Bunch of idiots 3rd time they’ve got my order wrong

Went in to order today was told zinger rice box was off menu. When checking your website for delivery no such info. Are you serving it or aren't you. Secondly 3 customers waiting to be served being completely ignored by staff. Surely taking the orders creates business!!!! Why ignore what pays your wages. 10 mins stood waiting before having to shout across counter to gain some form of attention. Your staff don't want to work otherwise they'd be happy to take the orders busy or not!!!!!

Last week i have been to kfc bicester , a manger was serving on a counter , i have order 4 pcs of chicken meal both days , on 4 pcs of chicken he have given me a 2 pcs of chicken leg and 2 pcs is chicken less breast with only chicken I can see is bones , and the chicken doesn’t looks fresh , I reported to the same guy who is a manager , he gave me very irresponsible replies beings as a manager , no values for money and not the kfc standard, very poor service

Just don't do it. Absolutely minging. Chicken must have been sitting all day. Gravy lumpy, chips horrendous. Even the burger bap was brutal. Not a good fast food joint at all.

I would say that this is quite a good KFC, the food is usually freshly cooked, the service is friendly, but it's juat a pick up and go place with only a couple of seats.

Ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket to take away. It was ready quite quickly. That's where the good bit ends..... The chicken wasn't fresh; clearly the "dregs" left in the warmers. Moreover my ten pieces consisted of SEVEN drumsticks, one wing, one side breast (the bit with virtually no meat on it) and one thigh. So basically one good piece of chicken out of the ten pieces, the rest being the cheap bits. If I had discovered it earlier and didn't have hungry mouths to feed I would have taken it back and complained. On the plus side it has put me off getting KFC for a very long time. That's going to save me money :-) I recommend NOT frequenting this KFC, unless of course you are looking for a way to wean yourself off fast food in a hurry.

Picked up - much better than ordering. Food was hot, you can ask for plain chips so no signature seasoning on fries as we are a household with sensory issues and autism, tool around 10 minutes for the wait but it was a large order. Didn't like that you have to use the one machine to order, was packed and nowhere to stand and youngsters and their attitude didn't help around our children however, that's the area I guess. KFC was nice, better than 2 years ago and staff did as we ask but nobody really interectacted with any customers lol.

Ordered on the app from this store this evening whilst in the area which was a burger and a bbq wrap snack box when I got to my car I opened the bag to find the bbq wrap was missing from the order so went back in shop said I was missing the wrap no apology just said ok and gave me the missing wrap from the warmer

Get home to half our order missing Not even busy so what is the excuse Waste of money with half missing

Worst kfc I ever visited! Everything takes ages waiting 30min :-( staff absolutely unhelpful. Food too soggy and tastes old. How this can be still open ? ? ?

I ordered two zinger sets, my stomach hurt terribly at night, I don't know what conditions they keep the chicken in KFC but I don't think everything is clean and fresh. don't buy again.

Parking and lack of seating is a huge issue. Food was great but other side lacking.

Order marked as delivered and never arrived- having to drive in now as refusal to help via phone.

Ordered a large stack burger meal and sides, they forgot my fries AND the bbq sauce and hashbrown in the burger.

After seeing the Christmas Stuffing Tower Burger we just had to try one 😋 I'm not a regular at KFC or any other fast food chains but I'd have that again in a heart beat. The chicken fillet was tender and crispy. It was 'proper' stuffing and the lovely cranberry sauce, just made it 😍

Half by order was missing on delivery, spent the rest of the evening trying to phone them, no answer after 1.5hrs till don't have my dinner.

Literally the worst take away anywhere, if you go in the service is sooooo slow its unreal. If you order for delivery they screw up and do not ever listen to requests. And the food is always overdone and dry. I can not stress enough, I'd you want kfc do not go here!

We had takeaway yesterday (21st May) and it was absolutely DISGUSTING! The chicken was so overcooked that the skin was dark brown instead of golden, as tough and as dry as old boot leather, the fries were sloppy, and obviously cooked in old oil as they were dark and oily, the corn in the cob was limp with a greenish tinge and the coleslaw tasted like pure onion! In fact, the only nice thing about the whole meal was the Pepsi Max which you can't go wrong with! What a waste of money as the food, after one bite, was thrown into the bin! I will NEVER order anything from KFC again!

Sunday 1pm. Appears understaffed so be prepared to wait. Food great as always.

Bad place to buy your food. Be careful, because they are buying cancer for you and your family. The bad smell of frying that there is every day there, is not because of the amount of fried foods every day, but because they simply do not change the oil often. I believe they do not change for days. The place is dirty and the employees are rude. In fact, a place like this should not have its doors open again, as they have already been embargoed for the same reasons and continue in the same way. Apparently the inspections here in the UK are very selective.

I don't recommend it!! My daughter, my wife and a couple of friends had food poisoning after eating chickens made there. The impression it gives is that they are made with spoiled chickens and dirty oil.

Payed £10 for boneless banquet and it looked absolutely nothing like the picture the popcorn chicken was 4 times smaller then the picture and so was everything else absolute rip off

Sometimes the food is fresh sometimes its not and been hanging around. Today it was very fresh.

OMG possibly most definitely the worst experience ever pay £57 only for them to forget items and when I back in the manager question me like I was the one in the wrong appalling customer service, appalling food and dam right. It’s a disgrace to Colonel chicken man this KFC I would avoid I would go anywhere and rather eat for things than eat from this place if you have any brain in your head, you would avoid this restaurant like the plague, I would never ever use this place again, absolutely disgrace I heard a story on Facebook that someone threw the chicken in a face of a person that worked here and personally I don’t blame him because you’ve given half the chance I would’ve thrown my bargain bucket at them.

The food is always great, it's especially helpful when the team packs order in a bag that's easy to get out to the car. Hand 1: food bag. Hand 2: walking stick & keys Hand 3: drink. Wait! I don't have 3 hands! Then I have to juggle hot food/cold drink & stick to open car door with keys. grrrrr...

Awful. Turned up at 10.40 after clearly checking was open only for member of staff lock the door as I approached it and clearly ignored me and my daughter. Whats point of being open till 11?? Getting paid to do nothing I guess. Won't be going back..
