Super pizzas and good dessert. I would highly recommend for any pizza lover. Good pricing and service.

We visited Osteria pizza last night and had a lovely meal.. all the food came out, piping hot and fresh.. I had macaroni cheese to start and pepperoni pizza for my main, we requested that it all come out together.. everyone were happy with their orders.. we will be sure to visit again.. bathroom facilities are on the first floor and were clean. There were additional tables and seating upstairs..

Ordered pizza with Godzilla. Very impressed with the result.

I came in tonight to shelter from the cold and enjoy a nice warm meal with my partner. I was greeted by friendly staff and was promptly seated! The girls who served us were welcoming and gave us excellent service. We shared two delicious pizzas and I quickly discovered my new favourite pizza place in Tunbridge Wells! Will definitely be retuning soon to try some more.

Lovely pizza but had to cancel the order today via Uber eats. No one would answer the phone which is annoying as we have kids to put to bed, so we didn’t have the dinner we planned, lost an hour of the evening waiting and then was told by the store I had to cancel via Uber eats which is a nightmare so lots of time lost, no food and we promised our girl a pizza as she starts school tomorrow and that’s been ruined because they couldn’t be bothered to pick up or contact us to tell us it was late. I’ll stick with Cantuccio next time.

Decent food, staff rude. Was told that was the case but still wanted to try it out/give them the benefit of the doubt. Also they don’t do cocktails anymore despite that being on the website and restaurant signage.

Very quick service for good food at a reasonable price

The food was good, but the service seemed a bit tired. She wasn't paying attention and gave the impression that she didn't care about the whole thing. However, the tiramisu was great. The price-performance ratio was also right.

Their specialty really is the pizza. I tried Margherita with gorgonzola and truffle oil and it was fantastic. I am Italian and very picky with Italian food made abroad, also being a cook myself makes me naturally judgemental, however I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised, and honest to god this pizza could be on the top 10 in the country, could surely win the best pizza award in the UK. I highly recommend it.

Average pizza, terrible service. Took almost 1.5hrs to get a delivery and even after the restaurant was phoned and they said “another 5mins in the oven and then 10mins delivery” it took over 25mins, which means they never even started the order when initially placed. Save yourself the hassle and support the other places in TW who can actually provide a service.

Awful service. Only 2 tables so no excuse that very busy. Mains came before starters and then told we should have specified. The clue is in the name 'starter'. And we did ask for starters first. My wife asked for mushroom, rocket and chili pizza. Received no rocket and covered in parmesan which was never requested and ruined the dish. Also noted that charged for full pizza and then additional toppings which hardly seemed fair. Noted only other table behind also had plates returned. No service to check if food OK or apology for messing up order. No offer of seasoning etc had to ask. Then tried to clear table whilst I had slice if pizza in my hand and was eating. Honestly could not believe how rubbish. When left no apology, back turned. Disgraceful. We never go back or recommend, looked like more concerned prepping for deliveries and no thought for diners.

Been here many times under a few different names but also great food and service!

I have no idea why this place wasn't busier. The pizzas are superb (as good as anything you'll find in Tunbridge Wells), they have a good choice of beers on tap and it' was pretty good value.

Thank you. The best skin-on fries i’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned . All food arrived hot. The pizza was excellent. Thin base- cooked!! Great flavour and not “bready”. Would recommend. Shame i’m only visiting otherwise would definitely order again. Five stars.

The bread is stretchy and delicious the cheese is stretchy and delicious the sauce is not stretchy but is delicious and the plate is inedible and delicious

I have just had the pleasure of trying both the pizza and pasta from Osteria and to my delight both were absolutely delicious. The food arrived piping hot and it was evident that they had only used the freshest ingredients as both the pizza and pasta were packed with flavour. To top it off, their customer service is exceptional. Courteous and accommodating, they truly go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. In short, if you are ever in Tunbridge Wells and you are looking for pizza\pasta then look no further as you will not be disappointed.

Just the ticket after a freezing day Christmas shopping. Had the capricciosa pizza and it was so flavourful and huge. Friendly service, highly recommend.

Great food at a great price, well worth a visit

Calamari was the worst I’ve ever had and the penne Alfredo was bland and watery. The pizza was decent and the mac and cheese was really good. Overall not worth the money for food that a 12 year old could cook better

Really good food on a Sunday night, we arrived just as people were leaving for a show at the theatre so it was perfect timing, great service, really great food and good drinks choices, wine prices by the glass is a useful thing. Very impressed, garlic cheese bread was lovely and Gorgonzola walnut rocket gnocchi was delicious.

The pizza was really really good, very tasty and good portion. Unfortunately, it arrived 40 minutes late. We ordered at 7 and it got delivered at 8:20 when the estimate was 7:45, I appreciate that it’s Friday night though and they might have been busy. Definitely worth waiting for as the pizza was great and still warm when it arrived!

Cold tomato sauce on pizza, 2 tiny basil leaves, cheese not melted. Fries undercooked and unsalted. Very disappointed, used to love their food.

Empty place Sunday afternoon , no smell of pizza at all but family hungry so lets get it on.. big tv on wall I guess it's for nice bored waitress rest of employees I found on way to toilet having a peaceful meal break in much better space upstairs away from public. Generally pizza not so bad.. Would look for more lively place if there is any around

My sign of a good pizza is a fluffy crust, dough that tastes good in its own and well balanced toppings. This place had it all! We also got gnocchi which was a generous portion and tasty. Their wine was good too. The waitress was really attentive and I liked that we could dine al fresco since the front of the restaurant was open to the street.

Always a pleasure to return to this place. Great tasting pizza. Reminds me of being back in Naples. Well worth a visit. Considering how reasonably priced it is and how good the food is, I am surprised it is not busier. Definitely the top pizza place in Tunbrdige Wells.

Went in for an emergency pizza a and had a really pleasant meal. The pizzas were tasty with good thin crusts and plenty of toppings. We also had an ice cream and a beautiful creamy tiramisu topped with caramel and nuts -- great non-standard combination of sweet, creamy and crunchy.

I often order for delivery through Just Eat and have enjoyed the food from you, but my order wasn't delivered and when I called you to ask when it would arrive the girl told me they had no record of my order. I checked Just Eat again and saw I had been charged and that I had the delivery number as usual, so I called back and was told that the manager wasn't available until the next day and that they were very busy and couldn't help me. She laughed which I thought was extremely rude and I'm afraid I won't get takeaways from you again. It really bothered me as I ordered with you throughout lockdown and feel I've been a loyal customer.

The best pizza outside Italy! My partner is from naples and we have the luxury of having tried many Italian pizza’s this resteraunt has surpassed expectations and the food was second to none! Fantastic service, beautifully decorated interior and amazing food at very very very reasonable prices considering the quality of ingredients. Counting down to next date night visit!

Delicious pizza hands down. Also loved the macaroni and cheese. It was so cheesy and comforting. I recommend the cloudy lemonade for a refreshing bubbly drink. I ordered it 2x

Pizzas,pasta delicious although one leaf of basil seems a bit mean. The desserts however are tiny, delicious but not worth the prices charged. Overall, good authentic pizza and pasta, just don't bother with dessert.

Absolutely amazing pizza, we went here for dinner after being told Pizza Express was fully booked, and ended up being glad it was full. Best pizza both of us have ever had, my partner said it was better even than pizza they’d had in Rome. Staff were great, food came quickly and prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back if we’re in the area.

I don't know if my experience was a one off for Estro, but it was not great. Ordered three pizzas and two sides and we were waiting a good 45 minutes for it. People had come in after us and got their food no problem. Had to go up and ask for an update and they hadn't even started making them yet. It's a shame because I've been before and the pizza was excellent. But the service that time was abysmal.

Had a chicken spicy pizza at this place, absolutely delicious. As a person who also works in the restaurant I can say that it was clean, friendly staff and amazing customer service. Food came quite quickly to the table. So overall I give this place 10/10, definitely worth it.

The vegetarian pizza was exceptionally good, the best one I’ve eaten in England so far! The manager and the owner are lovely and kind people who make us feel welcome each time. I feel like at home here

Delicious pizza and great service.

I'd consider it for a takeaway, but sadly wouldn't bother visiting for a third time. Two years ago I had an amazing experience and gave this place 5 stars. Decided to return as I was in the area. The pizza remains exceptional, but unfortunately it was let down by other things this time. They didn't have any of the first choice drinks of our party (a beer, a cider, and a wine from their menu). The manager was grumpy and unpleasant. She spent most of her time flirting with a customer at a different table and didn't seem to care about anything else. The younger server did her best but I felt she was not sufficiently supported and needed some better basic training. I didn't notice so much but someone else in my group complained to me about the music (which had swearing). For some reason one of the best tables (booth) had various untidy electrical cables strewn over it and a computer printer next to it. The renaming of the restaurant seems like a weird marketing move, especially considering there are signs remaining on the wall with the old name. All of these things made the price of the food seem far too high, even though it was excellent.

If I had known the pizza was going to arrive cold, mostly uncooked, uncut and require self assembly because all the toppings were on one side (cheese was still unmelted) then I would have ordered from Sainsbury’s. Had I had advance warning I could have heated up the oven to finish it off. Had I been in the restaurant I would have sent it back and insisted to talk to the manager. The delivery guy was very rude too.

Klara was superb as well as Matilda! The pizza was so tasty and I felt so welcome in this establishment. Would highly recommend!!!

Feeling a little cold, hungry and dejected we stumbled upon Estro Pizza this afternoon and was made to feel completely welcome. The food was excellent - best gnocchi caprese I've had. One word of warning - skip the starter (although the garlic bread with mozzarella is really good) - the portions here are huge and I couldn't finish!

Very lovely experience. We came in last minute and was sat down straight away. Staff were very accommodating and helped with deciding what to choose. One waitress in particular was very helpful and always cheerful- Matilda. Really great experience and amazing food! Would highly recommend to anyone:)

One of our go-to takeaway pizzas, always comes delivered ready to go and still nice and warm. Pizzas as always on point, even when I play around and add a few bits here and there.

Disappointing.. I ordered over the phone 2x linguine pastas with no meat just tomato sauce. I repeated this and the lady on the phone even repeated it back. It arrived with meat inside for both dishes. Garlic bread starter was burnt and dripping with oil too.

My food never came and then the restaurant didn't pick up the phone
