Subway in Fareham

Ordered online the sandwiches were fine but forgot drinks and sent a burnt foot long cookie dough that was inedible, for £5 a cookie dough I would expect much better!

Fast friendly service. One of the better prepared sandwiches I have had from subway

Food was fine, service wasn't great, the guy behind the counter just threw the sandwich together didn't put enough meat in, when i asked for extra cheese he said there wasn't enough when there was plenty, also barely any salad in my roll too. His whole attitude was as if he didn't want to be there, baring in mind it was pretty much dead in there so wasn't rushed off his feet either

Ordered from Deliveroo as a treat, my wrap was missing the additional meat that I paid for and my daughter’s sub was missing meat altogether!!!

Usually me and my partner visit in person and have a good experience every time. Staff are usually nice and make food as asked for but every time we order for delivery they mess it up. Completely ruins the food and adds sauces and toppings that I didn’t want and forgot multiple items.

Staff rude, added chicken without telling me that it was an extra 3 quid for it until I got to the till. Added the wrong sauce then just added the right one as if it didn't happen. Didn't even ask if that was OK, just continued without telling me. So food swamped in sauce. Not impressed. Selection of drinks was bad. 1 bottle of regular coke, 2 bottles of coke zero and 1 bottle if regular coke. Neither me or my partner drink zero.

Cold in today when my wife daughter and granddaughters. Will had what we wanted including vegan for my wife served quickly food was good and price was very reasonable.

The only subway I have eaten at which sells stale bread! Rubbish experience rude staff dirty tables and worst subway I have ever eaten. Save your money eat elsewhere

Went in an hour before close and staff treated us like we were an inconvenience, practically threw food together, Will not be visiting again!!!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes without getting served. One of the attendants looked round the corner from the kitchen and just walked away without serving me.

Really unimpressed with the customer service here, very very rude. Will not be coming here again!! Toilets are filthy also.

Unless staff did they even finish school as they can't remember what you order!! Have better trained staff!!

Worse fast food you can imagine. Also expensive

Only giving this place one star as you can’t give anything lower, I have just stood in the line to be served and watched one of the servers put on clean gloves and then promptly wiped his nose on the back of his hand over the glove then continued to prepare food, I won’t be back..

Half way through our order, Just Eat jumps the queue!

I would just like to inform you of the behaviour and actions of one of your employees this evening. (11.08.22) It was my misfortune to witness a 'lady', at 19.00, verbally and physically abuse an elderly gentleman who was exceptionally intoxicated of alcohol. This woman was in the centre of a group of teenagers filming the said gentlemen whilst shouting & attempting to physically assualt the man. Onlookers had gathered & were attempting to intervene, as she began calling the man 'a peadophile'. Unfortunately, this woman was claiming to be a manager at your company and was clearly wearing a subway uniform. This altercation lasted for over 40 minutes. The woman in question was roughly about 30 years of age, foul mouthed and very aggressive. The group and herself, were fiming this behaviour. Please, please, as a company, can Subway please act on this matter immediately as this behaviour was completely unacceptable & distressing to witness. This behaviour from a manager of one of your stores local to portsmouth is inappropriate!

Despite 4 staff working service slow and painful. Would not use them again, take my advice go elsewhere.

Visited today, not busy however staff were useless. Dirty tables everywhere. 3 sandwiches ordered. Cheese and olive, steak and cheese, ham and turkey. On setting it prepped, found a hair in ham, asked for chipolte sauce on steak but got ketchup. So ended up with just a cheese roll. Only for them to charge for a chicken. Absolutely shocking, service, hygiene, and staff. We even had to clean our own table.

Food great and reliable as always. But service was very slow at 12 on Saturday as they were doing online orders, loads of them!

My son's general preference to McDonalds so I'm not going to discourage that thinking. Theres plenty of talk about food here not being the most nutricious itself but you have got salad options that can be included. Fareham branch was bit untidy but it was Saturday evening. And taste of shredded beef sandwich was fine x

The furniture seemed a bit scrappy

The store was extremely busy when I went in last. The queue was out the door, and filing round to Nandos, but the staff did an excellent job at keeping the queue flowing quickly and abiding by the store capacity count. The sub was well made and tasted great. Cleanliness could be a tad better, but since it was busy at the time its partially excusable.

added feb'21; boosted from 2 to 4* because since i wrote the review below its been really good. staff are good and dont scrimp on the fillings. earlier review; every time i try and order i cant sign in to my subcard account, "error 1015 im banned" ive lost patience with it and youve lost 3 orders so far

Of all the subways I've been to around the country this one served the smalles portions I've ever seen.

Just wish, when ordering a salad bowl, the portions were more consistent!!

Not up to the same standards as most of the other subways I visit. Whilst I appreciate they get busy, the rushed environment of the service doesn't slow down even when they are not busy. There's a definite feeling of production line mentality, get you in and out as quickly as possible. No salt and pepper sachets for the salads. Also asked if I wanted to double up the portion of meat on my salad, 'a pound extra for twice as much' then proceeded to give me less than I get in one scoop at every other outlet I go to. Felt robbed, rushed and generally undervalued as a customer. Whilst polite, the staff seem under pressure to get the numbers turned around ASAP.

Great. Nice staff that are engaging and helpful. Tried the vegan patty which was very good, and nice to see that they do fresh spinach as part of the salad selection. Also clean and tidy.

As a fast food outlet, we love the freshness of the food, made in front of you while you wait. The only place our 5 year old granddaughter will eat the whole meal!!

Subway is subway, not much more to say. If you like subway, like me, then subway is a great place to eat.

Good service regardless of the time at night.

A bit of a small store and can feel like your eating on top of each other but most subways are small. Never had a bad experience so far in here all good.

Really impressed (most of the time) at the service and quality of food. Pretty much always busy which speaks for itself. A bigger store would be better as it can be a struggle to find somewhere to sit.

A standard Subway comparable to all the others. Sandwiches are good if not a little pricy. I've never been in a Subway where the tables don't have some remnants of the previous occupant left behind and this one is no different.

Food is what you expect. But very small, crowded.

Loved it, meetball sub was amazing! Would love to go again.
