A very pleasant restaurant, fresh decor and variety of seating areas. The warm toasted ciabatta of roasted vegetables and goats cheese was fresh and extremely tasty. The ciabatta was served with a small side salad of green leaves . The staff efficient and friendly, a relaxing atmosphere for lunch.

Great place for lunch. The service was good, very pleasant staff , good ambience. We could not fault the hot ciabatta rolls, especially the roasted vegetable ,goat cheese, and pesto, not to mention a bowl of fat chips!! Very nice to eat in a hotel instead of the usual pub environment. Good value for money.

We had a wonderful dinner here. It was a bit confusing at first as all the rooms were named rather than showing their purpose and there were no menus out or obviously laid tables. Once we were seated and shown menus the service was quick and friendly and there was a decent variety of options. Food was very good and well presented. Decent value too.

A lovely town centre popular venue, hotel & restaurant. Having arrived after previously booked, we were shown to our table after a short wait at the reception front door. We were sat at our table, handed menus and left to view them. After a few minutes the waitress asked for our drinks, which arrived again in a short while. One of our family is gluten intolerant, however there was no mention of dietary needs on the menus. We decided on our meals, and when the waitress asked for our choices, we asked if the gravy was gluten free with the pork belly slices. The waitress didn't know, and so said she would ask. Time past, and so we asked again, she apologies and asks again, however upon her return says the gravy is not gluten free. So instead cancelled the pork belly and chose ham egg and chips. After around 10 minutes, the two meals arived, pork belly and ham egg and chips. They had cancelled another guests meal instead of the pork belly. It wasn't long before it got sorted out, a few minutes, but all of this could've been prevented with just a few simple changes.. Put something on the menus. Train the staff to know the menus. Use gluten free gravy, it will make much more of your menu available to many more customers. All in all, the staff were friendly, and attentive, but the experiences were unnecessary, and the food was fair to middling, not bad, but not very good. We will return later in the year, hopefully to witness some improvements.

Brilliant Value for Money with the Superior King Rooms!!! The comfiest bed and super clean, staff are really friendly and welcoming. The location is brilliant for bouncing around between areas like Bourton on the water, Bilbury, Castle Comb and Bath. Lovely hotel!

Excellent food, service& drinks! Would highly recommend if you are in the Calne area, A la carte menu for the more adventurous or a lounge menu for those who enjoy more classic pub food.

The Bradley Hare is an elegant enterprise but tends to cater for diners and private parties rather than dog walkers looking for a pint and a sandwich; indeed the lunchtime snack menu is almost non existent. On occasions the bar closes completely to facilitate private functions. In short, the Bradley Hare is perhaps more of a "restaurant with rooms" rather than a traditional hostelry.

Stopped on a trip from Cinderford to Romsey , have driven past many times but never had time to stop, husband and son had ‘small ‘ breakfast and I had toast and jam, the breakfast was a great size, quickly served and tasted great, really good value for money . Toilets and rest of premises are really clean and can’t wait to visit again

Popped into here on a recommendation while cycling. Lovely hidden spot with great cakes and coffee. Bike friendly with lots of bike parking, pumps and spare tubes. Would definitely recommend a stop here!

Ok so Lynne and I are back at The New Inn with friends having yet another superb meal. We have now eaten here a few times and I feel I should commend the staff and the chef ( who we found out his name was Ronnie ) very nice touch when he comes out of the kitchen personally to ask if everything is ok. Once again superb service and our friends also commented on how lovely this superb pub/restaurant is. Even when we pop in for a snack Pizza that is just superb. Well done all at The New Inn. we certainly will be back and so will our friends. You guys deserve to do well as you always go the extra mile. Thank you, so refreshing in this day and age . We will be booking for a meal again l this Saturday night with some more friends. all the very best Ian & Lynne
