Subway in East Hertfordshire

The delivery driver let my dog out, leaving the gate wide open and stepping around him instead of closing the gate when he heard me calling for the dog. He then ignored the dog running out and just stood there smiling. When I called the store they said they would call me back, didn’t and then purposefully hung up and turned off their phone. AWFUL customer service

Great experience. Slightly late but they apologise, no problem at all. Happy to order again!

You gave us the wrong fillings for the BMT. My partner cannot have mayonnaise. He ordered a bmt with barbecue sauce, lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn. You gave him mayo cucumber and olives.

If you deliver hot food, don’t put the cold drinks in the same bag. It makes the food cold and the drinks warm

I received my order very late I order the food at 10:36 and received it at 12:10 I called up the restaurant and they were very rude on the phone telling me it would be 2 minutes however it was another 15 minutes till we received are order. When the food arrived it was very cold and I’m very disappointed in the service and would like to receive a full refund.

Not sure on the ordering system currently in place. Three order machines in action yet staff stand behind the counter waiting for the order to ping through 🤷🏽‍♂️ What’s wrong with speaking to the customers 🤷🏽‍♂️ Clearly a franchise owned by an Indian family. Clean and tidy, plenty of seating. Food was good and as expected. Would revisit. 3⭐️

Giving this a 3 star review as the Footlong Cheesy Garlic Slice was dry and wasn't soft, it felt like the bread they used was not fresh enough, I ended up asking for a refund for that item. The rest of the food was perfectly fine as always.

I am a regular customer at subway, there’s always very fast service and I speak often to the friendly severs Numan , ujjal and chaitanya.

Ordered it at 11:45 approx, it didn’t arrive until over an hour later for a 6 inch sub and hash browns. I had to pop out and leave with someone until I came back. Quality was good, just the delivery time was poor.

My sandwich came with olives and I am allergic
