Standard dominos however this branch seems to operate like a well oiled machine. Fast and efficient not had a bad one yet.

It's a Domino's. Come here if you want cheese on a soft dough. Always plenty of deals about so make sure to check for deals online/in the post. This store cooks fast so pickup is better than delivery if you are close enough.

Great spot to grab a hot freshly made pizza ..Nice parking spots available for your to park and eat in..with the rich cheesy cuts, once you take a slice you would come back for more

Genuinely mediocre all around. Just what you expect from Dominoes. Ordered many times and have never had any problems with quality of food or anything missing. Would recommend for a quick bit of fast food.

Why are pizza soo ridiculously expensive.£40 just for two pizzas and some chicken dippers. It's insane. I'm likely never buying pizza again. I can get nearly five large chicken kebabs n chips for the same price or ten pizzas from tesco, I can feed my entire family of four for a week for the price of dominos. Complete rip off!!

I completed my first Domino’s Pizza order via Just Eat 17.18 on 25th November 2022. The order was immediately acknowledged and I was given an estimated delivery time of 17.45 to 18.05. At around 17.45, I received a message saying that the driver was on his way. At 18.27, I phoned the restaurant since my order had still not arrived. The phone continually rang and then the call was dropped. I tried again and it was eventually answered and I explained the problem. I gave the order number and was told that there was no record of it. I then had to spell and repeat my address 4 times and I was then told that the driver was on his way. I was then told that my order had not been dispatched since it had not been put through. I received no apology. I was advised that the order would be processed. I was given no indication as to when I could expect to receive my order. When I asked, I was told around in around 1 hour 15 minutes. The order eventually arrived at 20.00, a further 15 minutes after the promised time and over 2 hours after the initially advised estimated delivery time. I submitted a complaint via the Domino’s Pizza website and to the CEO. I received very short dismissive responses stating that I should contact Just Eat. No apology. No explanation. No goodwill gesture. No understanding at all of the meaning of customer service. Domino’s Pizza is utterly appalling, not just in terms of its delivery service but even more seriously in its complete lack of any customer service when issues and complaints are raised. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Waited over an hour with no update, phoned the store for them to say over another 45 minutes. No apology and extremely rude.

Very rarely order Domino's but other half likes it so thought we would have a treat. Ordered at 7.06pm with it stating 45 min for delivery..... . An hour and 15 min later its still not here, its been in "quality control" for over 25 min which I'm assuming means sitting on the side waiting for delivery!! Have tried to call but had no answer and tbh really can't be bothered now!!. Other half is home, hungry and disappointed!!

Can't believe these have gone cashless, 5 mins explaining what I wanted to then be told couldn't have as card only.

Not horrible but the pizzas are under cooked. The Italian base just about holds up but the normal is a joke. TURN OVENS UP!!!

I thought Domino's was the best? People use to fuss over how good Domino Pizzas were. Expensive for what they are too so you expect the best right? It seems to me if you deviate from ANY set pizza and customise you are in the lap of the gods. Ordered two pizza yesterday. Wife had a standard menu pizza. No prob. I asked for an American Hot with EXTRA Cheese, Pepperoni and Chilli. You pay extra btw... The person who prepared this didn't put ANY cheese on it, dumped all the chili in one spot and ain't sure I even got extra pepperoni. I'm gonna stick to Asda pizza in future. Really disappointing. UPDATE TO RESPONSE: Funny that the BOX label (Order label?) was clear in stating EXACTLY what I Ordered. Double Pepperoni, Double Cheese and Double Chilli, A shame the Pizza did not reflect the order or box detail. Staff (and ultimately Management) error I think.

Dominos pizza Laindon delivery or collection it says on website lmfao Right so for a pizza delivery company to NOT be able to deliver for over 8 weeks solid and say your shut unless collecting is an absolute joke, beyond this if you do drive to collect you can't pay when you get there has to be prepaid if you order online to save time...why? or you have to wait for food which is hardly take away to pay in store, you can't use PayPal as you could before nor can you pay instore via cash. Remind me why am I collecting again? With such bad service! So to get take away pizza from this take away store/branch you have to pay upfront and go and collect or go and wait ages instore and pay only by card?. Why bother? You send me a text every day banging on about delivery offers that you clearly can't do and I'm thinking is there actually any point being open! On my last visit you had about 20 staff cooking and 2 drivers what sort of service is this? Waited over 30 minutes for 2 pizzas and got charged full price £40 no collection deal so looks like a massive con. Used these alot but I think enough is enough, did somebody say just eat? DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY HERE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Pizza always comes out floppy and sloppy. Cant you cook them a bit longer I don't get that problem at other dominos. Also, the delivery drivers drive like absolute tools, tearing up and down the car park whilst kids are around. To be fair its easier and cheaper to cook your own pizza at home rather than buying some undercooked base from here.

So I ordered a pizza and the chicken mix box on Thursday to be delivered. The delivery took 80 minutes which is very long but personally wasn't an issue for me at that time. Presentation with the food was appealing but had serious issues with the food itself, which were justified and proven. I would give half a star until I spoke to the manager Jason. I explained in detail with the order and I was very impressed with how professional Jason was. I was very happy with what Jason offered as an apology and will certainly reorder from here again. Top marks. And Im sure the issues I had will be a one off.

Ok, we' have had issues in the past, probably few years ago. But lately the past 6 to 12 months we've given them another go as we do like a Dominos now and again. Especially through lockdown, makes a change to have a takeaway once a week and we rotate what we have. And we've been impressed to say the least. Pizzas have bene superb, arrives hot and from order to delivery is normally about 30 to 40 minutes door to door. I find the Dominos thin crust and sauces far superior to others, so thanks Dominos, we're sticking with you and appreciate the efforts of all the staff

after receiving my delivery I realised the cookies were missing. I called and was told they would be sent straight out, after 2 hours I called again as had still not received them. I was told they had not been done, and they wld send out asap 1hr 30mins later I'm still waiting. Whens asked for a refund told it takes 5-7days!

Definately one of the best pizzas I've tried in a while. Great service and extremely friendly staff. The only problem is they need to update the address on Google. Ss16 6HF But on the whole this is a a great domi oes franchise.

Killed all rival pizza businesses in area. Appalling service. Always wait ages on phone and in store. Staff handling tills and pizza with same grubby, sticky flour coated hands. Actual pizza is mediocre at best. Exploited Corona crisis to charge extra.

I cannot fault the Laindon store. Friendly people, good banter and great delivery. I love that I can create my own pizza. But please can you open up the menu more.

Quality pizza and fantastic service!

Ordered our normal pizza and extras and the website said roughly 45 mins delivery. Had to call them after 1hr 10mins to be told that the driver had it and would be with me soon. She apologised for the wait. When we got the delivery the time waited was 1hr 20 mins and the whole order was cold. When I was watching the online tracking system it stayed in quality check for a long time to me means it is out of the oven waiting. No wonder it was cold. It used to be good at laindon but the last couple of times has not been great. Might change to pizza hut now.

Love this place to get some bite one the go

When I ordered the pizza i was told the waiting time would be 7-12 min so jumped in the car as it takes about 7min to drive there. 40min later, finally the pizza was ready and it was not even busy. During the time I waited outside, only 4 orders came out.

Visitors to the area to see family , my son and daughter went in to order. My son was ridiculed by staff for wearing a football shirt and it wasn't good natured. Food ready to go and they were ignored for a good ten minutes. Cash was refused as apparently no change. Absolutely disgusted with the service and the ignorance of staff. Will not be returning .

2 hours later no pizza and probably come cold ... never order from here. Called up and couldn’t give me a reason why my order hasn’t arrived . Staff laughing in the background thinking it’s funny . Hopes this place gets closed down.

Worst dominos pizza place I have eaten from. I have tried this 4 times now hoping it would improve. Always takes ages to deliver and usually cold. The place needs a new manager or a rocket up their jacksys!!! Think another pizza place is on the cards.

Chorizo, bacon, pepperoni and bbq sauce is delicious. Delivery is always on time when I order and have never gotten my order wrong..

Never had problem with them as we r using their service 2-3 times a week....delivery always on time and food delicious....staff is nice and helpful...I would recommend to everyone who likes 1st class food and 1st class customer service.....Well Done Guys!!!

I made order for collection. Staff very friendly. Order was ready ten minutes after I called and was ready waiting for me when I arrived, good staff good management,fast service. Highly recommended.

Freakin' **** Dominos canceled my order and STOLE FROM ME 40£ !! ...AND I REALY MEAN STOLE...waited 4 days for refund try to call guess what, nobody answers... Email... I mean if you dont answer phone why do i even try .... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BUSSINES! GET YOUR PIZZA FROM A LOCAL STORE NOT OVERPRICED THEIEVES !!!!

We don't often get pizza but EVERY TIME they get something wrong, this time is was missing a side and all dips. The deliver driver was very apologetic and asked if we could phone the store so they could get it ready, took ages to get through and even though we tried to give the order number they insisted on the phone number, which they couldn't find, then asked for address, found that then read out the phone number we'd just given them. When the delivery driver eventually got back the dips were all small ones when we ordered large and they ain't cheap. Not worth the hassle to try calling again. Had enough and won't be ordering again, would rather drive and pick up from Pizza Hut.

Been waiting for nearly 2 hours. Took 15 minutes to get through on phone to find out they apparently tried to deliver but couldn't get an answer on the doorbell so went back.. interesting I have no doorbell and I've 2 dogs who would bark if someone KNOCKED!! now got to wait 7 days for my refund.. never will use them again!.. no phone call from them at all either.

Ordered pizza. The app said it was ready. Went to pick it up. They took 20 minutes to then tell us they gave it out to delivery so they had to cook another one... Absolutely terrible. Its ran by children

Never deliver when stated said I'll pick up when app told me it was ready...funny ...i sat there for 40mins as pizza wasn't ready.. . All the staff young and the manager was about 16 didn't have a clue what she was doing let alone trying to deal with orders making pizzas answering phone... useless company useless staff

The service was first class rubbish. Waited for over two hours only to be told to come and collect the food myself as they didn’t have enough drivers. If I didn’t call them, they weren’t going to call me coz they were left with 30 minutes to close. Appalling service.

Order a pizza at 6 o clock via the app and at 6:35 the app told me it was on its way 1 hour 15 minutes later it's still not here , I have tried to ring them 6 times and are not picking up. Unacceptable.

Really bad service. Ordered 1pm for a 6pm delivery. App said delivered at 6.30pm, yet it wasn't. Phoned but kept ringing. Eventually got through and they really couldn't explain the lateness making many excuses and after being on hold for 4minutes agreed to recook it. Then about 6.45 the delivery arrived like warm and missing an item. I asked delivery driver to phone manager as we didn't want to accept this if other was being prepared. He couldn't get through to his manager and spent nearly 10mins trying, so we had to accept and we haven't been able to get through since!! Left feedback via app but no option to email and with phones not being answered really disappointed! Cold food with missing items.. not good at all. Update they did bring out the missing item 25mins after (late) delivery.

Been waiting for 2 hours now and all it says on the app is prepping called them 40 times and not one answer. I will not be using this branch again as they are useless. Also would like to point out my last 3 deliverys have been missing stuff. Please shut this down and put like a pappa johns or somthing cant be any worse than this. 2/12/2017
