Good and tasty food good service thanku

Messed up order. Didn’t pay attention to notes. Number for the shop does not exist anymore. Delivery driver was rude and wanted me to go to him to get food. Explained to him where to go but he said he has parked now and waiting for me to come get it. Not using this subway again!

Fresh,really really nice..everything was added as we requested! 10/10 and the sandwich artist was very polite and helpful on collection. Thank you :)

Worst subway I’ve had, the bread is dry, hardly any salad and sauce!

Both of the chicken all-stars we ordered were pathetic, they had barely any chicken or bacon and the chicken that was in it was a similar consistency of powder!!! The triple cheese footlong dipper had barely any cheese and was just wrap with a dusting of melted cheese in the middle!! I have never had such a dismal takeaway as this.

Worse subway I’ve ever used food was lukewarm and the lady really didn’t have a clue what she was doing but I put that down to staff training or lack of it . Even managed to short change me by £2 until I bought it to her attention .

Paid for a Toasted sub however I got a cold & untoasted sub instead which is NOT what I requested or paid for......

Waited an hour and a half, food finally got delivered and the sandwiches were soggy so all ended up in the bin. Am not happy and will not be ordering from here again.

The only thing I didn’t want my foot long toasted

I just ordered 3 triple cheese dippers and a pepperoni and cheese dipper from Whitmore Way. They were half their usual size and had nothing inside them! Instead of my dippers and the pot of barbecue sauce to dip them in to, I had 4 tiny wraps. 3 with ketchup splattered in and 1 with barbecue sauce splattered inside. I didn’t even order ketchup! So here I am left with this tough inedible wrap with a load of random sauce chucked inside with no fillings. And no one will answer a call or refund me. I am disgusted!

I didn’t receive a meal or a foot long I got two 6 inc and a packet of crisps 😂 that’s not on come on .. they are both ham and cheese with salads

The fries were very soggy but flavour was great. Wrap was extremely cold all the way through it so it did have to be heated up a little. But, after that as fabulous as always. The new chicken salad is amazing.

Spent 40£ and no cookie footlongs tirned up and one sub missing

Was sent the wrong cookie. I ordered the vegan cookie but got sent a normal one which I can’t eat due to a dairy allergy.

I wasn't pleased with my order as half of the salad items I asked for were left out

I am very unhappy with the way your order gets packed and then delivered to you every time when you order a Salad Wrap and a hot side, they put your Salad Wrap in the same bag as your hot side and also on top of your hot side so then your hot side makes your Salad Wrap hot when that’s supposed to be cold and then makes it not even edible to eat.

The food was good but the seal was tampered with and my drink, cookie and Doritos was missing from my order.

Olives I can’t believe the one thing you have to do is make a roll how is it solid hard like it’s not good enough the driver was rude aswell I have cancer he looked me up and down like a weirdo

Ordered a bit, no meat, hardly no salad, mainly lettuce, no sauce. No idea what's happened here but not happy. The other subs were great apparently

This subway is usually banging but tonight my stacked bacon sub was bread all hard and black burnt. Not there usual quality. Pizzas were lush.

I would like to take the time to leave a review for the outstanding service I have just received at the subway whitmore way this evening. I was served by Gokul. From the moment I stepped in he gave me a warm welcome very polite and professional. He told me about some subs that I haven’t tried. I had my usual. From start to finish Gokul looked after me the preparation to the wrapping of my sub. Very nice person just wanted to say thank you. You have outstanding customer service and you’re very good at your job. My subway was amazing Thank you very much

I went to the shop today and I ordered meal the person who served me was amazing

I bought a meal deal for a dinner it's amazing and reasonable price

Bought a Philly steak and a drink the price is reasonable and great service

Didn't even ask what I wanted on my sub just dumped some salad on while I was paying and didn't ask a single question about what salad or sauces I wanted

Sub was very slightly toasted, cold when it arrived. Foot long cheesy garlic bread consisted of a foot long piece of bread with minimal cheese added on top with zero garlic

Food was undercooked cold says crispy but was the actual opposite

Wrap wasn’t very nice at all. Wasn’t toasted like I asked. And wasn’t even wrapped.

Bread was all broken up so everything fell out and it was rushed being put together

Order was wrong, sauce was wrong toasted the one I asked not to be toasted and no cheese on nachos and chips and toasted ones where cold!

I was Double charged like £20 just for 1 Sub over a month ago even the visual displays are hard to read

Staff have the customer services skill of a gold fish 8 times told him my name for my collection to which he carries on wot hes doing to the point ive had to say asre u going to give me my food or not to which his reply is i need your customer name absolute jokw of a person

This is ridiculous, why do you ask the customer what salad and sauce they want if you are going to put whatever you want on it anyway???? Don't order from here guys they don't follow their own systems instructions. It's not even that they didn't have the sauce I wanted because they sent me the dip but nothing in my footlong sub

Everytime I buy food in here something goes wrong. Normally I get over charged or short changed. Once the were running low on meatballs and put 2 in my roll. When I queried this, they said they were the last 2, but will cut them in half so I will have 4!! Today I asked for spinach in my salad but was told they don't do that. I normally get it. I also asked for a slice of cheesy garlic bread to go with my salad. As I watched the cheese going on, I asked if the garlic butter had been put on as I hadn't seen this where I was talking to someone. They assure me it had. Get back to work, and I have a slice of toasted bread with a bit of cheese in the middle no garlic bread. Everytine, I say never again, but the staff turnover is quick so after a few months I give it another go. But nope, I'm done now. No more subways anywhere for me!!!

This place is opposite my house. I went there twice today. And I was refused service both times. First time I asked for cheesy bites, second time I asked for a meal deal. The guy just clearly didn't want to make my food. They also let a large dog in the seating area (was not a service dog. It was a large XL bully dog owned by two teenagers). I ended up grabbing a microwave burger from the other side of the shop. Avoid this place. Pretty sure there was a pest control car outside there today too Little update on this, I've been back since (mistake lol) and the chicken on their subs is so fatty and chunky I don't even know how to describe it, not fresh

Sorry this was just disappointing my food arrived and the sub was wet and soggy and the cookie was broken up I want a full refund and if not I will be taking this further

Paid for a footling but got a six inch. Bread was stale had hardly any fillings inside.

Was trying to phone up to ask to get salsa and cheese on my nachos as every time I have ordered them I get about a droplet of salsa and a pinch of cheese really not worth the money. But what a surprise rang them up 10 times and no answer. Useless members of staff I even received a glove in my sub before which I didn’t remember asking for

The chicken and bacon came without cheese and bacon in it, was not what was ordered

The only thing that could be off, the sandwich itself, is stale and half filled. Absolutely disgraceful for a place who’s business is sandwiches!

Took over an hour once placing order to arrive kept getting pushed back at 9am food arrived cold and sent complete wrong sandwich. Not worth the money

Absolutely terrible! My order came in almost an hour late and the ice cream was melted and the sandwich soggy.

There was cheese in one of the subs when not asked for. Unable to eat it. Just Eat has authorised a refund.

Would give a 0 tried contacting them and one of the workers barked and howled at me and I called in the 1st place because they gave us a raw chicken breast.

Ordered two footlongs (lovely 10/10) decided to order 465ml Ben & Jerrys ice cream but only sent a 100ml instead. Try to go old school and phone them to rectify i believe a genuine mistake but not answering phone.

Every part of my order had bits missing. Both rolls had no cheese, and the salad had no crispy onions or spinach. I will not order from this subway again , it’s not the first this has happened.
