The staff were amazing, patient and considerate with our large family order. I rate this fussy-eater friendly and wonderfully low-key atmosphere. It is a good Subway - can't go wrong.

once out for delivery it was in good time but over an hour from pacing order til being out for delivery.

My footlong sandwich wasn’t cut in half. No fork for my salad. No napkins, I do really like subway food , but this is not the first time my order has arrived not in the good condition as it could be done.

Requested one or two items to not be added in one of the subs ordered, which was completely ignored leaving it useless by the person who has digestive issues with the items in question! Won’t be using again any time soon.

Always receive great service. They know my order of by heart !

I attended this store on Friday 14th June approx 12:45 to grab a coffee for my long journey home. As I use subway a lot and had a long journey ahead I needed to use the toiled as a disabled customer but was told they can give me the combo for the door lock. I then ordered a coffee to take out to find out they don’t stock sweeteners I explained I am diabetic so can’t have Sugar and was told by the guy wearing the head band that’s not there problem I have never once had a problem at any subway store but this store the staff are rude and have attitude I won’t be returning to this store and I shall also be posting the video to you tube and TikTok to expose these rude people

I really enjoy coming to this subway, I'd say I'm a regular now. The service is quick and efficient. The staff are always lovely and attentive. It's nice when you walk into a business and they can remember your order aha. Would definitely recommend! :)

the sandwich was soggy and flavourless and the delivery left my sandwich on my front porch under the rain like it's an amazon package, who in their right sense leaves food on an outside door mat where people cleans their shoes plus the fact that it's a rainy day😡😡

Awful - the delivery guy called me and was on the phone to me for 15 min trying to find the house even though I dropped the pin exactly where my house was…. He wouldn’t listen to me explaining and then he hung up on me…..

Food is hot and tasty and I like the options for other snacks. my only gripe is not being able to order the standard subs without onions. making my own isn't quite the same ingredients.

Originally told delivery within 30mins, 1hr 30mins food showing as preparing still, I called the restaurant and asked why it’s taking so long, they told the driver was holding the food waiting on other orders, I told them that I will collect myself, only for the delivery driver to then leave the restaurant and delivery my food when I’m at the restaurant, absolute disgraceful service mainly from the driver! I expect a full refund for the poor service received and rude and inappropriate driver

Exercise caution when dining here! Unfortunately, my brother experienced food poisoning after eating at Subway. I advise you to be vigilant and thoroughly inspect your meal before consumption.

I was looking for vegetarian option and than I ask for help to the person who was serving me to surprise me with something nice veg. and he suggest the best sandwich which I found it really nice. A person who serves me very polite and kind, costumer friendly, welcoming environment, family friendly.

Bit concerning why my order of a veggie delite, the cross contamination on my sub included tuna (don’t eat fish) which for a foot long £10 ended up in the bin after waiting over an hour and my room smells of tuna I’m a bit disappointed .

Probably the most stingy subway I’ve been to. Don’t know if they’re trying to cut costs but if you like a bready, lacklustre sandwich then go ahead and order from this store.

We usually have a fantastic experience here but this last visit has put us off. My partner went to this store and when he put in my usual order (something I've ordered previously and done at countless other stores) the man behind the counter rudely told him as it was no longer on the menu he would not make it. My order (cheesy pepperoni) was taken off a while ago, however because subway is all about customising your sub, no one until today has had an issue with it. I'd understand if it was something ridiculous and complex, but it was just pepperoni, cheese and some salad. He flat out refused to make the sub in any form so my partner left to find food elsewhere. Absolutely shocking customer service from this one person and has put us off visiting at all. Any other time this is a lovely shop but if this man is in then expect to be told he won't make your order!

Restaurant made the food quickly but driver didn’t collect for nearly and hour and a half. There was no option to get any help from the app and no way to cancel the order (which finally arrived almost two hours after placing the order). Food cold.

First time trying subway, very limited filling and definitely needed a magnifying glass to see the cheese - the delivery time was 13.40-14.00 then changed to 14.00-14.20 but was clearly made for 13.40 .

Bicester subway marked it as delivered when it wasnt. I never received anything yet I cant get a refund on delivery. Its a disgusting service.

Open entry to this sandwich serving establishment you'll find a short queue (and I mean short nothing like that one for the queen) to wait in before being served by highly attentive staff. So attentive were the staff that I'd not even realised it was already time for them to take my order - unexpectedly superb! In terms of the quality of the food and beverages we were served, the sandwiches were tasty and filling and the cookies were deliciously gooey. My only complaint was the coffee which was poor in comparison to what you can expect from similar establishments. It was far too milky to the extent that it was almost cold and without flavour. Next time I'll order a cold drink or go somewhere else to get a hot drink.

interesting they sent me a chicken salad with no chicken, and the salad looked like it had been shaken up and stamped on. Called the shop, was told I'd get called back, but nothing so far. Wont bother with it again. Amazing that a lot of the reviews are so positive , I think they are employees. Avoid this place like the plague

Why is Biscester Subway so much more expensive than other subways i have visited. . I x 6 inch sub, pepperoni, chicken and salad plus 1 x wrap( not loaded wrap ) with 2 corners of cheese slice and 1 slither of ham 8.88 ??????????? Even though I appreciate all has gone up I taken aback at these prices. Shall avoid this outlet in the future and definitely not recommend. Will go to a proper cafe in future
