Terrible food! Worst yuk sung I have ever had. The mini spring rolls were OK. Food wasn't hot.

Really enjoyed my chow Mein here but the guy who serves you and takes your call needs to learn some customer manners He's very aprupt and not at all friendly. It almost makes you feel like you don't want to visit again. A smile and a hello takes nothing

This is the best restaurant in Hinckley the food is always consistent, Tasty and hot, would not go anywhere else

Placed a phone order and was quoted 50 minutes. After 2 chase up calls (one response was, and I quote “it is what it is” and nearly a 2 hour wait, food finally arrived. It came barely warm so had to be heated up and was edible at best. If I could rate less than 1 star I would 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Awful!!! This place has changed.Ordered crispy aromatic duck and it arrive soggy.I complained and spoke to a very rude lady who ADVISED me that I got what I ordered and there suppler had changed so that is that. Don't recommend and will be finding a new Chinese

AWFUL!!!This place has changed.we ordered CRISPY AROMATIC DUCK and it arrived soggy.As we spend £64 i called to complain and spoke to a very rude lady who advised I got what I ordered.There supplier had changed and it is what it is.I will not be returning and will be telling friends and family the same.Find another Chinese such a shame as we have been going for 6 years.

The food here is always tasty and delivered on time. Unfortunately the chap they now have answering the phone let's them down. He has been rather abrupt and has gotten my order wrong. I don't feel that I want to use them now because of his attitude. Which is a shame because the food is lovely.

Decent Chinese takeaway in Hinckley. Food not the best in town but prompt service and open on Mondays. Quite pricey.

This place was recommended to us when we moved to Hinckley 5 years ago and we've been using it ever since (we did try a couple of others, but they were nowhere near as good). Never had a bad experience. We always order and pay over the phone and the delivery is prompt, with the food always being fresh and hot (we don't order the same dishes every time, we have tried most of the menu). Sometimes we ring and book a time for delivery and they have always come when we asked them to. Can't fault it.

Food was not great, the chowmein lacked flavour, no dipping sauce to go with the Spring rolls, and the spring rolls were just stuffed full with bean sprouts and nothing else. Was very disappointing.

Order from here often enough. Used to love this place but think it’s gone down hill. Example: curry sauce that’s practically a solid and soft/chewy salt and chilli squid.

Nice food, quick service, reasonably priced. With plenty of seating and space to wait, I ordered house special fried rice, vegetable spring rolls and prawn crackers. They were cooked to perfection and with the friendly service, will make sure that I visit again. Whilst I was waiting I noticed plenty of people coming in to collect orders. There was also a man delivering orders. Obviously Stars 128 is popular!!!

Continuing to use this takeaway as my first choice Chinese. Hasn’t failed me yet, the food comes as expected, well cooked, isn’t greasy and always tastes good. Staff are efficient and pleasant as is the surroundings if you need to sit and wait for it. Pay on card and offers delivery service.

This is an established Cantonese Take away at the top end of Castle Street with some street parking just outside and opposite. I tried it for the first time the other week as it's in walking distance and all was good. Correct order, everything looked good not overcooked or over greasy etc. They have a standard 'chinese' take away menu with everything on it you find elsewhere. They offer home delivery with a delivery charge of £1 or £2 plus if you live further away. You can pay with your card over the phone to order. I will be trying to make this my new local take away and was pleased with the meal we had on our first time. I like the fact that on some nights you can walk past and see what appears to be the whole family who run the place sitting down and eating a meal at the table inside the take away?! It certainly makes it look authentic. Give it go,

Late food, cold food including chicken. Complained and told to put it in a microwave. Later a new delivery came where long haired rude driver appeared shouting give me your old order first then you can have the new one.. Phoned to complain and told we were in the wrong then hung up.. Please avoid this restaurant as simply awful service, food and delivery driver needs sacking
