Went in for lunch with my mum and son. We ordered pizza and toasties. The food was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They even wrapped up the food we couldn't eat to take home. Will definitely go again, great value for money.

Clean , Covid safe , friendly , with excellent food and fast efficient service . What more can you ask for ? This cafe is a credit to it's staff and management . Great to have vegan options on the menu . ( The management at Morrisons cafe , next to Kings Mill Hospital , should come here for training ! )

Always come to this gem of a café, the staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. First class service every time. There's a great variety of food including vegetarian and vegan options. I personally love the home made cottage pie, delicious. Those with a sweet tooth wont be disappointed either, the cakes, including home made ones are fantastic. Oh nearly forgot dogs are welcome and there's even a doggy menu

Came Sat lunch time and had the cheese and ham toasties. When it came it looked and tasted fantastic. Fresh bread, thick cut gammon ham and plenty of cheese. Beautiful food came with salad and coleslaw. Lovely staff too. Well worth a visit.

Today (28/11/20)my family and I visited the lovely refurbished cafe and I must say, it was spectacular! We walked in and were greeted by a lovely young lady, I think I caught her name as mia (brunette girl with lovely eyes). The cafe is set out with a one way system and is perfect for the COVID situation. Felt so safe and this is thanks to the staff. The young lady (mia) served us and made our drinks and I cannot say a single bad word about her! She simply couldn’t do enough for us, made us feel so welcome; from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left! She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we wanted/needed. Even though she had a mask on (due to COVID) you could tell she was smiling the whole time! Such a lovely young lady and such a credit to the staff at mill waters! She should be so proud of herself. Her customer service was 10/10. Made our visit to the reservoir worth while. Will definitely be visiting again! Coffee’s & hot chocolates were delightful. Made my day. Well done mill waters and especially mia, hopefully see you soon! X

The newly refurbished cafe has opened today The new decor is fantastic ! The coffee is even better than before with new ground coffee machine and the cheese scones are as good as ever ! We wish Trish and Lisa all the best in the future and know they will get the support they deserve The rebranding includes a new name “Mill Waters “ and the all glass frontage allows lovely views of the reservoir Don’t miss out if you visit Kings Mill reservoir and call for a cuppa , breakfast or lunch You won’t regret it

A lovely little cafe in a lovely place, such lovely staff. Great place to meet up with other dog owners, water bowls and sausages are available for pooch too! Do drop in if you're visiting the res, you won't be disappointed!!!

We have been visiting this cafe for several years now and are never disappointed From the welcoming smile from Trish and Lisa upon arrival to the freshly baked cakes and hot food available everything is superb This is a dog friendly cafe and is a haven for dog walkers including freshly cooked doggie breakfasts! Open throughout the year from 8.30 in the morning this is a reliable place to get a freshly brewed coffee My regular meal is a Cappuchino and warm cheese scone first thing in the morning It is delicious Highly recommended if you are in the area

I must say how fabulous this cafe is! Amazing food and drinks, home made cakes and snacks! Staff so friendly and caring always happy to be working. Will 100% be visiting again! And girls, keep the singing up! X

Love a walk around the reservoir with my dog, then a cup off coffee and some home made delicious cake, prices are very reasonable, love sitting outside admiring the elegant swans, always someone friendly to have a chat with, including the staff, who are also elegant...haha.

Great cafe to take your dog to on a walk around the reservoir. Very friendly , great prices and our bulldog Ronnie loves it. Gets a cold sausage every time Nothing not to like !

We just nipped in while on a bike ride around the reservoir and bought 2 pre packaged flapjacks and a can of vimto which came to £7.45!!! In my opinion this is far too expensive and they should probably review the prices.

Great place to take the kids after a walk round feeding the ducks. The cheese scones are to die for, in fact I've even just gone to get a few to take home 😋

This is a great place to visit when walking around the reservoir. The staff are very friendly and the food and drinks are reasonably priced and very nice. The cafe is dog friendly which is a bonus.

Staff great, food lovely,cup of tea just right, plenty of seating and water provided for your dog.always busy.had cheese scone with loads of butter and realy enjoyed.Mum a bit funny where she eats but as always loved it here.

Brill dog friendly cafe, have a stroll around Sutton Reservoir and then a cuppa and an old fashioned home made chip cob. Yum Staff always greet you with a smile. And the home made cakes are to die for

Love this place homemade cakes especially the scones are delicious recommend the chip butty too good old fashioned fried chips.

We found this lovely café after a walk around the KIngs Mill Reservoir and were served by a very pleasant lady and sat down outside in the sun to enjoy a pot of tea and a scone. Both were very good. There are seats inside as well as some outside. Good value too!

Stopped off at the Kings Mill reservoir as we spotted the signs as we were driving past. We were surprised to find this great cafe with indoor and outdoor seating close to the reservoir itself. We decided to have a break and had tea for two and a scone each which must have been homemade and really good. The lady serving was very pleasant and friendly. What a great find and we will be back again next time we are passing..
