Subway in Sunderland

Never even arrived never have any meatballs and instead of cancelling the order they marked it as delivered regardless of they rang and I didn’t answer they should of just cancelled the order would have given zero stars if I could

Ordered a chicken salad, received no chicken on the salad. Ordered a large side of waffle fries, didn’t receive those either. Hash browns tasted uncooked also.

Food was nice but I would feel more at home in Siberian gulag :(

the food was cold. and the time on the just eat app originally said 20 minutes then kept going up until it got too over a hours wait time!

Would give no ⭐ if I could! Went today to order a Chicken and Ham Salad like we always do only to be told by a jumped up member of staff sternly "We have NO boxes and The Manager only wants to serve sandwiches"!!!! (Probably to get rid of bread before it turns stale as they've ordered too many and forgot to order boxes as well) Stuff your Subway and your attitude)!!!

Not my usual subway shop but popped in as i was in the area. Was greeted by a lovely young lady called charlotte . Very polite and service with a smile which is rare these days . She made a lovely chicken salad to perfection. She is a credit to your shop. Thanks charlotte

horrible got nothing but steak in bread nothing else no sauce dry disgusting this is the second time this has happened last order I got one piece of bacon 1 piece of cheese nothing else in the bread I payed £25 it's alot of money

Went in during the week as I have always done as I am a regular and me and my co workers go for lunch and never had any problems in the past the staff has always been amazing friendly kind and passionate. And the food amazing. but the past few weeks I have been it's gone down hill in every aspect the bread is awful and dense use to be nice and fluffy the cookies are hard as rocks when they use to be lovely and soft. Then the atmosphere I just don't understand how it's gone from a happy chatty place to attitude from what am assuming is the manager in the black shirt as she didn't have any name on her badge. I have been stood there while she went to serve someone and they ended up walking out as she wasn't very helpful and unwilling to put customers needs first. The girl only asked if she could swap 1 salad at item for another and refused point blank. Think I might have to go over the road for my sandwiches from now. Come on subway some changes need to be made.

Ordered a chicken tikka salad. It came with next to no chicken, no cheese, sauce and crispy onions that I asked for. Can’t actually believe that they’ve sent it away thinking it was okay. Shocking

I am still waiting for a refund for the box of cookies missing from my order.

Food been delivered to the wrong door once again. It’s a constant issue.

The Mullet Rocking employee, dare I say sandwich artist, served me with such care and passion that I believe he has a genuine love for Subway. My sandwich arrived perfectly packaged and as I opened the wrapper, its fragrant aroma filled my car. Digging in, their was an explosion of taste inside my mouth that persisted with every bite. Would sub again.

Asked for toasted and it came luke warm, not toasted.

Subway call this a salad, was starving 30 mins later. Under new management because of no portion control. Absolutely shocking you have pay extra for more than 6 pieces of each salad or extra sauce. This store will lose a ton of customers once they realise how disgraceful it is, for the price you have to pay. I wouldn't recommend going even for sandwich anymore.

My friend and I ordered subs, but hers arrived with no sauce, while mine had sauce only on half. They were cold and poorly constructed. It seems like the staff could benefit from some retraining. Also like to add that I put in the order notes to add extra sauce please get it seems the order was ignored.

Missing cookie and instead of a sandwich we get a hand written note saying sorry we ran out ingredients for the item, I understand not having them available but then to charge for the missing items not bother to call or mention at point of delivery is a joke will be making a complaint as not on at all , partner said the sandwich that did arrive was also of poor quality , not happy at all!

Freezing - garlic bread was solid and ice cold, both pizza slices were cold, both bottles of pop were missing, crinkle wedges were missing, 'salad' in B.M.T was a few bits of tomato with Sweetcorn and sauce, not an actual salad.. Won't order again..

Got the signature Caesar, bread was dry, chicken tasted off, bacon was full of fat and the rest of the sandwich was dripping in sauce, went in the bin

Never even got delivered- saying on the app delivered at 21.03 and we have not received anything?? All I get when I contact you is that you are experiencing a high volume of queries and you will deal with my refund as soon as possible- absolute Joke I will not be using just eat or subway again!

I say deliver via backyard gate but still they deliver to the front which is locked up so they can't get in ! I have issues getting front door open !

went to the shop, I had by mistake pressed delivery instead of collection. i had the bank card and the name on the receipt and the order the worker was unhelpful I told her where it was meant to be dropped off at the maternity since she couldnt give it to me and he has dropped it off at a&e to the wrong person even though I seen the delivery man in the shop not received order

Delivery driver was fine but the order I asked for wasn’t delivered I asked for the 12 cookies and got one instead I normally like subways but if they couldn’t of put 12 through I’d rather have some one ring me up tell me and change the order .

I asked for four sandwiches , not a Sahara desert experience. My order was playing hide and seek – half of it decided to take a detour. The sandwiches were so dry; I could use them as sandpaper. There was no salad or sauce on any of them! 😡 The cookies looked like they survived a forest fire – extra crispy. And to top it off, my drinks decided to ghost me. Congratulations, Subway, you've turned my meal into a comedy of errors. Fuming? I'm practically a human steam engine right now. I paid a grand total of £49.97 for this joke of a meal! Total rip off

My son ordered large wedges and ended up with a regular instead. Not a happy chappie.but all i can say is the gentleman who delivered it was lovely.i hope in future to have proper portion next time for the amount of money for it. .

Nothing special - the food was bland and tasteless. The service was sluggish and the staff seemed more interested in talking between themselves and ignoring customers. *Edit* Don't even bother trying to complain. Subway's customer service is terrible and they do not care. Best to avoid!

driver didn't deliver it, rang my intercom which & I opened the gate, but driver didn't come in, being disabled it is an effort just to walk to the entrance, I managed to walk to it to see him drive away. tried phoning you phone just cuts off

This Subway had fresh bread and had all the fillings. The subway in the town has crumbly bread and no fillings. The sandwich was so lightweight, I wondered if someone was nicking some in the back, by giving the customers less. I’ll be ordering from your location more often.

I asked for different bread than what I got. Wrong drink and rather than the cookie I asked for I got another pack of crisps.

My friend asked for no cheese clearly but he gave her cheese any way he kept on making fun of she wanted on her sandwich and called her awkward because of it as she wanted cucumber I would not recommend meeting kev. A horrible day because of this.

Absolutely shocking. Firstly I got the wrong salad and sauce on my sandwich, then when I opened the nachos it look d like half of them had been eaten and the rest of the had been shakes vagotomised in the box. Also the bag I received my order in was torn open. Never order from here again

Meatball, toasted, cheese, peppers, onion, pickles, southwest (add jalapeños if you wish) - saved me from the depths of a hangover. All items present, integrity of the sandwich maintained - live within a 1 mile radius.
