Normally very good but it took an hour to get here and was stone cold.

food is disgusting, no taste, no sauce even though it was ordered. I do not recommend it

I order 2 pizza one 12’ and second 16 ‘ , and arrive both 12 inches

Ordered chicken and chips they forgot the chips 😐

Food stone cold requested a item not be added due to allergies totally ignored this when informed restaurant told call just eat we can't redeliver you new item

First time I ordered was amazing next two times awful, food cold, missing chips and that chicken doesn’t look good to eat

Ordered food @5.30 pm for 7.30pm delivery arrived 7.50 pm food stone cold items requested to be removed from salad not done called explained that due to allergies I can't eat food sent as mixed with items that trigger reaction told no driver won't replace call just eat do not waste your time with them unless your stoned drunk from club few doors down and don't care what you eat

ordered all of the salad on both kebab and burger no salad arrived or sauces

We got food it’s cold my litte girls food cold and horrible I spend money and I get appsolute rubbish want a refund or I’m taking it further

Bad quality and not what I ordered

Did not consider allergies when we wrote on the notes

I asked for them to change the address as I ordered it to the wrong address I rang the company told me they couldn't do it then told the driver and he said he can't do it then he didn't even deliver it after about 40 minutes after he was on his way he still didn't deliver it to the right address

Waited 2 hours to then be told driver has disappeared, we never received food and 3 days later are still waiting for a refund. Tottally useless and with so many other restraunts to choose from definatly don't use these lot

My husband got food poisoning and has been ill from having food from them will stick to other kebab shops

absolutely vile delivery driver will be ringing just eat at available time there open conventional up front and frightening refused delivery to door until i told him id had an operation and told me English are lazy

I have ordered fish and chips.I have waited more than 2 hours . At last it shows as delivered but I haven’t received the order yet. I am really disappointed. I have send a query but I haven’t got any replies. I have wasted my time and money. This is my first experience. I wanted a refund . I hope they will refund the amount as soon as possible. Usually I gets a call when they come to deliver the food. But today I haven’t got any calls. I hope they will be careful about the address next time. .,.

Perfect timing as estimated, lovely driver rang me to make sure the address was right and followed order notes!!

One pizza was nice, the other was burnt too much so could not eat it

Great service and lovely friendly staff...pizzas, chicken wings and burgers are good. Personally the best pizzas in Banbury and good value for money. Do not believe the pictures on Google I've never once recieved anything like that unless you specifically said no salad etc...

treated the kids to a couple of pizzas and some kabab. Pizza wasn't cooked and was all squashed in one corner or the box, kabab meat had been cut a long time and was dry and crispy. threw it away wasn't worth trying to salvage. Phoned shop they just said sort it out with just eat.

Ordered 2x chicken shish kebabs. One was supposed to be slightly larger as I paid the extra but they seemed to have the same amount of chicken. However, the chicken was absolutely lovely and piping hot. One of the best shish kebabs I've ordered. Loads of fresh salad too. Cheesy chips weren't hot but chips are chips, not that fussed!

We ordered two chicken kebabs with chips. Both portions of chips were missing.

Arrived fresh and piping hot. nothing missing perfect all round tonight !

Waste of money. I ordered kebab and I received just meat and fries, no salad, no sauce. Chicken was greasy without flavour.I will never order food from that place.

When this food arrived it took over an hour and then there was hardly any meat with it and for the money we paid we expected a lot more this was meant to be a meal for 2 but in reality it was only just enough for 1

Was amazing arrived hot where as other kebab places in town delivered cold food followed food instructions amazing price also dont rip you off with min order amount or over top delivery charges will be a returning customer

Ordered cheesey chips but just got chips

Ordered once didn’t even start preparing order waited a hour then cancelled re ordered a bit after was quicker at making order second time but had to wait overall around 1hour to 1.45hours

No chips with the burger meal. So I’m left with just the burger… not much a meal. When rang the store I was told il get extra next time!!! Not very helpful when I’m hungry now! Very disappointed!!!!!!

I didn’t receive 3 of my milkshakes. I received 2 which were knocked over and what reminds me of a flooding which took place back approximately 2010, I’m now having to find a wet floor sign to put up in the house due to the massacre this has caused. My son is now distraught at the fact I can’t provide him a milkshake and I’m equally upset with having to lick my milkshake out of a plastic bag.

Temperature wasnt great, obviously been out for delivery for some time. Kebab was good flavour but very little salad and chilli sauce not great.

Got lamb donner on top of cheesy chips at the end of a night out and Got hardly any of donner meat and no cheese on top, I said I paid for cheese and then they put a sprinkle on top!!! Do not go here!!! plenty of other kebab shops in Banbury which are 100% better!!!

Food was ok and cooked well but the chicken strips ain't chicken strips they are chicken shapes made from MRM Just not right to call them strips and at that price

Best pizza ever, if you put mushroom and mix peppers on double cheese and pepperoni pizza you'll receive the best pizza in town. Trust me guys, the chef is brilliant!

Did not turn up dispite it saying it had been delivered on just eat app. Phoned them up and they just fob you off saying ring just eat.

Didn’t receive order and then no help from restaurant. So cross had a family get together and it ruined our evening!

Wrong food delivered. When I called they couldn’t care less and wasn’t bothered in the slightest. Awful attitude and service…. Won’t be using again that’s for sure.

The driver was rude and had forgotten half of our order. When asked, he said it was not his problem and walked off. Food is brilliant quality, and masters kebab are going out of their way to bring the rest of our order themselves instead of going through driver

I ordered a mixed kebab, lamb, and chicken and instead, it was just lamb. I also asked for garlic sauce which they covered the dish in - I just needed a dash!

This used to be the best kebab shop but the last few orders have been awful it’s a real shame we won’t use them again

I ordered Kebab but it was just rubbish. It wasn’t a kebab in fact it was an Indian food. Too hot and spicy. Customer service was awful and staff were impolite.

The best kebab we have EVER had. 10/10 would recommend! Excellent quality and great value for money. Food was lovely & hot when it arrived too. Will be ordering again!

Very small portion ordered Large mix donner kebab and recieved half of plastic box. 90% lamb 10%chicken xD lol Not tasty at all

The kebab meal was shocking only a handful of chips in the tray. Every meal we ordered didn't come with a drink and when phoning up to get them replaced they said it wasn't their problem it's just eat's problem.

The delivery driver did not know where my house was. I had to walk to the car park near because he could not find my house where other drivers could normally as is just in the avenue.

twice in a row i’ve ordered food and the just eat drivers don’t deliver the food and the kebab shop will do nothing about it they are both just happy to take your money but will not deliver the food or help when the just eat driver does not deliver the food!

Absolute rubbish on a number of fronts. I ordered a large doner and what turned up was a small at best and it was nothing but a pitta with some kebab meat dumped on it. No salad, no chillis. They should be done for false advertising. It’s like ordering a full English and gettin a sausage and a bit of toast.

Kebab is uncooked and portion is small according to large can i get my refund please
