Amazing food, extremely clean but the staff need training in customer service as it was lacking. I’d replace paper napkins with reusable. All said, visit and enjoy, it’s very much worth it and back to the point the food is absolutely first class

I visited here last night with my grandma before going to the theatre and I cannot fault the experience. The food was incredible we ordered a platter of various bits and it was all beautiful and also very reasonably priced for sushi in London. The service was brilliant with very attentive staff who were all very friendly. Even my nan who is a harsh food critic could not fault it so would definitely recommend

I have been to quite a few of the chain’s restaurants and, like the others, we had a great dining experience. The food is always fresh and delicious, service was good and atmosphere relaxed.

Had such a lovely evening last Saturday. The food was amazing and Fabio our waiter was so lovely and always is! Me and my mother in law have been served by Fabio many times, and have always had a great experience. Fabio is always giving us great recommendations and already knows our order off by heart!! Have been to various sticks and sushi restaurants and actually always liked it. The experience in this branch was different, the waiters were too busy chatting at the counter and completely ignored our table. I had to ask several times to place orders and the waiter had attitude. What a joke, won’t come back.

First time visiting and love the style of the restaurant and the way the food is served, although a bit on the pricey side for sushi lunch. The salmon kebab was just OK and the mushroom lacked flavour but the prawn tempura was different and tasty. They have an extensive menu so would try something different if I went again. Our waiter Rafi was friendly and attentive.

The sushi was good, it tasted pretty fresh. The prices are on the high side. The service is average, we waited a few minutes before someone acknowledged us. We also waited a little while to order. Overall, a decent enough 4 stars.

We know this place from Denmark, so we knew we won't be disappointed. We have arrived very late with a reservation, my kids love sushi and us as well, very nice environment and beautiful service.

Was really disappointed in this restaurant. It was a busy night, but the service was so incredible slow. It was hot and stuffy and we were stuck beside a curtain that seemed to be there to be able to squeeze more tables tighter together. Felt like we were the forgotten table. Looking around the room, we were not the only ones. It picked up near the end when we had a new waitress that was paying attention.

We had so much food for a good price! We went for the platter which includes everything we wanted to try!

Judge mental host will ignore you (the one Who worked on 12/10/23 @6pm). And choose to sit someone who came after if she decided that you didn’t have enough money, despite the fact that we were just getting off the plane to experience London from Iceland. I hope she is corrected and don’t continue living her life so judge mental he especially since she works at a restaurant as a host.

Everything we ordered was amazing.

Great food and drinks selection. Service is impeccable. Highly recommend the sliced beef and sesame ice cream. Genuinely amazing dishes. Preferred the dishes vs sticks

We ate here one evening for sushi. We were seated in a place where each time the front door opened, I'd get a blast of cold air. The sushi itzelf was ok, although small and expensive. The sticks were also good albeit expensive. The sake was OK but expensive. The service was OK.i am unlikely to eat here again.

Our waiter Kamil was very knowledgeable and attentive , superb food and the desserts ! Great experience.

For a special occasion, or a swanky treat, these guys are a safe pair of hands.

Amazing branch food wise, the seating feels a bit tight, so call ahead for a booth. Service was good for the most part.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly and kind. They were really accommodating of our needs and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Would 100% recommend.

A very disappointing visit due to a poor food quality. Shrimp roll was cold and not really fun to eat, tuna tataki was quite boring and edamame beans were cooked unevenly, some were raw and some were overcooked. Salmon teriyaki sticks were actually the best part of the meal. Didn’t take any photos since I was so uninspired. Service was nice, so at least that. In comparison to other branches, it’s really bad.

Jump straight from the ocean and into me belly! What a delicious meal and a class restaurant (they have a coat check, always bonus points especially for chunky umbrellas). The service was honest, funny, and friendly and the atmosphere provided dim lighting to hide the bags under my eyes from a long work week. A great treat spot for a birthday, friend dinner, or sneaky link.

Best sushi place in London! Also been to the one in Copenhagen, same high quality sushi. I recommend sharing one of their menus, especially the ‘As good as it gets’ one, which includes the amazing Wagyu bites. Their grilled edamame are also a favorite.

Food was fantastic. Karolina, Kamil & Adam were amazing and made us feel welcome. The food is the perfect combination of carefully curated tastes that trigger my culinary sensations and gently satisfies each one of my tastebuds.

Both the food and the service were absolutely outstanding. Celebrated a birthday meal with family and recommend ordering many different starters to share, as they were so very good. Particularly the crab and shrimp options. Even the desserts were absolutely excellent - small but full of flavour and intensity. Quite unexpected and would try more next time, as desserts can be tricky for Japanese restaurants outside Japan and we normally go for liqueurs instead to finish off the meal, but these were incredible. The lemon sake (yuzu I think?) to finish was also sublime and a great recommendation from our fabulous Brazilian waiter.

Yesterday I celebrated my girlfriend's birthday and we are enchanted by the place. The food was very good quality plus affordable. Our waiter, thanks to his recommendations and the charming way he surprised us with the birthday dessert, took our experience to the next level. If I remember his name correctly, it's Christoper (Chris). Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely come back soon!

My friend and I shared the Perfect Day platter. Everything was incredible and it was very generous. The platter was about £80 but that felt like really good value because there was so much food and it was all delicious. You can spend less than that on the individual portions. The wine started at about £30 a bottle. The staff were lovely.

Was a little outside our budget but the food was stunning and tantalisingly good. The service was..... So so (the table next to us, sat during our meal, were not offered water, drinks or anything and left after ten mins. It took us 20 mins to get the bill.

As always, Sticks’n’Sushi in Victoria does not disappoint! I always come to have lunch any time that I am around Victoria Station. The service it’s fantastic, and the food fresh and yummy! The only thing I miss it’s their old Vinho Verde. The new one is a little bit too dry for my taste, but otherwise the experience it’s amazing.

Celebrated my sisters graduation and it was just wonderful. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We even got s special surprise unexpected which we both enjoyed. Really recommend this place and a special thanks to our friends Ayman and Kamiz! Love y’all <3

I recently had my birthday dinner at Stick's and Sushi in London Victoria, and while the food was undeniably exceptional, the service left much to be desired. The culinary experience was a five-star affair. However, the service aspect at this branch was very poor, very slow and on many occasions we noticed orders were wrongly taken. It took as long as 20 minutes to receive my beer after the first dish arrived and only after we reminded the staff. The intervals between subsequent dishes were equally excruciating, with waits exceeding more than 20 minutes. The service left me feeling disappointed on what was supposed to be a special occasion. My rating for this visit would be a solid 5 stars for the food and a disappointing 2.5 stars for the service.

Sushi was more "fusion" than authentic. The quality of sashimi was excellent. Above average sushi but not incredible.

The food is excellent, albeit pricey (£180 for four - 2 adults, 2 kids and no alcohol!) but the service is lacking. We had a really surly waitress towards the end which had a real impact on our enjoyment of the afternoon. Sushi was excellent, the crab croquettes incredible and the sticks (beef, pork with yuzu, duck meatballs with egg yolk and soy and scallops wrapped in bacon) was delicious. It’s a varied menu with something for everybody and it’s pretty quick if, like us, you are heading to the theatre afterwards. We’ve been before and we’d go again but it’s expensive for somewhere that the service doesn’t necessarily match the prices and I resent being charged for a carafe of what is essentially tap water when hit with a bill of £180!

What an amazing experience! This fancy restaurant has a great atmosphere with excellent service and super delicious food. I am a big fan of sushi but has never been here before so was very excited to try. Our waiter, Kamilo was very friendly and attentive, he also recommended a few dishes including the spicy tuna maki which hit the spot! Thank you for the superb experience, we will be back for sure.

Service was not good. Had to ask for things a few times, had to go inside to pay as no one came to our table so we could not ask for the bill. The portion size have really decreased!!!!! The food taste was fine but when the miso soup bowl is the size of your finger and the chirashi barely has rice it’s awful

Haven’t been to a SnS for ages - and never to the Victoria branch. We wanted small plates to pick at and they delivered. We didn’t bother with the sushi elements and went straight for sticks: spicy chicken, teriyaki salmon, pork belly…the cauliflower with miso was on the money - as were the crab croquettes. Lots of cold Ashahi. A hot evening so we ate upstairs in air-conditioned comfort.

Voor alle duidelijkheid: mijn dochter en ik zijn geen kenners op gebied van de Japanse keuken. Maar wij vonden dit een top adresje: ongedwongen sfeer, duidelijke kaart, je bestelt wat je op dat moment nodig hebt en bestelt bij als je wil. Lekker sharen. Mooi interieur ook, maar bon wij genoten van het goede weer buiten, tussen de hoge moderne kantoorgebouwen in een rustig straatje. Wat ons betreft zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, als dat concept in België komt. De Green Icea Tea was geen succes, maar verder passeerde gebakken bloemkool, shake tataki, ebi bites, Maguro tempura en Kani Korokke.

Absolutely delicious! The "mixed emotions" is definitely the dish to get... Little taste of everything...

Maden var super skøn og personalet var meget servicemindede og venlige. Det er finere og større end nogle af de små gadekøkkener, der er mere hyggeligt, mindre postyr man sidder mere i fred og ro selvom akustikken er dårlig. Igen maden var så god og det var vinen også, vi valgte nr 2 på vinkortet, hvis man er til sødlig vin der ikke er for dyr.

Okay.. where do I even start here. Everything about this place was 5 start. We are vegetarian and got the ‘green keeper ‘ mix and it was perfect. We were easily able to substitute the seaweed salad with the cauliflower with truffle sauce and it was a great call on our end cause this cauliflower is a unique experience. We got luckily with having Fabio as our server and he was amazing. Very patient and talked us through the veggie options. My fav part of the night, the tapas style dessert we were able to pick from! We got match brownie, pearl choco fudge, Caramel ice cream, and crème brûlée … we were in freakin heaven!! Thank you for making our last dinner for this trip to London an absolute perfection!!

Visited them on the 27 June 2023. Didn't know the place but I do love sushi!! Really impressed by the team, enough attention without being a pain, basically perfectly measured service. Food divine, enjoyed every bite and now looking forward to my next visit!

Such a nice discovery! Food was so tasty and even my sister at her first experience with sushi loved it! Ambience is young and relaxed perfect for a date or a friend's night out that stands out. Highly recommended!

We are regulars at sticks n sushi, but this time we were very disappointed with the service and the food quality at the Victoria restaurant. First we had to wait too long to be seated even though we had a reservation as if we were invisible standing in the middle of the restaurant. After ordering it took them 45 minutes to get tap water and almost an hour to get our food which was of a very low quality compared to the usual. We were especially disappointed in the cauliflower with truffle which is usually one of our favourites. It just felt that it was prepared in a rush after they remembered that they have forgotten our order. We love sticks n sushi and we hope that this was just an unfortunate one time mishappen.

Wandered in as tourist with no reservation, seated easily at the bar. Myself, my husband and my son, we met Kamil....OK we had a rapport. I speak dodgy Polish and he is Polish. Great banter, fantastic bloke, lovely to meet you! Made the evening. All the other team we met were fab. Food was excellent. Not cheap but you're in London...we have Spoons for that. A soft shell crab tempura roll which is supposed to be served warm , delivered after 10 minutes being already on the food pass in front of me . 6 waiters plus the manager on duty walking around and nobody was bothered by having food on the pass(not just mine) and not delivering it . I work in the hospitality industry , so I took the liberty to point out with the manager on duty what was going on, and she just said ok I will take it off from the bill . I spent a 100 pounds for my lunch , I tipped the waitress because the tip is something everyone should get and I left . Overall awful experience, I wonder how and why people get payed for doing nothing . Absolutely disgusting

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sticks'n'sushi in Victoria, and it was truly a great experience from start to finish. The cozy ambiance, attentive staff, and delicious food made for a memorable evening. A special mention goes to Matt, Fabio, and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. Their warm and attentive service elevated our visit and made us feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend Sticks'n'sushi.

Sticks n Sushi was very good. I feel like the sushi rolls could have been a little more inspired and/or larger. But overall, good food and great location in proximity to the Victoria theater!

Beautiful sushi place with great sushi. Tried the shrimp tempura, spicy tuna and the oyster mushroom stick. All were great. Prices are average for this type of food. 13% discretionary service charge. Wine selection is good. Service was quick and attentive. Loved the 5pm music in the background and the ambiance.

Very friendly staff. Wish there had been some ramen or udon on the menu as well. Great salads and sushi.

Generally a big fan of sticks and sushi - food was all pretty good although some of the sushi was not quite up to the standards I've had at the other branches. Main critique of this venue is that two tables are put right next to each other and then separated by a curtain. This is very strange and for the table away from natural light, it's not that pleasant a way to have a meal. Turn these tables into 4 person ones and remove the curtain!

A super nice experience in a very fancy restaurant. The menu is very appealing with clear imagery for each dish. The way they shot the food makes you order everything and the dishes are as presented in their photos. Taste was amazing with rich flavors and great options that could accommodate to all tastes. Service was super good and staff were friendly.

Great dining experience, especially because they allow dogs to dine as well (although not upstairs). Service was friendly, attentive but not intrusive. The food was nice, not the best Japanese I've had but for a chain establishment it was decent. We spent £230 including service for 3 people with food and drinks.

Amazing food and great waitresses and waiters. My partner and I were sat upstairs in a dim lighted area. The dim lighting was perfectly adequate for reading the menu and seeing others around you, adding to the ambience of the place. Extremely friendly waitress who was helpful with our questions we had, due to us being first timers at this establishment. Food was extraordinary and quickly served. We will definitely return the next time we are in London and will also visit our more local Sticks’n’Sushi in Cambridge.

Great food, good service. Many gluten free options. The only part that let it down was that there is no hard copy menu for gluten free options. You need to scan a QR code and cross reference the allergen table and alternative menu with the actual menu - that was difficult as the allergen menu order of dishes was different, so you flip back and forth. I realise this will not affect many people but I found it to be inconvenient. Other than that, the food was delicious, staff were friendly and attentive. They brought out a gluten free crème brûlée as a birthday celebration item, which was very sweet

I just had a bad experience tonight. I arrived ordered wine, then a few minutes later 2 seafood plates. Food & wine £50. The barman was so lovely. However, the waitress literally cleared the whole table while I was still chewing my food. She actually took my wine glass out of my hand and wiped the table (onto my lap). I have never felt so unwelcome. From sitting to leaving took 24 minutes!!!! The food was gorgeous. I have eaten in many SnS, and I have never had this experience.

I had a fantastic birthday! The service was excellent, and they even prepared a little desert with a candle. The food amazing, as usual.

The food was great, a mix of western and Japanese cuisine, surprisingly good! Also the interior design is very aesthetic and clean, really like it! The sushi palette has such a biggg portion!

There is no denying the food is amazing, we got exactly what we paid for. However, what soured the evening was the fact that not only were some members of staff extremely moody looking, but when we found a hair in our food, the staff member proceeded to try and find it, denied it was there, and then took it away. At £50 a head, I would have expected a bit more discretion in their approach. Offering their sincerest apologies would have been adequate, but that wasn't done. Bit of a joke for quite an expensive restaurant.
