Food came hardly no salad chicken dry as sticks not nice at all

Part of our order was a Kids Bucket but that part was never delivered. Luckily it wasn't for one of our children otherwise they'd have been very disappointed.

hadn't realised that a boneless banquet now doesn't have 3 x chicken strips!!! 11.99 for popcorn chicken, chips, a can of pop and corn is VERY expense. and then service charge and delivery made it £14.29, rip off, won't be ordering again

Disappointed for the price. £3 for gravy which had to be ate in hours and the size of the original chicken was more like a nugget.

Absolutely shocking ordered 2 kids meals both with mini fillet .one with fillet one with popcorn forgot to give me ice cream so he'd to go back in.2 box meals with one pice chicken none in either meal tried to ring to rectify problem but they don't answer phone won't be using again

Cold food bad service waited 25 min for the food it was cold and the regular fries are only 11 fries in the portion !!! Toatal rip off for what they charge Definitely would not recommend

Just got home from collecting a drive thru order missing fries chicken strips and got 2 gravies instead of a mash and gravy. What's going on let alone the wait times.

I don’t know why we order. The last 3 orders theres been food missing. This time the popcorn chicken from the boneless bucket. Chicken fillets were freezing and soggy but the rest of the food hot

Just make sure you check your orders peeps, got my order last night and half of it was missing. I asked for a refund on the missing items and was refused it. Basically paid for air lol.

Wrong drinks and the 2 x chicken burgers were dry and not worth eating!

No fries x 2 and no corn on the cob either. Delivery driver wouldn’t come to front door - we live in a flat and they didn’t even ring intercom just phoned me to say he was there ! He was smoking when he handed over the food so the cans of pop stunk

In the past I’ve visited and the order has been incorrect, however, have recently visited and we received and extra mash potato (likely unintentionally) which made up for last times short comings. Staff are generally friendly and tables are normally clean

Late missed several items food was cold

Improved recently, or we just got lucky. Chips hot and fresh with the new seasoning. Wraps were stuffed with filling!

it's ridiculous that you can not phone to sort problems out with the order, we had 3 missing items and also it came all over the bag not happy at all , rang number but got told to email or go online but by the time you do that your rest of the food goes cold and kids are kicking off not ordering again

Food lovely and hot, good delivery time, just gutted the gravy was missing 😪 so had to get refunded for that

We ordered a couple of hours in advance In the hope it would be made fresh and arrive hot but sadly it didn’t not, the driver phoned me asking me if he was near the right address so I came out side in the pouring rain to see if I could see him, to finally get our food only to be asked for an order number so had to stand there even longer finding it on my phone, and I could here my family inside saying it’s all ready cold which to me is not acceptable paying over £40 for a meal

Food cold and chicken missing again

Foods often not very warm even though pretty much every time you have to wait long enough for them to cook it all fresh.

4 for food as sometimes the chicken can be really salty, as if the coating hasn't been mixed enough. Staff friendly.

Burgers came with no toppings literally just the bun and chicken when in the photo it has loads of toppings

Food was cold! Food preparation took a long time! Portion size of chips was tiny.

Missing items, for the second week in a row the previous week i was missing everything except my drinks having to reorder and spend money again, money which i still have not been reimbursed 7 days later

food was exactly what you'd expect from KFC but courier went very bizarre route causing it to be a little late and slightly cold.

Failed to bother looking at the notes on the order and delivered it regardless. also missed some things from the order

it took forever for a driver to be assigned & the time kept changing hence why on time but not 5/5 stars food was spot on though, everything there & hot. some massive hot wings as well which was all i was craving :)

The food has arrived and both the drinks are missing. What’s the point in ordering a meal and paying for it, if you don’t receive the full order. Certainly not happy, I expect it to come correct especially when im spending nearly £50 on it.

It is ment to be fast food but it took 45 minute to get served in the drive through

What a joke it’s getting now got the order with no gravy and got told to get a refund for it from just eat cause they said they don’t deal with the drivers so can’t send gravy out never again will I order from here

Great friendly staff food is OK however they need some serious kaizen in their kitchen. The flow of food is slow so sometimes it takes a while for them to make a bag and ship the food to the customers. You need to increase this speed to become more efficient with orders. Also kfc shuts way too early on the way back from work after a late shift and you fancy chicken 🐔 you have to go to macys? 😊 👍 Still nice and I would go again however not if I was in a rush. Update : on this view above we were the only ones in the que and had to wait 15 minutes for a chicken burger today. There is 5 people working in there what are you doing seriously .... You need to change and quickly your speed is super slow! drive through: to also be parked in a bay when there is no que? My mind is blown how slow this one is we timed the food 15 minutes for one meal. It's quicker going anywhere else. Always leave here feel like it's missing something like it's too mechanical not enough kaizen at all. Please sort it out I love kfc but feel like this place needs some serious changes

Just been through the drive thru and paid £11.89 for what was meant to be a boneless banquet for one. Drove round waiting and nobody opened the window to say it won't be long or even acknowledge I was there. They then gave me completely the wrong order. Which never noticed till I got home. This is why she never gave me a receipt so I can't complain properly! Paid £11.89 for a tango, fries and gravy absolute disgrace!

Abysmal service none of the right foods came at all

Ordered a boneless banquet, 3 piece chicken but only got 2. So staff can't even read the order properly!!
