I order here regularly and most of the time it's really nice, maybe once out of 4 times the pizza has either hardly any cheese (even though we order extra cheese), burnt and sometimes undercooked or like this evening after waiting for a long time far too much tomato. It's just not very consistent and now going to choose somewhere else for my pizza cravings lol!! It's not good having it taste good one time and no so good the next time as getting any takeaway is not cheap these days. Just in need of a bit of consistency.

The delivery took a while, understandable when it's busy but disappointing nonetheless. I also didn't get the stuffed crust that I ordered, paid for garlic and herb but only got a regular cheese one. The pizza itself was great though, couldn't fault them on quality. Hopefully next time will be better.

Quality bit of Grub. turned up super hot, tasted mental 😋 definitely worth the money spent. delivery driver was friendly and smiley. zero complaints other than I'm now to full to walk 🤣 Also the Chicken Hot wings were pure 🔥 👌 much better than Morliss in ramsgate as you don't get to taste thier food as it don't turn up. cheers 🍻

Food was freezing and I asked for stuffed crust and I asked for thick and got thin came on time

it was not a problem ,better early than late. The pizza was hot and tasted delicious. I will definitely order again. Only problem I ordered extra pepperoni and I don't believe I received it. If I did then portion of pepperoni was a bit miserable .

Could of added abit more salami! As it looked like you sliced a couple salami's up and spreaded it around on the pizza just to make it look like you put enough on there but it was noticeable that it wasnt enough as thats the only topping i wanted on the margarita pizza But overall taste, it was wonderful. Won’t be ordering again from here! Delivery time was Okay. But the pizza’s were not! They were bland & tasteless! 1 of the pizza’s I ordered was the chicken flamer but the toppings were absent 😡 There was no tandoori chicken, no Mexican chicken & no green chilli’s 😡 Just a few scarce tiny cubes of plain chicken! Really disappointed. The 2nd pizza was supposed to be the STB ‘special’ but there was nothing special about it. It was verging on the burnt side! Again bland and didn’t have all the toppings as advertised on their website! Strange! And also, I ordered the crust to be stuffed cheese & pepperoni but it came with just the cheese! Even my kids didn’t like it, they said pizza GoGo is much better! A total waste of money!

Spot on, as ever. The four cheese pizza is amazing (not the usual emmenthal and Red Leicester, but proper cheeses!) and excellent communication from them when an ice cream flavour was unavailable rather than the usual note - we got a really nice alternative. Great service, wish there were more like this and food was hot and delicious!

£2.99 for a slice of cake which is the smallest bit ever. It should be sold for like a £1 with how small it is. Plus the pizza has way to much cheese for my liking.

Ordered from this place 3 times now. Really nice pizzas, can not fault. Not too greasy and the base wasn't soggy which is always a plus. Always hot on arrival which is good considering how far away from them I am. They have even delivered to my partner whilst in hospital, made his stay in there more bareable, thank you STB!

Food was 1 hour late and cold and they told me they was gonna re-cook my meal fresh but it was done and back in 10 mins and was 100% reheated like I didn’t no the difference… very bad service as I order off them at LEAST twice a week

The Pizza I ordered was made incorrectly, it was also advertised as 4 cheese but I very much doubt there is any Goats or blue cheese at all, just tasted like a Margareta. Feel a bit ripped off

Pizza was tasteless. Very very mean with the toppings.

Forgot the can of coke, but to be fair the driver did go and grab one and brought it within 10 minutes which was decent.

Not a good experience with food, meat feast was lacking meat ( was a few bits of pepperoni) and was like eating cardboard also cold and chicken wings burnt, 1½ hours for delivery for a disappointing meal. More disappointing as usually good food. Hope this isn't going to continue

I ordered tiramisu toffee pie and I got banoffee pie I'm allergic to fruit

Forgot part of my order! And had to go to the shop to get some of it costing then less money then what I paid for it!
