Decided to give Karims ago as it's very local. My partner tried it around 5 years ago and didn't like it. But heard really good things from our neighbours about this place lately. We was really impressed , and will definitely return. Food had good taste , was hot and fresh. 20 % Discount also if you pay with cash in store too!

From the moment we walked in, Raj was cordial, fun, and impressively quick. His excellent customer service truly stood out as he customized our order to meet our every need, adding the perfect amount of spice and making other adjustments effortlessly. The care and attention he showed were remarkable. The waiting area was lovely and comfortable, making the short wait for our food quite pleasant. Although it took a bit longer than expected, the quality of the food made it well worth it. The hot food was a testament to the care put into its preparation. Wow - what an absolutely amazing Indian take-away, I had phoned around 5 others in Fareham - I was very, very hungry and they delivered within 30minutes! Friendly service! Great taste! Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic meal from karims, it was delivered hot, fresh & quick. The food was really tasty not greasy at all. We got a free Bombay potato mint sauce & poppadoms, really enjoyed it. 10/10 from us

I’m Indian and sometimes just want a curry someone else has made. Very tasty.

Order came with the wrong rice, called up and they did eventually send the correct rice. The chicken in the butter chicken curry was dry and tough!! The onion bahjis were super greasy and soggy!! Popadoms were alright

Last Friday we ordered and very much enjoyed a whole chicken Tandoori with pilau rice, allou gobi, nan bread etc. This was only possible because the GOOD people at Karims helped my wife home after she had a fall nearby. All credit to Karims, they are an asset to our neighborhood. As always superb food ,superb service and excellent value for money.

Used them twice now after a leaflet drop off. Hot tasty food, great selection and I downloaded the app and love that I can tweet my favourite creamy curry to be however hot I want it. Portion size a little on the small size but I couldn't fault the taste.Got to try the coconut rice with a vinaloo hot xacutt, lovely. Definately my go to curry house now.

After receiving a menu through the door we decided to give Karims a try, sadly we didn't look at reviews beforehand as it's unlikely we would've bothered. The chicken was tough and overcooked, the bhajis stale and largely tasteless and generally the meal was pretty disappointing. I think we will stick with Baburchi in future!

cold food, flavourless greasy rice with lamb thrown in. vegetable curry was stone cold with 80% mushrooms. soggy poppadoms. last meal I had from here was 10/10 this was enough for me to never come back. sorry guys.

Ordered from karims for the first time as I had a leaflet dropped through my door. I live in Gosport so thought I would call and ask as there situated in fareham road which is about 20 mins up the road. My son had korma and pilau rice which was so lovely and creamy with a gentle hint of coconut so wasn’t to sickly. I had prawn shashlick with mushroom rice , so tasty, prawns cooked and marinated to perfection and chunky vegetable that had a slight char on them. I had forgot to order mint sauce so they were so lovely and gave us mint sauce , poppadoms and Bombay potatoes for free. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awful , chicken tikka masala, pieces of tough chicken in a sweet sauce, chicken biryani rice didn't seem fresh and not nice

Onion bhaji were hard and couldn’t eat them, the rest was fine

The food was nice and has generally been fine whenever we've ordered from here however our order was placed just after 17:30 for a 20:30 delivery time and it didn't arrive until 20:50 which I just wouldn't expect, disappointing.

Don’t appreciate driver looking through all windows banging then without door being knocked or a phone call - we have dogs that bark and more than enough people 4 adults minimum + 5 kids listening out… intrusive at the least.

I ordered from Karims for the first time in about a year last week and the quality of food has gone down hill massively. I ordered a different curry again today and it was equally as terrible. Was watery bland and tasted like a tin of chopped tomato’s. The mango chutney has also been mixed with ketchup for some strange reason. Absolutely vile.

I've ordered from here a lot of times before and it's been great. Today I thought I would try the lamb in a madras. I have never in my life eaten lamb so chewy and hard. My teeth hurt after trying to eat it. I am completely disappointed and it ruined my meal. I'm writing this hours later and my teeth still hurt from attempting to eat the lamb.

Karims is our go to for an Indian takeaway. The Karims special is so good, highly recommend the onion rice. On time, piping hot and delicious. Thank you!

You can tell it’s a Saturday night and they’ve got a lot of customers- the sauce was watered down, obviously to make it stretch further.

Food was really blant. Had a worst experience with the food when we were really hungry. Matar paneer was very sweet. Very upset. We will never order from there anymore.

Used to be so good when it first opened... Watered down korma, tasteless chicken and soggy, undercooked naan. Won't be back until the standards improve.

I used to love this takeaway and it would always please but for the last couple of years it really has gone downhill. The sauce base is basically cream and zero seasoning. I love a curry with coconut, almond as a good base and when you spend nearly £35 for 3 curries they ended up tasting exactly the same but with a different colour and I ended up adding salt just to put something into it. This wasn’t a one off this was the third chance I have to a takeaway that was my go to place. This was the last chance and now I’ll happily use sea of spice fareham which has amazing flavours.

Not king prawn madras, medium prawn and heat, watery not much flavour

We use this takeaway loads and they can never find our home. Our food arrived really cold and had to re heat which ruined the experience. Time before some of the order was missing. Sorry, although the food is normally nice there seems to be a problem with our order on many occasions. Not playing takeaway roulette any more.

Used to go regularly and like others have experienced it has progressively got worse to the extent that I feel like asking for a refund as half went in the bin!
