Starbucks Westminster in City of London, Westminster

Ordered some drinks via the app and went to collect our drinks. Staff kept on giving us the wrong drinks, stating that it is what we had ordered. Despite telling them that it's not what we ordered and showing them the order on the app, they still got it wrong. Eventually they got it right and the drink was ok. But staff have zero customer service and are useless. Can't even get drinks right that's on the screen telling them what we ordered.

Popped in to grab a toastie and was shocked (as a new customer) how I was greeted. I walked in like a drowned rat with my previous Starbucks purchase in a brown bag (a London mug). The employee who was milling about in the shop walked straight towards me and said in a very confrontational way ''And can I help YOU?'' She clearly thought I was going to complain about something and she wanted an argument. If I wasn't so knackered and desperate to get to my hotel with my evening meal I'd have told her to f*** off. Gentlemen on the counter was pleasant but the employee who was doing nothing much was rather unwelcoming. Next time I want a toastie I'll walk to the Starbucks on Victoria Street. Staff there are much nicer.

Caminábamos entre nuestro restaurante y nuestro hotel, en una triste tarde de noviembre, cuando divisamos el Starbucks Westminster en el 17 de Broadway. A partir de finales de septiembre, Starbucks en los EE. UU. Saca sus Lattes con especias de calabaza, durante las fiestas, y eso sonó genial, así que nos detuvimos. Bueno, descubrimos que los Lattes especiados con calabaza son una "cosa estadounidense" y no son bebidas de temporada en el Reino Unido. Nos consolamos al no conseguir lo que inicialmente nos había traído a Starbucks, para empezar, e hicimos un Latte Grande Regular y un Grande Decaf. Ambos fueron muy buenos. Nuestra camarera estaba alegre, incluso si tenía que darnos malas noticias, y aunque no obtuvimos lo que habíamos venido, quedamos muy satisfechos con nuestros dos cafés.

Paré por un expreso aceptable y tuve que usar sus baños que eran absolutamente diabólicos, ¡no sé cuándo fueron revisados por última vez, pero no es lo que generalmente espero de su cadena! ! ¡No me impresionó!

サービスはスターバックス標準、メニューもスターバックス。同行していた友人がトイレに行きたいとのことでスターバックスなら・・・と行きましたが、丸々一区画歩いて隣の区画のショッピングビルまで歩いていかなければならず、大変でした。

ロンドン観光中に利用したスターバックスです。Wi-Fiを無料で利用する事が出来て旅行者にはありがたかったです。

This location was right by our hotel. I take almond milk and stevia in my coffee and it was so nice having a Starbucks close by where I could go. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Same drinks. Sandwiches and muffin we brought were old.OK if you must have your Starbucks drink. Don;t bother woith the food.

My husband does not make coffee in the room but walks across the street from the Conrad St. James every morning to Starbucks and is at the door when they open. Great Job!

This is a very small starbucks, with very limited seating. But....all the things we want from Starbucks are there (the familiar drinks and a few nibbles.) Very convenient.

Nachdem wir gestern gesehen haben, dass hier am 25. offen ist haben wir beschlossen hier eine Kleinigkeit zu essen und zu trinken. Der Service war sehr freundlich.

Nach einem ruhigen Weihnachtsfeiertag haben wir beschlossen noch einen Kaffee trinken zu gehen. Was gibt es da nichts besseres als Starbucks! Es war sehr voll, die Schlange ging bis vor die Tür. Trotz der Fülle war es eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und schaffte es noch nette Gespräche zu führen.

A mocha and a slice of banana bread toasted was just what we needed on a rainy morning in London. This cafe is tiny but really well organized and they are bang on with their service. Looking for a quick break in a busy part of the City...this is it.

We both thought that our coffee was rather weak and the criossants had been kept over from the day before.

Trovandoci nella zona di Wenstminster e diretti ad una stazione della metro, abbiamo visto questo noto bar di origine americana (oggi presente anche in alcune città italiane) e ci siamo fermati per una breve sosta.

We hopped off the tube on our way to our hotel and were happy to find a Starbucks right there. We were staying just around the corner at St. Ermins and loved that we could get a good old American drink so close by

Stopped for a cuppa with the kids here, to be met by a friendly chap Robert (on his name badge). Within minutes we were chatting about Camden etc like friends. I absent mindedly ordered a Mango drink for my daughter, whom we only found out that week, is allergic to oranges. No drama, Robert replaced the drink, after checking all the ingredients on the newer drink to ensure it was orange free. He spoke directly to my daughter to reassure her, rather than through me, he is a gem, and a credit to the company. Starbucks has gone up in my estimations a lot, just because of this visit!

I was in Starbucks Westminster for breakfast and it was a nice experience as always at Sturbucks. Cappuccino was the usual, a lot and warm, and the croissant tasty.

If you pick up the exact same beverage as that ordered by another customer, despite reaffirming the order with the staff member, then one should not expect mockery from both customer and Starbucks staff. Shameful behaviour.

Nos alojamos en la calle. Y este Starbucks Ermin's sirve como nuestro desayuno en el IR tres de los cinco días que estuvimos en Londres. El personal era acogedor y el servicio era rápido. No hay mucho espacio si quieres estar, pero genial para coger y llevar.

Fuimos allí a las 8:15 pm después de un paseo por la ciudad mirando en todos los lugares de la luz. Estaba limpio y ordenado y el personal fue particularmente servicial, teniendo en cuenta que estaba muy cerca de la hora de cierre!

Pasamos unos días en Londres en junio, nos alojamos en Park Street James y yo estaba muy feliz de encontrar un Starbucks al lado de mi hotel.

Der Starbucks Westminster liegt in der Nähe zahlreicher Sehenswürdigkeiten und lädt entsprechend zu einen kurzen Pause zwischen dem Sightseeing ein. Erst ist leider wie viele andere Starbucks, nämlich überteuert für mäßigen Kaffee und gelangweiltem Service

After a lot of walking it was nice to take a break for some decent coffee. Friendly service and clean and comfortable surroundings.

Muy buen café, muy buen bocata rápido, a unos 2 minutos a pie del puente Westminster, el Big Ben, la Abadía de Westminster, las casas del Parlamento y el London Eye.

Starbucks offers good coffee wherever it is located. This shop on Broadway in Westminster is a hidden gem where you can get some American coffee in the tea-oriented UK. My colleague and I stopped in this store for a coffee break after a walk-by of Buckingham Palace. The storefront was attractive and nostalgic. The interior was small but nicely done. The service was very good and the coffee was every bit as good as what I get back home. The prices were not unreasonable for its location in central London. If you are in the neighborhood and need a coffee, this is a reliable choice.
