, or give me a refund. They should be thank ful I'm not taking it further by sending me the wrong cookie which contained nuts. Rude idiots.

Overall I think the service was great. They rang to inform us that they didn't have the sub or cookie we'd requested and happily changed our order. They even gave us 3 extra cookies free of charge. The delivery time was around 40 minutes but that's around the time you'd be waiting for any other takeaway

I was a bit worried when 50mins was added to my 30mins deliver time on Just Eat but the food came within 20mins which is much better.

Was half an hour late. Put sandwiches in bag first then put all cold drinks on top. So hot sandwiches were cold and they were all squished

ORDERED AT 8PM 1 12 INCH SUB AND 1 6INCH SUB..SUBWAY CALLED ME AT 8.10PM TO SAY THEY HAD NO STEAK LEFT SO I OPTED FOR CHICKEN AND BACON. TH APP SAID 9.30PM FOR DELIVERY..NOTHING ARRIVED CALLED SUBWAY 3 TIMES NO ANSWER..GOT ON TO LIVE CHAT AT JUSTEAT WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAD LEFT 10 MINS AGO MAKING THAT 9.20PM...I WAITED UNTIL 9.55 CAME AND NOTHING CALLED JUSTEAT AND SPOKE TO A GUY AND SAID HE WOULD CALL THE PLACE AND RING ME BACK....ITS NOW 10.12 PM AND NOTHING.....I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SUBWAY AGAIN NOR WILL I EVER USE JUSTEAT AGAIN THE SERVICE IS THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS...AS LONG AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE CUSTOMER...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!

Food was good as usual but delivery time was a lot longer than should be considering it only takes 5 or less minutes to make. Delivery was 15 minutes later than the hour and a half I was already quoted

Came at 9.50 delivery should of been 9.30 and originally should of been around 9 but got pushed forward to 9.30 then the sandwich was cold soggy and they didn't read the extra notes about having two sauces as this wasn't a option on the drop down menu. Disappointed

Order wasn't correct as ordered.. missing crisps and foot was cold considering we asked it for cheese and toasted sausage as far from it! Very disappointed!!

An hour and a half for delivery, sent the wrong order, offered a fresh order and free drink, sent the original stone cold order and nothing offered free so ended up requesting a refund.

Just received my order and what a waste of money it was!!! All the sandwiches was wrong, missing items off my order and when I rang them to explain all they said was we will deliver to you when we can as we are busy... not that you have just taken my money and got it all wrong to start with. 90mins later they delivered all the wrong items.... Bad customer service. Will never order online with them again

Did they even look at the order? I don't think so! Not one Jalepeno in the entire dish and no sauce and the meat was cold. They put out random salad on the dish we didn't want! Way to go if you have allergies to peppers etc. Very annoyed and disappointed with this order and ruined my evening thanks a bunch the idle staff member who couldn't be arsed!!

Appalling service, to accept an order that you can not fulfill then deliver totally different food. Tried to call at the time but no answer.

I ordered a meal which included a cookie and a drink, I also treated myself to a further six cookies seeing as it was a Monday! At first the delivery time was scheduled for 19:50 it then got delayed to 20:10 but to my surprise it arrived at 19:30. When the delivery was given to me it was missing the cookies for the meal and also the drink. It then took a a further hour and ten minutes for the cookie and drink to arrive.

90 mins for 1 footlong sub and 6 cookies......an absolute joke....ive had pizzas and curries delivered far far quicker than that.........Extremely poor service....AVOID this place and order elsewhere......to be charged 1.50 for delivery as well and it takes so long....bas

They accepted the order at 7.40pm then tang me at 8.42pm to say they had no chicken.....it took them over an hour to inform me that....thier customer service is shocking....if id have continued with the order it would have been an hour and a half for one sub....an absolute joke this branch of subway is...they couldnt tell me why it took an hour to call me. I cancelled the order and got a credit to my account after contacting justeat....Seriously AVOID THIS PLACE......spend ya money elsewhere

Delivery time was 5:10 then 5:15, 5:35 arrived still no delivery. Telephoned subway "oh er he's er just bagging up now I think". No delivery update on the site, we ordered at 4:30 you've had enough money off of us and we're still waiting for the food?!?! Expensive and nothing to really enjoy! Definitely won't be ordering again!!!!!

I have emailed the store to request a refund. I don't understand how its possible to make a sandwich so wrong when working in a shop whose sole purpose is to make sandwiches. As well as a refund I have suggested that further training is provided to staff on what each food is called and what it looks like. Perhaps using pictures of the food next to the written word and having them read it out loud?

How Bad can you really f up an order try and order from Subway and you will get the mystery box good look.

I ordered a ham sub and paid extra for cheese... When it came there was no cheese!!! Ordered 4 cookies and only got 3 and a broken bit

Ordered at 7.00pm and its how 8.27 and its still not been delivered but according to this, apparently it has been!?!

Not happy!! Ordered food, was rang and told not 12 cookies available so had 7 and another drink which was fine, then order was 20 mins late then said, was only a 6 inch and not a footlong, wasn't on hearty Italian and the driver charged me 13!! Won't be ordering again, pants service.

Arrived 40minutes after we ordered which isn't too long but our order was messed up and we only asked for 2 subs. So how hard is it to get it right?

Ordered my food at 3:30pm and didn't get it till 5:15, all I wanted was two footlong subs on flat bread toasted ended up having to have them on Italian bread as i requested as they rang me which wasn't even toasted! The quality of the subs were very poor had steak and cheese and there was no cheese on my sub, plus asked for 2 cheesecake cookies and a double chocolate ended up getting 3 double chocolate cookies! very disappointed with wait time and food quality, will think twice about using Nottingham subway delivery again.

If I could rate it as 0 stars I would have. Gave an initial time of 45 minutes wait. The food didn't turn up so I rang them and they said they added an additional 45 minutes! Without letting me know! An hour and a half wait for a subway is ridiculous and when dealing with the 'restaurant' the staff were rude and uncooperative and reused to apologise or take any blame. Appalling service and when the food arrived it was cold, soggy and they had mixed up the orders and they were on the wrong bread. A disaster and I hope no one orders from them
