Stokes To Go in Lincoln

Every morning Oliver greats me with a cheery good morning nothing is too much trouble he is a credit to your company I would thoroughly recommend anyone visiting stokes to go if visiting Lincoln

Oliver makes the best coffees ever!! He is very talkative and can do his job properly and that shows through the quality of the drinks. Sometimes the quality varies depending on who is working in the to go store but when it’s Oliver I know I’m gonna get a bloody good Latte. The younger teen who works there is also very good, not sure of his name but he was very professional too. The sausage rolls are to die for, and they should be like twice the size as what they are now. I’d maybe look at a more variety of toasties? With the small space that there is, probably won’t happen but would be nice. Some of the sweeter goods look good too, but the size of some of the flapjacks compared to their price is quite substantial but I would love to try one. The coffee from stokes though, is so strong it’s actually delicious compared to the C**** store down the road it’s miles better and I would recommend people spend the extra pennies and try it!!

Popped in for a takeaway drink on my lunch break today and was kindly greeted by friendly and talkative staff! Both members of staff were engaged in what they’re doing, told me what was on offer and offered upselling options for my drink. I didn’t purchase any food items but was pleasantly surprised by the range of vegan options available, so will definitely try on another occasion. The store didn’t stand out as part of the Stokes family inside, and there wasn’t the opportunity to purchase Stokes range of products from within the store and there was more emphasis on other brands (like the doughnuts) - which feels like a missed opportunity. Overall a really pleasant visit.

Arthur is an absolute credit to you. Enjoyed our breakfast this morning fabulous as always, we visit Lincoln quite often and always enjoy a coffee and teacake before we do any shopping..
