Starbusks in City of London, Westminster

Ordered an Americano. It tasted more like water than coffee. Service was good though…………………………………….:..::.:,,,,:.::

Terrible service , actually left without buying , went to an independent coffee shop , surprised with all the bad views nothing done to improve .

The male member of staff working morning shift on 22 Nov was really rude and unpleasant. After being ignored for several mins while I stood right by him, I asked him if I was actually stood in the correct place to order. I wasn’t, but he hadn’t bothered to ask or even acknowledge me. I was directed to the other end while he had a little joke about me with a colleague. The downstairs seating area was dirty, tables uncleared and overflowing waste. Grim. Train your staff properly.

I'm utterly disappointed and furious about my recent experience at Starbucks. The incompetence displayed by the barista is beyond belief – they carelessly left the guide inside my thermos and poured my drink over it, resulting in bits of paper melting into my beverage. I explicitly requested the use of my thermos instead of a paper cup at the till, even mentioning the audible guide inside. Yet, I assumed the staff would remove it, only to be shocked later. While waiting for my order, I observed the barista peering into my thermos but took no action. This negligence ruined my drink, and the thought of consuming a 'guide-flavored' coffee is appalling. Adding insult to injury, despite my clear request, the cashier neglected to apply my reward. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, especially during a relatively quiet period. How can someone mistake paper for a consumable item? Starbucks Covent Garden needs to seriously reevaluate its service standards to avoid such appalling blunders in the future.

My friend and I went in to use the toilet and when i went in it smelt and there was definitely mould growing on the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had to wait in the smallest corridor in the world, so I advise if you are claustrophobic do not go there to use the toilet.

Awesome Vincent and Christina my coffee was dropped and they happily gave me another one I'll defo be coming back here as I work in the area.

Solitamente e se presente, facciamo sempre visita a Starbucks in ogni paese in cui viaggiamo (anche in differenti zone della città)...questo di Covent Garden però ci ha veramente deluso: personale ostile, ci siamo anche accorti di esser derisi senza alcuna motivazione (semmai ne dovesse servire una!). Siamo entrati per cercar ristoro ed era meglio rimaner fuori!Lo spazio è quello che è (non è questo di certo il problema, ce ne sono alcuni così piccoli da risultare accoglienti ed intimi) ma la sensazione del non esser ‘desiderati’ ha reso tutto negativo...Peccato!...

Credevamo che il marchio fosse un indice d8 qualità costante, ma questo locale è assai al di sotto dello standard medio degli Starbucks visitati negli ultimi anni.Caffè pesdimo, croissant duri, ambiente a dir poco ostile, mal frewuentato.Crefiamo che basti.

Compré dos rebanadas de tostadas de fruta y me dieron una pieza de mantequilla, cosa menor pero molesta, una pieza de mantequilla es suficiente para una tostada, no importa dos, por lo tanto tuve que pedir más. Nos sentamos abajo, que era terrible. Sucio y sucio y no muy grande. La situación del baño tampoco es buena, largas colas e instalaciones sucias. No volveré

Questa catena non mi piace affatto, ma mi ci ha trascinata un'amica. Non ho avuto sorprese o ripensamenti. Caffè pessimo, ambiente poco accogliente, bagno infrequentabile

Parado por este Starbucks después de llegar a Londres antes de algunas reuniones. Habiendo llegado temprano a Covent Garden (alrededor de las 7:15) decidí ir a Starbucks para tomar un café tranquilo.Me dieron una cálida bienvenida con la pasión y el entusiasmo de los baristas y rápidamente tomé mi café en la mano. El lugar es grande con muchos asientos abajo. Temprano en la mañana, es perfecto si quiere ponerse al día con los correos electrónicos y planificar su día, ya que es casi tranquilo. Me imagino que no se diría lo mismo al mediodía!Gran Starbucks y volveré pronto!

Great location near the entrance of covent garden. Seating in the basement. Nothing spesial - but an ordinary Starbucks. Good coffe and ok service

No decaf tea - disappointing. Coffee ok. Sad sitting area downstairs. Toilets indescribable. I wish we had chosen one of the many other places in Covent Garden.

A good quality Starbucks with above average service located in a great location just off covent garden. This is a cookie cutter store in offering, but the staff are efficent

Toilets leave more to be desired, especially when the lock continuously comes off the door everytime I use it. But Kudos to the wonderful service by Ama, very personable and handles high pressure well

Siempre encuentras uno cerca. Son en general lugares chicos con wifi y baños limpios. En invierno es la mejor opción.

ambiance vieux café en bois, petites tables rondes qu'on s'amuse à regrouper quand on est en groupe, ambiance comme à la maison ou au bistro de son quartier!

Fuimos allí temprano en la mañana del 18 de octubre, una chica llamada Wendy estaba detrás del mostrador, estaba ocupada sirviendo a un grupo con bebidas para llevar. Muy bien todo bien en este momento. Había otra chica detrás del mostrador más abajo, pero no estoy seguro si ella estaba sirviendo mucho.

Questo Starbucks è situato a due passi da Covent Garden, quindi in una zona di passaggio. Il locale è sempre affollato e non consente di godere di un po' di relax come nella filosofia di Starbucks: difficilmente si riesce a trovare un posto per sedersi e non nelle ore di punta. Lo staff è veloce ed efficiente, ma la pulizia (soprattutto nei bagni, situati al piano inferiore) scarseggia.

Tomar cafe da manha no Starbucks é um clássico valido para aqueles que querem economizar,a lanchonete serve tudo muito novinho e com padrão bom de qualidade.Eu adoro e recomendo em qq cidade que se esteja no mundo.

Popped in here for a quick drink. We didn't eat there due to cheese being in everything and the price. the drinks were lovely. the area was clean and the service was fast for Starbucks

Stopped in for a drink and somewhere to sit for an hour. They have a nicely air conditioned basement seating area. Obviously there is free wifi, which helps pass the time. Service and drink were satisfactory.

Recomendo o Starbucks da Russel Street. O atendimento é muito bom e todos os produtos são de alta qualidade. O café espresso duplo é muito top!

El día que realizamos el tour a pie salíamos del convento garden, asique optamos por desayunar cerca al mercado. Este Starbuks estaba muy limpio y la atención fue muy buena, y como todos tenia wifi.

Filthy downstairs seating area, toilets too dirty to use, coffee dispensed in cardboard cups so that patrons could enjoy sitting among the detritus left by several sittings of previous customers,Otherwise great. Except that the flavoured latte ordered was actually a cappucino with syrup added hastily after it had been prepared for a previous customer who then saw the state of the seating area and refused to pay or stay.Walk a few more metres in any direction and find somewhere clean and pleasant.
