We went in to mill road subway to order originally 6 cookies and were short changed from the manager who was working there. We then went back in to get the correct change and then she couldn’t give it to us. We then attempted to buy more cookies and she just wouldn’t put the option through and tried to make us pay double than the price showed and still DID NOT give us the correct change.

I’m regular customer here. Never had any hygiene issues. Everything is halal here. Manager is really nice. He even offers free cokkie most of the time.

I am always searching for Halal Subway Food and fortunately I visited Subway restaurant located at Mill road near to central Mosque and It was my first experience at subway and they made a delicious sandwich with different sauces and with fresh ingredients. Ambiance 10/10 Service 10/10 Keep growing

Terrible experience. Got sick after eating their Subway Melt breakfast, the sausages were clearly grey and gone off. I had to rush to work therefore called to request a refund, got told I should come see the manager on Friday if I want to speak about the issue! the gone off sub cost me £6.29 As if I'm gonna travel half way across town to dispute a refund im not guaranteed to receive! Complete rip off

The food here was bloody overpriced. £45 for 4 subway meals. I am convinced that is was getting extorted. And don't get me started on the service. It was just horrible. I would've rather made the disgusting food myself. The display fridge was dirty and unhygenic. I would probably never think the same of Subway after this.

Off chicken! My fiancé and I just ordered subway, we got home and as soon as he opened his subway up the chicken absolutely stunk. We took bits out and smelt closer up and it was absolutely putrid. My fiancé walked back to the subway letting the worker know and also asking for a refund. The worker grabbed the container of chicken asked my fiancé to smell it insinuating that it was fine and again the whole container smelt terrible. He wouldn’t offer a refund as his manager wasn’t there. If you have ordered the chicken strips from here in the last day (6/6) please be mindful you may get food poisoning. Absolutely shocking. Will never visit a subway again.

I asked for a large wedges and they gave me a small portion which was the size of the hash brown box. I used to work at subway so I know the correct portion sizes so it was very upsetting. On top of this, the wedges they gave me seemed to be at least a week old so it was not very nice to eat. I also ordered a bowl of meatballs which were cold. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and would have given a 0 rating if possible. I think they have not been trained properly which may be why they are doing things so poorly.

Decent sub, prices seem a little high and the only other thing that annoyed me was that they seemed a little harsh on the meat and cheese allocation. So the sub turned out quite flat... Other than that quite nice, close to me so convenient.

Absolutely disgusting attitude of the people working here. Tried telling me I couldn't redeem my Subway with the points I accumulated. When I asked them how many points I had on their system they refused to tell or even show me, just kept saying my phone was wrong. I went round to look at the screen myself and they blocked the monitor so I couldn't see how many points I had. Absolute liars. Eventually the manager tried telling my the same thing and once he realised i wasn't having it tried playing it off and saying he would give me one as a good will gesture. At this point I wasn't interested in anything the have to give me . Just pure dishonest and lieing bunch of worker who should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service! We went at 7.45 and they close at 8, didn't serve us but served 2 customers as we were queuing. Employee said the till is closed. It doesn't take 1 second to close a till. Won't be coming back here.

Worst service . There was a brown lady on the counter on Sunday @ 13:58 on mill road subway near Cambridge mosque . She was so rude and wrap was horrible she made . Chicken bites were frozen , wrap was cold n bit heated properly in oven ? Horrible customer service

Order off them fairly regularly. Prices are good for what you get, knocking a star off because they've put extra ingredients I didn't ask for in my sub once or twice. Delivery is always really quick.

dreadful service, the scanner to redeem your points has been "faulty" for 3 years now... the manager of this particular branch apparently hasn't even heard of subway reward program. how on earth do you become a manager at subway and not know subway have a points system? The rewards program is an essential part of this franchise and the manager supposedly hasn't heard of it. when I asked to pay with hard earned points the manager walked away. Why offer points systems if I'm not able to use them? Shocking service and is really disappointing as this is the only halal subway in my area.

The worker refused to serve me as she said she had to be packed up and continued to argue with me as I asked her to make me my subway. She said that she would be unable to make my sandwich as she has closed the tills but then proceeded to let the gentleman who was already being served pay for his sandwich despite telling me that the till was closed and that she was unable to serve us. This is absolutely unacceptable and I refuse to let this go without inspection of this subway store. The workers within this branch are completely clueless on the promotions which the franchise do and do not allow you to use the rewards system to pay for your sandwich despite subway promoting it worldwide across all regions. The man who claims he is the manager of this branch explained to me that he does not know how the subcard point system works. Excuse me what ? How have you been promoted to the manager of a branch which has been known worldwide for their rewards system and not know how to execute this simple task. This is why I believe he is lying to me and is not willing to serve me if I am paying by points to which I have collected through other subways and promotional codes offered through subway. The only reason this particular branch is so significant to me is due to the fact that it’s the only one in the whole city which is halal and allows to me to have a variation of subs as opposed to just vegan options, yet they continue to deny me of this. I would really like an inspection of this store to take place to fix the problems such as closing up the shop early for personal use and lying to the customers about the till being closed, as well as refusing to scan the customers subcard. Will not be going back till major changes are made 3 years+ this branch has been claiming that the subcard machine is broken. If it’s been broken for this long surely it’s just fixed or regular at this point. A brand like subway I would expect “broken” items to be fixed as soon as possible

The staff are not honest. I didn't receive everything that I ordered. Asked lady for her name but she had given me a fake name. Called the next day and complained to the manager. The manager who said his name is Mohammed was very dismissive and again did not give me the real name of his staff. He said he will refund me, I have not received a refund. Food is satisfactory level but I do not trust the staff and the manager is not professional.

It was 10:08 the lady was dismissive and didn’t acknowledge me despite the website stating it’s meant to be open at 10:00. I asked her kindly if they were open to which she didn’t acknowledge me and walked to the back of the shop. I then did not see her for a further five minutes. She was finally ready at 10:20 and was extremely rude. She wasn’t prepared to make the meatballs so I had to opt for something else. The Coldham’s lane branch is much better!

One of the best Subway ever! Located in the middle of the store SPAR. Farooq (I think this is his name) the best manager!!! Great customer service and atmosphere. It is halal restaurant, instead of bacon there is a turkey - it tastes good. I recommend this Subway!

Think I would score this place 2.5 . I had a tuna and cheese sub with mixed salad. Staff seemed nice and friendly. Had an alright sub. Bread seemed a little stale and some of the ingredients looked a bit dodgy but it tasted good

I noticed with subway, they always have trouble keeping people doing their job. Just like before it closed down in mill road, this subway closes whenever the cashier feels like it. Says it closes at 20:00 but already closed by 17:00

I had a very disappointing encounter today when my wife and I came to order food. She had ordered a margarita for herself and a pepperoni for her friend. But the server had made the pepporoni and margarita together in one pan and on the same sheet. This was only discovered when they had seen the server picking the cheese off the pepperoni slice and putting it on the magheritta. This firstly could have been a mistake, so my wife stated she can’t have this as it’s been with the pepperoni and she doesn’t eat pork. The server looked at her very confused and asked why? She then further explained, she doesn’t eat pork and only halal meat hence why she ordered the magheritta. The server then asked, “so you don’t want this?” This was really disappointing to see and hear as subway should really educate their employees on keeping things separate. Whether it be a religious reason or an intolerance or just choosing to be vegan/vegetarian. More measure should be put in place to educate their employees and to work on their customer service skills. The employee didn’t apologise and hesitated to rectify the situation. Whilst she did eventually make a new magherita sub for my wife, we will not be returning.

I ordered the chipotle pork tenderloin and wow ! I didn’t leave anything on the plate, so delicious. The service was a little slow but I think that’s because it was close to closing. My mom also ordered the crab cakes and said it was the best she’s ever had! Wonderful dinner experience. The buffet is also good and filled with staples. I wish there were less flies around but after that it’s wonderful.
