A lovely place with great views and friendly staff. We have come here several times and each one has been great. The food was nice and served hot both indoors and outside too. It is never very busy and service is always on time and not too long.

Family outing with our well behaved dogs We where not welcomed at all We spoke to manager/owner who’s attitude was not only aggressive but down right rude in front of my 2 young granddaughters We immediately left ever to ever return again We went a little further down the road to a lovely place called “Flissys”

This cafe has seriously declined. It’s in a good location but is in a poor condition and could be so much better with some investment. The table inside the cafe was sticky and the staff were disinterested. Although the coffee was ok the scones we ordered were pretty tasteless and definitely stale. We won’t be going again.

What a shame, fantastic location with lovely views but the service was non existent. Waited and waited to have our drinks order taken, which didn’t arrive until a whopping 35 minutes later. One of the drinks was incorrect so we asked for a replacement, couldn’t believe it when the waitress said to her colleague do error at your own pace. I can only imagine that meant don’t bother it couldn’t get any slower. When the replacement drink came it was undrinkable and once again not correct. The food arrived and it was lovely. However we won’t be back until the service is completely overhauled. Such a shame as one table left complaining about lack of service and another had waited an hour without any order being taken.

We found this little gem as we walked along the street. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had very nice staff. we both had a light lunch which was very good and the coffee excellent - piping hot and just as we like it. It is also dog friendly and had a corner with plenty of things to amuse the children. We really enjoyed our visit,

Mysterious, Quirky, Intriguing and most certainly very original and different. Whilst the Fort Perch Rock as a fort is closed to the public, the Cafe Eatery inside and open air and along the ramp is open and worth trying out. The Cafe is atmospherically dark like the bowels of a ship but quite an experience and the food menu is very reasonable. Be brave ..... and visit .... just for an experience.

I ordered a kebab waited a hour for a donner kebab to be delivered what I'm not really bothered about but the quality of the kebab was horrendous there wasn't a single piece of soft meat on it every piece was hard and crispy. There was actually a burnt black rock hard piece of meat. Needles to say the kebab went in the bin

Used to go here a lot and the last two time we have been they now fill the salad boxes half full when you are paying just under £4. I also pay extra for pasta and you get around 6 pieces. Won’t be going back anymore as it’s not worth the money, when there are other places so close by.
