Three order machines in action yet staff stand behind the counter waiting for the order to ping through 🤷🏽‍♂️ What’s wrong with speaking to the customers 🤷🏽‍♂️ Clearly a franchise owned by an Indian family. Clean and tidy, plenty of seating. Food was good and as expected. Would revisit. 3⭐️

Giving this a 3 star review as the Footlong Cheesy Garlic Slice was dry and wasn't soft, it felt like the bread they used was not fresh enough, I ended up asking for a refund for that item. The rest of the food was perfectly fine as always.

Order was fine, but delivery was over 30 minutes late. When I queried where my order was I was given a new estimated delivery time, making it 45 mins later than expected.

I am a regular customer at subway, there’s always very fast service and I speak often to the friendly severs Numan , ujjal and chaitanya.

Ordered it at 11:45 approx, it didn’t arrive until over an hour later for a 6 inch sub and hash browns. I had to pop out and leave with someone until I came back. Quality was good, just the delivery time was poor.

My sandwich came with olives and I am allergic

The computer screen ordering has made the process difficult, the software clearly needs tweaking. I'm concerned this is just another business using automation to decrease costs whilst degrading the customer experience. The person in the shop was extremely helpful, but I want to talk to, and see a real person.

Screens have to go just mad being told I have to order on a screen for the person to wait then make it when you could just tell them what I want.

The Subway in Ware has introduced three standing computers for orders, resembling McDonald's. While the staff is friendly and helpful, the recent changes make it difficult to observe the quantity of food added to your sandwich. I ordered a meatball marinara with a 6-inch hearty bread including lettuce, sweetcorn, and garlic sauce. However, upon receiving the order, I was absolutely stunned. The portion was noticeably smaller, and the sandwich looked unappealing. When I mentioned this to the staff, they insisted it was the usual practice. I paid nearly £9 for the meal deal and wasn't satisfied. I requested more marinara sauce, but even with the addition, the sandwich remained unappealing. This experience leaves me extremely disappointed, and it seems Subway is reducing portions while increasing prices, which feels like pure greed. The Subway just lost a customer, and I believe they will lose more.

Hanish and Ujjawal were great we are from the states and they came over and helped us with the kiosk to order and were very attentive with us great experience better than the states

Hello, I would like to speak to someone regarding an order I made to Subway, Ware. When ordering on the Just Eat website, it was stated that delivery would be 20 - 30 minutes. After waiting an hour for my order, I was contacted by the store to say it would be another 30 minutes. After nearly 2 hours after ordering, an hour and a half late, my food finally arrived. However, I have never been more dissatisfied with an order that I was today. The food was stone cold, squashed and overall disgusting. I am a frequent customer of this Subway branch and have always been satisfied with my service, but this specific order was very disappointing. I would like somebody to get back to me to provide me with a refund for my order please. Many thanks.
