Going down hill this place chicken balls under cooked vegetables spring rolls tasted like they been left out for a long time strange taste crispy chili beef more like soggy plain nik naks terrible the whole thing tasted like it’s been reheating if I’m going to pay £50 for decent amount of Chinese I expect high quality food disappointed avoid at all costs

I am writing this to show my pure disappointment with my experience with your branch. I ordered an through Uber eats on the 24th 12 2024, an order for my family placed at just 7pm, not too big of an order, I was patient waiting 40 mins past the delivery time and requesting updates through the app, until I called the branch, a lady stated my order was in the oven, 2 hours after I placed my order and stated another 1 hour wait for it to be delivered or 30 mins if I collect myself ( I payed for postage through the app however my family was growing impatient due to the lack of communication and help given from your team). So I had to walk to the shop to collect. I left to the store getting there 40 minutes after the phone call expecting my food to be ready as promised, to get there and have another 10 minutes wait, seeing other customers in collecting there orders and leaving, after waiting feeling as if I was the least of there worries after waiting for 2 and a half hours already went up to the desk and explained again when am I going to get my food. The staff in looked around for my order for a good amount of time to then explain that my order had already been collected by another customer despite me showing my name address and Uber app showing the so called delivery time which is non existent. Fuming I had to bite my tongue as I’ve had multiple calls from family waiting for me and the food at home, a worker there called the previous customer and explained he had my food, 10 mins later the customer that took my food which wasn’t his fault returned with my order offering to give it back to the restaurant, another employee said for him to keep the food as well as have the food he ordered, at this point I’ve had enough with the establishment. Feeling like some sort of joke sitting and waiting for my order. Finally receiving my food and then having to travel back even though I payed for postage with no compensation at all, no return, nothing complimentary to show that they apologise and an Uber app with a driver still looking to do a delivery so I couldn’t even flag it through them. I called the store 15 more times to see if they can resolve the issue that they created and so I couldn’t even flag close the delivery so I could make a complaint through uber, the first 14 went to a line that had been closed off and the 15th went through to the same lady who answered the first time saying to just leave the app. It’s safe to say me and my family will never be coming here again an absolute joke.

Thought we would try them again, avoid ordered and came and hour early, then with an order or chow mein no bean shoots it seems they went out of their way to pour as much in as possible. I would advise using 128 station road in crayford. Much better Food took over half an hour to arrive after leaving so was lukewarm, the order was wrong, the duck was basically bones and a bit of skin, order was wrong and when we phoned they said because its an online order they couldn't do anything to sort it out, this was the second time because the rude woman on the other end of the phone hung up so we had to call back.

Not good. chop suey was watery, sloppy and pink colour crispy shredded beef rock hard, no taste chicken balls ok sweet and sour sauce just tasted of sugar bbq sauce like tasteless gravy also had to pay for delivery

Walked in to get food, empty waiting room and and the place was stinking of stale cigarette smoke. As I went closer to the counter to check the menu the smell became stronger and It was obvious that the woman behind the counter was smoking. Absolutely disgusting. I then left and went along to Yaya’s and got food there

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered food from them through just eat this evening. Never will I make that mistake again. I will never order from them again. I ordered 3 special fried rice with my order. Instead, they sent 3 rice with mixed meat and vegetables is some kind of sauce. And the chicken satay came drenched in satay sauce including it’s skewer instead of dry with satay sauce pin a pot. They have now ruined my evening and I am going to bed hungry. Utter deplorable. This is the second time they send me the wrong thing as well.

The salt and pepper king prawns made me and my friend violently sick. My other friend with mild prawn allergy found prawns in her beef fried rice dish and her beef chow mein. We were very disappointed and we would NOT recommend.

Food is OK, they have the worst delivery service, they refuse to come upstairs to deliver the food, I've told them multiple times that the parking downstairs is free yet they are just very lazy and keep asking me to come downstairs or they will not deliver my food

I ordered fried mushrooms and roast duck 1/4, the mushrooms was full of oil, hard to swallow, and duck was fake, they just fried and use leftover made it, you better not order from here

Ordered through Uber Eats, waited an hour and a half and when tried to contact, phone either engaged or rang off. Had to order from elsewhere after 2hrs of waiting and chasing

The food here is tasty, good value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I ordered from Blue Sky. They said it would be 60 mins, which I was happy with, but it came really quickly in 30 minutes. The driver even returned with the can of lemonade he forgot to give me. Excellent service and the food was top notch and hot. I would definitely recommend.

I've eaten from here before and the chinese is Amazing but the last 2 times they have advised 1hr 30mins delivery which you can take but when you call to ask where your order is.... it's still at least 30mins so over 2 hours not once but twice absolutely poor. The best thing for them to do is stop taking orders at a certain point to fulfill the orders they have already taken. I wont be using these again such poor Customer service

I love the Chinese food here because it is authentic and of high quality. The guys are super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Deliveries are fast and fuss free. They also take hygiene very seriously, as seen when I ordered for collection.

First time ordering from here and was very impressed. Food arrived on time and delivery driver was friendly . Food was hot & could tell it was freshly cooked & sent ... not been sitting around. Slightly pricier that our usual but worth it for better food. Will definitely order from here again 😀

I had pork friend rice, curry sauce and vegetable spring rolls. Was delicious. Reception staff are nice and friendly. Order was very quick. There is comfortable seating with a TV to watch while you wait. Very pleased to order from there.

Food turned up after 90 mins cold when i phoned them they lied to me to say came out straight from the kitchen even though i phoned them 20 mins earlier and they told me they was waiting for a driver wont use these again

Wouldn't even give it 1 star but had to in order to share my review. The worst Chinese I've ever had. Dry, over cooked and full of grease. Chips look like they had been over cooked but hard like they hadn't been. Chicken balls, batter over cooked and full of grease and chicken chow mein dry, doesn't even help in smothering it in sauce as that don't even taste like what it's meant to, curry sauce way to runny and sweet..

This is our favourite & best local Chinese takeaway. However, we had a meal delivered last night & it was not up to their usual standard. The chips were overcooked, dry & inedible! The chicken in the chicken balls was dry & the special fried rice was very bland. Hope it was just a blip as they usually provide excellent food.

Great Chinese takeaway, that I have now been using for over 25 years, food is consistently good, delivery is prompt, highly recommended if you are looking for a good Chinese.

I have used many Chinese takeaways in Dartford. Many times I have awoken with a head ache. Found out it’s MSG food flavouring. Tried Bluesky, no headache and predominately good quality food. 5 star for area.

Absolutely disgusting was 20 minutes late food was cold very bland chicken balls had grease dripping when I picked them up duck was cold an over cooked chicken chow mein had no flavour. Don't know how anyone would eat from here or would rate it.

I ordered this thinking it would be lovely due to reviews when it arrived the chicken from the chicken rice was mushy and the chicken inside the chicken balls was a black colour (I hope this wasn't DOG) Ordered this as at work until 12am I will not be ordering again
