Subway in Torbay

I ordered a sub with cheesy jalapeño bread but received one with cheese and herb instead, which was disappointing since I'm pregnant and craving the jalapeño flavor. My meal deal was also incorrect; I got a rainbow cookie and citrus punch oasis instead of the choc chunk cookie and summer fruits oasis that I ordered. These issues could have been easily resolved by a quick phone call before making the order. The food was cold when it arrived too. Won't be ordering from this store again.

Ordered at 18:09, staff at subway mentioned they have already finished preparing the order at 18:17 and was collected 5 minutes after by tje driver. I’m very disappointed that after an hour and a half, my order was finally delivered and already cold. The driver was not even apologetic when he gave our food. Not acceptable. Never using just eat again.

Food was correct and enjoyable. But has to be the smallest salad I have ever ordered . 1 slice of cucumber and 2 slices of tomato hardly any salad in whole box . Not a lot for the money at all. Previous times had been a great portion

I've to many Subways but Torquay has by far the worst Subway ever and i mean that, the overall service is awful sorry but Paignton Subway has by far better standards.

rude rude rude rude rude rude. Subway should be ashamed to have a man like that representing their stores. I went in the store to use the toilet. Desperate. I am pregnant. There was no staff visible when I went in so I used the toilet I came out and said sorry just needed the toilet. He began to SHOUT AT ME AND POINT AT ME AGGRESIVLEY SAYING CUSTOMER ONLY. I said sorry I was desperate I’m not a customer today but I do eat subway most lunches of the week as we have one next to my work. He continued to shout and be angry and told me to p*ss in the street. Subway you should not have people like this representing your store. Disgusting man.OH AND MAY I ADD. THe toilets were so disgusting and dirty. Smelt like someone had p*seed all over the floor like he suggested what I should do outside. Careful what you wish for

The rude member of staff working there, an Asian male acted like the toilet had been built by him himself & tried to scold my mum for using it! Not sure what other reason the toilet is there for? 🤣

Asked for my wrap to be toasted with American cheese, wrap was stone cold and no cheese!

Food ok. Missing items. Was so late from the original time. I enjoy subway so does my children so we will order again. Hopefully delivery time will not be so long. Thankyou.

If someone orders vegan cookies do NOT just substitute them without any warning or even a note. It’s very very fortunate I noticed that they looked different before they were eaten by a child with a milk allergy.

Went into the fleet walk subway with my friend and the food was awful. Stale bread and awful sauce. Staff member had a dirty uniform on. Can't believe that a pigeon was walking around in there. It was dirty and un-hygenic in the toilet. Won't be back.

Great food only issue is too much sauce on one of our subs and toasted? The subs were slightly warm. Overall very good will order again. Driver didn’t follow instructions left that was specifically saying not to use an intercom because it don’t work. 4/5 stars.

the food was good but the service was not. the delivery driver was rude with me as he did not know where he was going. when he arrived he did not even get out his car he passed me my food out of the window and drove away without saying a word.

Went in to try cheer myself up and just left feeling more upset and angry after i couldn't eat my food. Generally feeling robbed by subway, yet again! All my food was poorly made not even cooked half way and ruined with things I specifically asked to not have due to alergies. Some days its been okay at best, but I promise you- you'll only have a slim chance of that happening if you get lucky to have one of the nicer staff members serve you..

0 stars. Blonde lady was very rude rolled her eyes at me and huffed. Very bad customer service. Would only let me have 1 item of salad. SHOCKING. Works cannot describe how shocking that experience was.

The young girl behind the counter is in the wrong job such a attitude towards customers very blunt not very helpful if you need to change a item because of allergies she snaps at you she has no customer relations at all

Toilets dirty look like they hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. No soap in soap dispenser .

Wrong subs delivered and items missing! Don’t waste your time or money

Food's pretty good & it's nice to hand quick options & develop favourites. I just wish the app didn't suck; specifically the incessant login/verification process. For ease, just screenshot your rewards QR code & save in a Quick Links/reference folder.

It’s a good place but there are not too much tables

Subway is Subway, reliable tasty fast food with fresh, reliable ingredients and very good value. However today I wish to highly recommend the young guy who served me. He was remarkably efficient, courteous, speedy, anticipatory of a customer’s requirements. No fuss, no ego, polite - the best example of service I have encountered recently not in a top class hotel or restaurant. This young man - should he choose to do so - will excel in the hospitality industry. Recruiters please note

Got really good service in here yesterday, then realised that the muscular chap with long hair and the glasses who was serving me was the same chap who I gave a good review to before ( a couple of years ago), when he worked down the road at the Market Street branch which has now closed. I didn't recognise him, but I did recognise his excellent service. If Subway have a training school where they teach perfect customer service, they should employ this chap to teach all of the others. He makes you feel like a valued customer and that your desire to have the best sub possible is a valid desire and one that he is there to fulfil. He makes you feel at ease about being unsure which ingredients you want (many don't) and always serves with positive energy, a smile, a joke etc and makes the whole transaction a satisfying experience. I don't know the chap personally and I'm not just saying all this stuff for any other reason than a) good customer service over little transactions is a dying art and b) this chap goes the extra mile to make the customer happy, thus keeping this dying art alive. Thank you sir!

Friendly staff. Delicious food .

I waited for my order at home 15 minutes after the application showed that the driver will be there in 1 minute. He did not arrive. The driver called but I didn't understand what the English language is saying is very weak. Calling the restaurant is almost impossible to reject calls! Please can I have my money back!

A friend of mine works here so I go in to grab lunch whenever I'm in town, even when he's not serving me, I always have a good experience. The food is great for a subway and the staff are really friendly from my experiences. :)

Went in fleet walk branch today and ordered a coffee,the cup was only three thirds full and looked like dish water that was £1.79. I only wished I had waited until I got to Wetherspoons where it's only £1.50 and tastes much better and refills. I will not be going there again.

I usually enjoy visiting this subway. However the last time I visited. Both of the guys working did not change their gloves in between preparing a veggie and meat sub. Even after I asked politely.

I always love coming to subway I personally find that the coffee is better than Costa and for the price you can't go wrong and a subway salad is the only salad I will eat because for some reason it doesn't have that nasty taste on it. I have personally seen how this good fast food restaurant gets snubbed by people but I believe that is because of the fact that people don't give them a chance I recantly took a friend here and she was so surprised at how nice subway was and how much we saved compared to Costa which my friend took me to the week before she only agreed to come because she didn't want to be tempted with lots of cakes but a more healthy menu and the fact she thought subway was like a burger joint until I bought her

This establishment was great. I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the staff who were 1st class. The food l ordered was the salad and t was great. This subway.is Fleet Street, Torquay. We were on holiday.

It had a great food and I had loads of points so free food

It's good just ok to fill that hunger gap at a reasonable price

Nice well run shop, the guys in here are really friendly and welcoming but I will mention that the toilet could do with a deep clean and maybe a spruce up, needs a lot of bleach left on the floor overnight to get rid of the pee smell and the loo brush should be chucked out!

Very good food and, service at this busy Subway store, in the heart of Torquay.

I've used every subway in Torquay few times. Both times I've used this one btw rock garden it's been rubbish. Just walked out with a sub that looks like a dogs dinner served by a rude dismissive girl who zero customer service skills. Pathetic and both phone numbers listed don't work!!

Same as all the other subways .

Has outdoor and indoor seating. Great food.
