Old a large meat and chip turn up late Cold and soggy half cooked chips and the meat is like frozen doner meat in a bag will never order from there again

Usually really like the food here but today just didn’t seem fresh, meat seemed to be cold or reheated and the salad didn’t taste fresh as usual. Very disappointed

So very strange. The food was okay, but the most basic easiest thing, chips, was underdone. Floppy. Not good at all. And we specifically asked for well done.

app showed food delivered within the estimated time. had to call twice to ask where food was, 25 minutes late and it's pretty much stone cold. sad because the chicken tastes nice, but all so cold the rest is inedible. asked for sauce selection and none delivered

Wasn’t over impressed with the delivery food, have always said this place was the best around especially the chilli sauce. There was no red cabbage on the order which is my favourite. The chilli sauce seemed a bit pale… onions not chopped properly, maybe they have changed hands or delivery not quite the same as collection?

Very closed... Despite being within opening hours.BAlso accepting online orders, despite being closed.

Food was very greasy any food wasn’t hot so had to re heat it

Food arrived late. Kebabs arrived stone cold. Had to warm food up. Also order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. Called and was told driver had left. Still took over 10 minutes to arrive. Very poor services.

Had wraps - the bread was wet. Not much meat and was full off way too much onion and not much other salad.

Utterly gutted that Stone Kebabs no longer deliver to my house. No idea whether they have changed their delivery area or Just Eat have "improved" the settings, but my favourite kebab shop is apparently no longer an option.

I wouldn't feed the kebab meat to my dog, honest opinion. saved by the QP and the homous. should be ashamed. take it back.

Food (the meat and chips) was stone cold. Salad poor; no cucumber, hardly any lettuce, only two slivers of tomato.

Very disappointed. Ordered 1/4 pounder with donner meat £7 received a normal 1/4 pounder £4.90 and to top it off the chips were stone cold. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.

The site says it arrived at 2210. It did not and was at least 20 mins later. Also it was cold and soggy when it arrived.

Awful. Small chicken kebab was literally pitta and 2 peices of chicken and literally a whole salad and onion. Looked like a childs meal. Asked for green peppers and got one small one. So poor

Good is absolutely awful don’t waste your money as they don’t offer anything back not even to replace the shocking food they think is edible you get passed around speaking to 4 people when you call as no one can make a decision the place is an absolute joke

Food is awful just had 6 phone calls with the shop and they said you need to refund me they can’t do it or replace the food that I’ve had to just throw away

Ordered a large doner and chips received soggy burnt chips and hardly no salad with cold disgusting meat called the shop who refused to replace or refund and they even delivered themselves they don’t even use just eat drivers so you are paying delivery for nothing as they offer free delivery will never use again terrible customer service waste of money. Sent them the photos and they said it was fine!

Food was ace as always but despite adding note to order we'd be there at 6pm, it was ready earlier. It's not a big gripe but it is a little irritating when you say 6 in the app. And 6 in the notes but it's ready 548. First world problems. FOOD WAS LOVELY.

I ordered a large pizza BBQ base. They made with normal sauce (not enough) & very dry. Got home & kids already started to eat. As soon as we realised informed them, but the response was really unexpected. No substitute pizza offered even though they accepted their own fault. This isn’t fair to any customer when they say they will only exchange if the pizza untouched. I also mentioned I will bring the pizza whatever left-over (half) but they refused. So I’m not happy at all. At least they could offer a small or medium pizza & take the mistaken pizza for Re-Sell !!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional!!! Very disappointed !!!!!!!!

Food was not of good quality. Kofte kebab was dry and seemed like it was reheated. Same for the Donner and Shish.

Never had an issue before until yesterday. Was 20 mins late. Called to check where it was to be told the classic it's just left and had an excuse of heavy traffic at 9:30pm at night. Quick Google maps reveals no traffic at all. Will order again though just hope we have less BS next time.

Usually best kebab hands down but last night it arrived as per the estimated time of arrival but it was an 1hr 40 mins from ordering which is not usually the case. The chicken kebab was lovely.

Arrived late despite them having over an hour to deliver a kebab only a few miles. It was disgusting when it arrived the kebab meat was cold and rancid, the chilli sauce watery and flavourless. Gave me rotten guts for 2 days after attempting eating it. Ive had some bad kebabs in my time, but I can honestly say this was the worst kebab I’ve ever had.

Food turned up cold and 45 mins after the order was meant to, restaurant don’t answer the phone when calling. Avoid at all costs

Missing item, when I called they tried to say well it was there when we packed it.. then said they would send out but they are really busy then put the phone down with no bye. Real shame as usually very happy :(

Got the beef burger and chicken burger and the buns came so soggy it was inedible, completely wet bun, fell apart in your hands.

Chilli sauce is watery and just a bit of spice, no depth and it was almost clear. Chips were nicely done, 1/2 pounder burger with cheese was hot and nice, onion rings overdone and too dark with a burnt taste.
