Incredible, my favourite restaurant in Tunbridge wells. The service is so warming and welcoming and the food is next level.

13 in our group to celebrate a family birthday. Everyone agreed that there was a good variety on the menu. All food was fantastic, well presented and good value for money. Service was superb and they even let us bring along our own birthday cake. Thanks for looking after us.

We enjoyed a very excellent dinner in this off the beaten track eatery. The sardinia beer is clear and crisp, fish stew flavoursome, crab ravioli in a gorgeous sauce. All perfect!

Gluten free pasta available. Lovely place to eat. Food is great. Reasonable prices. Will be back soon.

We booked a last minute table for date night without the kids. The food was lovely, fresh and well priced. The service was outstanding. The young man was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back here again.

You cannot get better Italian food outside Sicily than in this restaurant. The linguine with lobster and the vegeterian penne were outstanding.

We booked a table to celebrate a birthday. After ordering the food and drinks, we waited nearly half an hour for the drinks and water to arrive. The starters took another 45 minutes and from ordering it took well over two hours for the mains to arrive. When they did finally arrive there was a long delay in all of them being brought to the table even though it was a table of four. There was no real explanation of what the holdup was other than another table had requested additional dishes. The restaurant wasn't very busy which made it more surprising and no attempt was made to redress the poor service when the bill arrived.This is a real pity as the food was great, but let down by terrible service.

Staying overnight nearby. Found this spot on TripAdvisor. Warm greeting. Crescenti bread worth the visit alone! Cured meats followed by tortellini and fish stew. Very tasty. Desserts delicious: we had tiramisu and semifreddo. Prices sensible. Worth 5 stars!

Ok. So I love pizza. And I think I love calzone even more. Ordered from here a week or so ago and it was superb. The crust was a little soft for me however it tasted great and wasn’t doughy at all. It was epic. So ordered tonight with a different filling and to my amazement it was even better. I spoke to the restaurant and asked for a drizzle of garlic butter and this was provided without hesitation. Really enjoyable thank you. The Quattro fromage was so good. Can I suggest a little spice? Thanks

Came a couple of week ago. I had a spaghetti Carbonara and my wife chose lamb Pappardelle plus a carpaccio Bresaola. Excellent home-made bread. The service was quite friendly.

I had a lovely evening meal with friends. The staff were lovely and the food very good and a very reasonable price. We will definitely be returning.

We were somewhat disappointed by the food but cannot fault the service, the house wine or the pricing. The arancini starters were lacking in flavour and the accompaniment of chips and tomato ketchup was odd. The chicken pizzaiola was tasty but the pork loin with a mustard sauce was found rather bland. However, the house red wine was very gluggable and reasonably priced and we enjoyed our interaction with Toni our waiter, who is a junior member of the Sicilian family who run this pleasant little restaurant.

Delicious food with really friendly and attentive service. Stelle D’Italia’s extensive menu has something for everyone, so definitely give it a try!

A very good Italian restaurant which we enjoyed dinner in on a recent visit to the area. Good home cooked food, friendly and efficient service and reasonable prices.

The atmosphere is very charming and the service is nice and welcoming. Been twice at this restaurant, had a vulcano pizza and a tiramisu the first time, carbonara pasta and a cannolo the second time and haven't been disappointed! The food is very tasty and the portions are great. Totally recommend!

I was really surprised by this place! Came with no expectations, to find attentive service and really top quality food. The flavour was absolutely packed in - as a non-Italian, it seemed really authentic to me. Would very much recommend.

Visited here for the first time last night, but it won’t be the last by any means ! The staff (family run) were very friendly but more important the food was excellent. Will most certainly be visiting again in the near future

Our friends we were dining with booked this restaurant on recommendation from a work colleague. The service and food, which is all freshly made were excellent. Would highly recommend and look forward to a return visit.

This Italian restaurant was a real find. The staff are so lovely and friendly and the food is fantastic (and well priced). The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and presents so well. Parking is easy with Crescent Road carpark just around the corner. Highly recommend!

We called into this restaurant based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The outside does not do it justice as the interior is very nice. The welcome was very friendly and polite and the menu had lots of choice. The food was really good and although they apologised for the wait between courses, we were not worried by the short gap. We had a very good evening and the price was reasonable. We would recommend this restaurant and would visit again if in the area.

Everything we were looking for in an Italian. The pizza was very good but especially the pasta was top notch. So good. Waiting staff was absolutely lovely and prices more than moderate. They did have fernet branca which was the cherry on top for me. We will absolutely come back!

We were staying in TW and decided to book here having read the reviews. We were not disappointed as the food, service and atmosphere was excellent. All the food arrived piping hot, the portions were really good and we all agreed everything was deliicous. The linguinie with tiger prawns and langoustines being especially good. Very good value and will definitely return when visiiting TW.

This restaurant is excellent. The food is incredible, we had the crab ravioli and the lobster linguine. One of the best Italian restaurants we have been to. It is run by a family from Sicily and they are all so welcoming. Thomas served us and so professional but at the same time very easy to chat to. We will definitely be returning with the whole family

What a fabulous find. The food was amazing, very fresh and authentic Italian. We all had a different dish and each one delicious. We ended up having 3 courses! The service was excellent, friendly and attentive without breathing down your neck! Will definitely be returning when visiting RTW. PS The Grappa was so good we all had another shot!

Tried Stelle D'Italia for the first time last night, and really glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious, and reminded us of how food tastes in Italy. Dario, our waiter was a lot of fun too, and made us feel really welcome. I thoroughly recommend this lovely restaurant that serves authentic Italian food with a cosy atmosphere. We will definately be returning.

Tasty food in generous portion sizes. We had arancini (shared), parma ham and mushroom tortellini and the boar ragu tagliatelle; the pasta was fresh and homemade and simply delicious. Dessert was tasty tiramisu and blood orange sorbet. Friendly, attentive staff. If we lived here, this would be our chosen place for italian food!

What a gem of a find! This little family-run restaurant was the perfect place for a romantic dinner. My partner and I shared an arancini starter, followed by some delectable tortellini and boar ragu tagliatelle. We even had space for dessert - tasty tiramisu, blood orange sorbet and an espresso. The staff were attentive and fun to chat to, and the prices for the meals are really reasonable too, given the genereous portion sizes. If we lived in RTW, we would happily return here over and over again!

Restaurant #1 in the whole Kent I my opinion, amazing food, genuine ingredients, superb drinks (best Negroni and Margarita ever)..and coffee..no comment..completely forgot I was in England as every single bite has brought me back in Italy..Dario was very friendly and helpful in the menu choice..amazing atmosphere, good Italian music..highly recommended.. I will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu😛

Definetly the best Italian restaurant in Kent! Was looking for a nice place to have dinner after a long day at work and we randomly walked in in this amazing place! Staff Dario was very welcoming, professional and advised the best dishes on the menu. Food was absolutely delicious, really tasty and good portion also! I will definetly come back and recommend to my friends.. great experience!

Absolutely beautiful food!!!! Such good quality and so well presented. So much to chose from on the menu. The bruschetta and sea bass are divine. Dario is great and gave us a good welcome! We enjoyed it so much we came back with a friend too. We’d definitely recommend.

We dined at Stelle d'Italia last night. Such a lovely welcome as soon as we came through the door. Our waiter looked genuinely pleased to see us and was so attentive all night (without being overbearing!). We had an absolutely lovely meal - fresh mushroom parpadelle, chicken pizzaiola, lasagna - cooked to perfection and finished off with some complimentary limoncello. Reasonably priced and a lovely experience. Definitely returning, thank you!

Went on a Tuesday evening. Had a very warm welcome from a lovely Sicillian man. Service was very good. Food excellent. Pizza was one of the best i’ve had. Lovely base. My partners Crab Ravioli was very good too. Really nice restaurant, with authentic italian food. Definitely worth a visit. Very reasonable prices too.

A very engaging welcome was followed by great service (even though the waiter had only worked there for 2 weeks - he must fitted straight in). Everyone enjoyed their meal. Definitely recommended.

Came here last night with my husband and 2 daughters. The service was outstanding, as was the food! It was absolutely delicious, well priced, we can't wait to be back!

The waiter was so friendly and attentive. Very good at noticing small details (like refilling our water for us etc) to really add to our experience. The food was beautiful and very authentic and the limoncello was the perfect ending to the meal. We will definitely be back.

Food was delicious, authentic Italian... Reminded me of Italy with every bite. Would go there again. It set quite the high standards in my Italian food perspective... So I guess I'll have to come here every time we want italian❤️

He even noticed and poured me another glass of water when I finished the first one, never did anyone do that for me in a restaurant before.

Nice staff & clean eating area. Only disappointment for the price you pay, was the portions are small. We all had dessert as we were still hungry. My main meal the crab ravioli could have been a starter.

Our group of 4 had a birthday meal at Stelle D'Italia on Thursday 16th June 2022. The restaurant atmosphere and decoration is beautiful, authentic, and great for photos. We were given a window seat and flowers on the table as a special touch. The food was excellent, particularly the pizza. We ate absolutely everything! Our server Cris was absolutely standout - super attentive, friendly, spot on about everything we ordered, and gave us our requested extras to make the birthday night special. This place is next level good! Second time here and it's literally the best food in RTW. The fried bread is the greatest thing in the world. The carbonara will make you fall in love with Nona all over again. Go here and go here again. And again.

This is a fantastic family run Italian with delicious homemade food which we cannot rate highly enough! Went last minute early in the evening with our infant and the staff were friendly, incredibly accommodating and the food was some of the best Italian we've eaten. We will certainly be back when in the area. The others reviews of this place are spot on too - give it a go 👌
