Shame it doesn't offer blue light card discount. Toilets were disgusting. Not in a hurry to go back.

Great local coffee shop. Staff are always welcoming and get to know the customers. Like others have said can get busy but more an indication of the quality service you get. There are two other machine options in longfield but this is the place to go. Keep up the good work A****

Very friendly staff. Very tidy costa.

I want to support my local..but .. it took way longer than it should to make 2 cappuccinos to drink in. It was hardly what you would call busy. The first attempt at a toasted tea cake was burnt. They brought the replacement to the table but with no butter or a knife ... maybe just two people serving was short-staffed but there were too many own goals. The staff were very pleasant.

Great Costa and a bustling community feel. Air con was too cold especially given the weather but it was efficient service and good feel.

Always great service, friendly staff. Can get busy at times but the staff always handle the queue well. As a regular, they take the time to learn your order and preferences. I have seen this to be the case for other customers to. By far always has been the best branch with the best made costa drinks I have been to

Visited the Longfield Costa on two occasions. Both times they couldn’t get the order correct. On my last visit the staff member didn’t remember any of my answers, didn’t know what a mocha was or even how to look it up despite instructions on a wall chart, and then started to make the wrong size! Felt sorry for the young woman who was having to deal with a constant barrage of questions and sort problems whilst doing her own job. Expect better experience at this price point. Will go elsewhere in future.

Overpriced but, it is nice and quiet before local students are let out of school.

This is absolutely disgraceful! What a horrible experience. I walked into the Costa to see crumbs everywhere, not very hygienic. I then began to order 2 lemon muffins to be told they are unable to serve children. We are innocent teenagers trying to eat some delicious muffins. We have always been served here so I do not understand this problem. Thank you.

Excellent service very quick. Nicely hot cup of coffee. Even got two gingerbreads on my gingerbread latte.

Slowest coffee shop on the planet. Only 3 people in the que, yet still waited 10 mins. Better off going to cafe over the road. Much quicker, cheaper, and better coffee

Came in on a Saturday afternoon only a few customers in the store though every single table had cups plates and trays on them that needed clearing away had to ask for a table to be cleaned so I could sit down there was two people working in there neither of them in any hurry to clear the tables, must do better very grubby first impression

Popped in to meet a friend at another local school. Coffee was spot on, and although we were about the last customers of the day the 2 ladies who served us we as friendly as you could hope. Thanks for chatting!
