Burger King in Basildon

I am thoroughly impressed with the service at Burger King in Basildon Eastgate, whereas my experience at McDonald’s in the same location has been disappointing. The staff at McDonald’s were unhelpful and did not provide a pleasant customer experience. In contrast, the team at Burger King Basildon Eastgate is exceptional. They are incredibly helpful, going above and beyond by even bringing food to customers’ tables. Their professionalism and friendly attitude make for a welcoming atmosphere. The food is excellent, and the staff consistently strive to accommodate any special requests with great care. However, the Burger King app leaves much to be desired, as it is unreliable and does not enhance the customer experience. Despite this, I highly recommend Burger King Basildon Eastgate for its outstanding service and quality food—far superior to McDonald’s in the same area.

Every time we visit this branch it is a shambles. The slowest service experienced ever in a fast food restaurant and the order is always wrong. It ain’t like it’s due to how busy it is because it never is but it’s just badly run. At the lunchtime rush they don’t have any food ready which is just amazing and poor planning. Avoid if you want you food fast

Stood at the counter for five minutes while the staff chatted with their friend and totally ignored me.went next door and got a subway and while walking back past they stood and give dirty looks while still chatting with their friend.

Got one of the new peppercorn chicken burger without bacon or raw onion. Couldn't eat it whatsoever it was like eating a tub of salt and the Lettuce (rocket) was so so bitter. Took it back to the counter told the staff and left it with them. They looked at me gormless. Definitely will not go back to burger king. Yeeeeugh

Still been waiting on the coffee machine to be fixed for possibly over 6 weeks. I don't drink soft drinks and it's resulting in my having to go the nearby subway just to get a drink with my meal. Very disappointed.

It's Burger King, they do their very best to make them all the same. This one is in Connswater's food court with great views provided by floor to ceiling windows across the city centre to the north and west of the city. Between the offers on the app, and a' free' whopper if you complete a survey about your last visit, return within 30 days and buy fries and a drink, you can get a relatively inexpensive meal.

I come here to eat quite often and the food is delicious everytime. The store manager, Brigita, is so friendly and couldn't do enough to accommodate you - highly recommend!

The food was cold and not delicious. Never recommend it.

Was in here had to wait 25mins one person,at the front 2 at back,the poor guy tried his best,but it was terrible service,PLUS the food not warm enough,Il not be back.

Very underwhelming service and disappointing wait time with no queues visible might I add. Despite the food being of excellent quality but however the drink size was not reasonable at all. I will not be looking to go back at all.

@BurgerKingUK Disgusted at BK Basildon Eastgate. Bought 2 meals with drinks and no lids on the drinks. I asked for lids as for kids and they would spill them and was told "No we aren't allowed to give lids any more". I said you're going to have a load of drinks spilled. The guy still refused to give me lids for the drinks. Are they hoping people will spill the drinks before even getting to the tables and having to buy more drinks?? I understand wanting to save on plastic etc but it's not right for the customer.

Went in today with my son and well never had rubbish service like it. All the staff looked like they had there heads up there bums and the so called manger on didn't get his name but his got brown curley hair and short cared more about online orders than the que he had. Never again and no one was talking to each other finding out where orders were .

No customers in sight, still managed to mess up their only order, absolute dump

Staff are great here never had any issues with them until some new girl started working there got my order wrong at least 2 or 3 times now its kinda ridiculous. But the food here is great just some newer staff need more supervision and training from Older staff workers who have been there a long time.

One of my favourite places to eat Food to suit everyone and portions large or small whichever you crave.

It's a fast food restaurant theres not much else to say. Part of its appeal is knowing that what ever branch you go into in the world it will have the familiar branding and mostly familiar food,

Brillant food and brillant customer service

Great place if you want a quick bite to eat whilst shopping. Young man who served us was very friendly and helpful. Tables and surrounding area's are kept clean and there is a play area for kids which is useful.

Discounts through the app are good. Like most BK's if you order your drink without ice make sure you give it a jiggle to check before you leave the counter.
