Absolutely, lovely place. Fast service and great food every time. Fast service even at lunch time. Friendly staff

I possibly just had my worst delivery experience ever from Street Guys, which is a shame because back in the day these guys were my go to for a work lunch, anyway, I ordered for delivery today and patiently waited for my food to arrive, after nearly 2 hours my food was finally on its way but then my delivery driver was sat in the same spot for another 27 minutes, food ended up arriving pretty much 3 hours after I’d initially ordered it and for reasons you could imagine, it arrived completely cold, tried warming it up but the fries were past saving and because the burgers were covered in sauce and salad everything just turned to mush when attempting to reheat, I also asked for my burger to be be non spicy and it was incredibly spicy? absolute abysmal entirely, only saving grace was the fact the delivery driver was incredibly apologetic, when quite frankly it wasn’t even the poor lads fault, he even gave me my money back in cash, he doesn’t even work for Street Guys and just lost out on a payment and still out of the kindness of his heart payed me back as he felt so guilty, Street Guys you are an utter disgrace and I don’t think you deserve the customers that pay you their hard earned cash, should be ashamed of yourselves, so many better burger places in Manchester that put care and love into what they do, you guys clearly don’t care, I can understand food running a little late, especially on a Saturday, but 3 hours? yeah no. 0/10 would never order again.

AVOID. Really rude staff! The spoke to me terribly when I asked him if they serve grilled chicken (as shown in the pictures online). There’s no need to speak to customers like this. The place is very dirty as well, so better spend your money elsewhere

Went in on a rainy Monday in Manchester, loads of people in, no free seats but I was getting takeaway so no worries! Got the street burger meal and some peri peri wings. Both were delicious and would definitely recommend, very reasonable and really great flavours!

One of the best burger takeway places in Manchester. Everything is reasonably priced and good food. There is not a lot of space if u want to eat there so food will get cold by the time u get home or the place ur gonna eat.

If your willing to wait 3 week for your order to arrive I would highly recommend ordering local. These guys don’t even have a phone to query your order. Whilst your reading this I’m still waiting.

The best takeaway I’ve been to hands down. The meat is seasoned and sauced to perfection, not to mention so juicy and tender. Their chips had a lovely seasoning on them and were so perfect! And the milkshakes are truly out of this world. The service was absolutely wonderful as well, super friendly and happy people, they gave us everything we needed including a bunch of delicious sauces! The cherry on top is their spicy options actually pack a punch, perfect for spice enjoyers. :^)

“I recently visited Street Guys Burgers on Deansgate in Manchester, excited to enjoy a Triple Smash Burger and Peri Peri Chicken Burger. Unfortunately, my experience fell short due to poor service and food quality. After ordering, I waited over 15 minutes while watching my burger sit on the side. I saw the staff in the kitchen leave my burger there, and even when the lady at the counter noticed it, she prioritized another customer instead of bringing my order. I had to remind her to give me my food, which was frustrating. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay, and her attitude made the experience feel even more disappointing. To make matters worse, the Peri Peri Chicken Burger, which is usually grilled and flavorful, was completely different this time. It was greasy, overly oily, and just didn’t taste right. I was starving, so I ate it, but I have to say it was far below the quality I’ve come to expect. I understand the place was busy, but these issues—especially the poor service and food quality—are difficult to overlook. I was hoping for a relaxing meal, but instead, I ended up stressed and disappointed. Based on this experience, I’d have to give the place a zero-star rating if I could. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as these issues could definitely be improved to give customers a better experience

Used to love this place but I have just ordered for the first time in a year and I can't believe they managed to get every single order instruction wrong. If someone asks for no cheese or sauce then LISTEN because in most cases it's unfortunately down to allergies. Should hopefully get a refund because the entire order other than the chips are now inedible.

Pretty busy, especially around lunch hour. Ordered a burger, chicken wings and fries. The burger was a bit bland. The wings were alright. The fries were not as crispy as I wanted. On the upside, everything cost me less than £10. Soooo 🤷🏾‍♀️

It doesn't look much but the smashed burger and chicken burger I had from here was delicious.

Unfortunately, the cook is not wearing gloves or a head covering, and the food is terribly fatty.

My chicken strips tasted nice… Until I found one of the cook’s hair at the bottom of the tray! I knew this would happen eventually - none of the staff wears hats, let alone a hair net. While I never had issues with how actual food tastes here, I’m not playing with hygiene.

They don't give you two for one .chips stone cold .took ages to arrive. Terrible

Before visiting the first time I was told the staff are very rude, but still I visited made a conscious effort and had a nice experience. I then went again today just for something small. The store was empty but two men came in behind me. (Multiple staff members stood there doing nothing so they were aware that I came in first). I was then totally disregarded and the women went to serve one of the men first, I waited to see if they’d finally acknowledge that I’d arrived first but no- they carried on, looked passed me and served the second guy. As soon as they did that I walked out and went somewhere else. Very disappointing and definitely won’t be returning!

This is hands down the best burger I’ve ever had . I love Archie’s Burgerism Shake shack , gormet burger and Byron’s . I make my own luxury burgers but this place is the best ! Had the chicken and it blew my mind , then the double beef with bacon . I knew chicken would be a hard one to follow but I can’t say for sure which was best ! Someone has gone to a lot of trouble to build these in a way that will blow your mind ! Best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world 10 stars not 5 well done !

Fantastic hidden gem tucked away on a backstreet off Deansgate. Smash burger and fries were absolutely delicious, full of flavour. Really good price for the city centre. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

The burgers were chewy snd raw, hard to eat, fries were flavourless and ive been throwing up since this morning because of the raw burger. Will come in the shop and complain, and i better get a refund because no way im paying 7£ for a raw burger that gave me food poisoning. Save you money and your tummies

Excellent burger option in Manchester. The wraps are good but they are more than average. The place does not stand out for its attention or cleanliness. Eating locally is not an option.

Off to the side in an unsuspecting alleyway, food was bang on and couldn't believe how good the price was for what you get. Girlfriend had some kind of chicken wrap and she can be fussy but she thoroughly enjoyed it. Not in Manchester often but when I am I'll be sure to grab something to eat here in the future.

Really good smash burger, fries really good and great value for money especially with it being in Manchester City centre. Was very busy at lunch time and still received food quickly. Only a small shop with about 3 tables inside if you’re lucky enough to get one. Will be going back next time I’m working nearby

great food but ordered at 11:15 for collection at 12:40 to arrive and still have to wait another half an hour for our food to come. would be a higher rating if I didn't have to wait for food i ordered over an hour before arrival. other than that the food when at finally came was great.

This place is exactly what they mean when they say hidden gem. It's in a back street but the food is amazing. The prices are on the lower side for Manchester which is great. The wraps, burgers and fries were great plus the milkshakes are decent. For me the Nashville wrap was the best wrap I've ever had. Also the lotus biscoff shake was great. Interior isn't large, it's better suited for takeaway. Staff were very friendly to customers.

Absolutely delicious burgers! I like my burger moist and this place definitely make some of the moistest burgers Ive had! There doner fries is good too! The restaurant mostly do takeaway and delivery i guess, there are very limited seats in the restaurant. And I find out that it is cheaper to order in their restaurant directly instead of ordering online for pickup in advance, so do mark that down!

Service is excellent. Portions are good size and food was served quickly. Lovely food. We ate in with 3 kids and had no issues. Jazakallah and may Allah increase barakat in your business

Hidden gem a friend took me to and I wasn’t disappointed. Matched any other top smash burger I’ve had in Manchester. Quick service, very cheap and the donner with smash burger tasted great. Chips are crunchy and seasoned well.

It was an Ubereats Takeaway. The burger tasted burnt and greased mostly. I felt like I was eating oil. Personally, I wouldn't say I liked it. Not my favourite burger. The packaging and aesthetics are decent, and it was still relatively warm when it got delivered to me

Oh my god. What a hidden gem this is!! The cheeseburger was AMAZING. I've never had such a good takeaway burger like it before, fresh homemade burgers by the looks of it. The chips were amazing and their own signature red salt is great too! Worth £8 for the meal. Thanks guys, keep up the amazing cooking!
